They arrived the first time hours after the time they gave us. They left the carpets soaking wet! Took two days with fans blowing all the time. They don’t clean up after themselves. We called them back because they did such a poor job the first time. It was the same person and he acted like he was never here before. They also charged extra because they said the carpets were dirty! NEVER AGAIN! Get someone reputable

What a joke! The quote was $89.59 force rooms. Their guy gets here and tries to upsell me for 15 minutes. Gets his boss on the phone. $20 environmental fee. Get real. My dog ran out into the hall when he got here and guy made him cry. I threw him out. The old bait and switch. Before leaving, the guy says to me "Don't waste our time". Folks don't ever call them. The guy was a creep, he smelled and the company is crooked.

They quoted me $150.00. When the CSI guy got there with his blacklight it went up to $850.00. I said no. They called back and said they would take care of it for $150.00 Told me he was the owners son and he would do it and make it right. Someone else showed up not him. He did the same thing trying to get me to spend more money. I got him to do it for $200.00. What a mistake. They claim they steam clean. He drained my 40 Gallon Water Heater this is set to 120 degrees.. Half way through the job he was cleaning with COLD Water. NO STEAM THERE. I could see the soapy mix come out of the spray but he didn't seem to suck it up. When he was all done I asked is that machine he dragged up the stairs full of water? He stated "no only about 2-1/2 Gallons". I was confused. He cleaned 5 rooms and the stairs. Sure enough he carrired it outside and dumped the water on my lawn. About 2 gallons came out. Hummmm where is the water you should have sucked up??? Last thing he said was it could take up 2 to 24 hours to dry. He left standing water on my kitchen floor too. I went down the stairs and they were soaked the whole house was. Dripping wet. His machine didn't suck up the water and he knew this. I went to a friends house and got their cheap carpet cleaner to use as a wet vac to suck the water out. I emptied it over 20 times. My guess it held a gallon maybe more for each time I emptied it. I had to walk bare foot all night and in the morning and can feel the soapy resadue in the carpet. These people have no clue as to how to clean a carpet. All he did is pour water on my carpet, Left me to deal with it. On the bill was a charge for environmental fee $10.00. WHAT IS THIS FOR? You dumped the water on MY LAWN!!!! What a rip off. On your web site it states: We use only 100% Residue Free and 100% Earth Friendly cleaning agents . So why an environmental fee???? Also from your web site and the reason I called you. Our carpet cleaning process includes 100% STEAM CLEANING using our patented portable truckmount hydro jet steam cleaning system. It was a cheap portable unit. NOT A TRUCK MOUNT!!! I could have done a better job with my friends cleaner. When I asked him to go over a spot again he said you and I both know that won't come out, Well guess what I got it out with the cheap hover I had to use to get the water out. Why could I get it out but you couldn't???? Oh because you couldn't up sell me. Maybe because you use cold water. They love to up charge you. Telling you it won't come clean.

Great service and price. They were polite and knowledgeable. I had a heavily soiled carpet from my rescue and they deep cleaned it as well as the other 2 rooms. They were quick and professional. Highly recommend! Oh the dispatcher was great too ;) !

Mother's Day Gift from my kids. Cannot tell you how disappointed I am in this service. False advertising prices? They cleaned 2 rooms plus a hallway and charges came to over $400?? Me and my Bissell do a better job than this! Carpets were soaked (they told us 2-24 hours to dry, still wet the next day). Absolutely no difference in the carpet before and after cleaning except the wet floor. Did they take advantage of my kids...yes!

He arrived on time, was extremely efficient with communication and plan to clean these carpets. He worked hard and was very diligent to do a great job. I highly recommend this company for your projects.

I knew there would be you know oh I’ll do this for another hundred dollars or whatever if he quoted me 150 I said absolutely not if you’re not gonna clean it just go I was told 85 and I paid I think 85 was like $107 or something so the upsell is not cool, but Matthew was nice and his job

I've used We Clean Carpets in the past and will continue to use them. Their staff is professional, courteous, on time and the carpets look almost new once they're finished.

I would not recommend or book with them again. Expensive for the regular cleaning quality. I re-did it myself with my carpet cleaner and it did a better job. They left the carpets soaked. The big machine he brang in left a puddle of water in my house that he did not clean. The worker was very strange and not professional.

The guys worked so hard and stayed as long as it took to have me completely satisfied. So grateful and so thankful.

No one showed up!! Sometime last week, I made a carpet and sofa cleaning appointment with this company for today 12/19. In the middle of this week, I called them to confirm the appointment and thereafter I got a confirmation text message from them as well confirming the appointment. Come today 12/19, no one showed up at all. I called them multiple times today during and after the appointment window, and no one answered the calls. I left voicemail every time I called, and no one bothered to call back! I had made several furniture rearrangements in my home to keep the carpet area clear for them. What a waste of time and energy… I had plans after 4 PM but could not get out of home as I kept waiting for them to arrive! I would give zero stars if allowed.

At first Sam was going to Basic Clean,but he emphasized the importance of getting a Deep Clean, and without his patience and positive guidance i would have had the super clean carpet that i have now. I recommend Sam from We Clean Carpet and again he service was Extraordinary!

The job was extremely rushed and left my carpet soaked! Just ridiculous! Had my stairs cleaned and it didn’t even look like he cleaned them. Very disappointed and will not be recommending this company to anyone! I have pictures and video of my stairs after he finished and they still look dirty!

My previous carpet cleaner went out of business who completed two previous 18 month warrenty cleanings; and Tech - SAM, of "WE CLEAN CARPET" far exceeded, the previous company. SAM, fully explained the options / costs prior to completing an excellent cleaning process, and although one minor issue did appear after the carpet fully dried, SAM, did return the same day the issue was reported, and was able to resolve it during the second visit. Will use again in the next 18 month warranty window.

Guy upsold me on-site for sanitize and “deep” clean. My couches were sopping wet when he left 30 min later. I took out my dinky spot carpet cleaner and pulled out a ridiculous amount of extremely dirty brown water over the next 30 min. There were clear areas of my couches that weren’t touched. I’ve tried calling but they have a screening for my number as I’ve already had services that shoots me direct to voicemail. Have left multiple voicemails with no call back yet. Honestly seems a bit like a scam company.

Had an appointment for 3-5pm, they called at 3pm saying they were running behind schedule and they would be here closer to 5. That's the last I heard of them, no call to reschedule or anything. I moved all the furniture out of the living room and after waiting around for several hours, I had to move it all back and look for another company.

I was pleased with We Clean Carpets. I scheduled my appointment on line. Filled out a from and listed the areas I wanted cleaned. They texted me a reminder 3 days before the appt. And then again the day before. On the day of the appt. The appt is within. 2 hr. Window. On the day of my appt. My tech called me And said he would be late and if I was ok with that or if I needed to reschedule. I kept the appt. And was glad he was professional enough to call. Once here the tech went through the rooms I wanted done. He then gave me the quote. The quote was like $100 dollars more than what i given on line. He told me that since my carpets haven’t been cleaned in a few years he was quoting me the “deep clean” price. I said no and then we agreed deep clean for the stairs and hallway (heavy traffic areas) and basic for guest bedrooms. Then the price was more in line ( I don’t like teaser prices hence the reason for 4 stars not 5) .once done he said he’d do my area rig in the kitchen for free. I was surprised but thanked him and let him do it. It’s been 2 days only and my carpets and area rug all Look great. I had a couple spots on my stairs so we will See if .those come back or not. However overall I am pleased and I would use them Again.
