Guy was awesome people on the phone calls was nice but they told me one price then when they got there it was way more but the carpet looks amazing

The cleaning technicians were prompt and thorough. They explained all the work that would be done and they did everything they said they would do. Our carpet is now clean and smells wonderful.

We contracted We Clean Carpet for an old church in Milwaukee. Carpets have not been cleaned for many many years. He arrived on time, was extremely efficient with communication and plan to clean these carpets. He worked hard and was very diligent to do a great job. I highly recommend this company for your projects.

Horrible he did not clean my carpet at all at all. He left a bad smell in here. He did not do his job at all and I contact the company. They said he was gonna come back out. He never came back out. No one never contact me back I will not be working with these people at all ever again and they over

Matthew super sweet guy I know he has to upsell and that’s super annoying. I was told 85 that’s what I expected to pay. I knew there would be you know oh I’ll do this for another hundred dollars or whatever if he quoted me 150 I said absolutely not if you’re not gonna clean it just go I was told 85 and I paid I think 85 was like $107 or something so the upsell is not cool, but Matthew was nice and his job

I've used We Clean Carpets in the past and will continue to use them. Their staff is professional, courteous, on time and the carpets look almost new once they're finished.

I would not recommend or book with them again. Expensive for the regular cleaning quality. I re-did it myself with my carpet cleaner and it did a better job. They left the carpets soaked. The big machine he brang in left a puddle of water in my house that he did not clean. The worker was very strange and not professional.

ID GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD Booked an appointment for 10 AM and no one showed up I called and they said they rescheduled to 1 PM which out letting me know !! And I waited and no one reached out or said anything they did a no call no show ! After reading reviews I’m happy they never came

The guys worked so hard and stayed as long as it took to have me completely satisfied. So grateful and so thankful.

No one showed up!! Sometime last week, I made a carpet and sofa cleaning appointment with this company for today 12/19. In the middle of this week, I called them to confirm the appointment and thereafter I got a confirmation text message from them as well confirming the appointment. Come today 12/19, no one showed up at all. I called them multiple times today during and after the appointment window, and no one answered the calls. I left voicemail every time I called, and no one bothered to call back! I had made several furniture rearrangements in my home to keep the carpet area clear for them. What a waste of time and energy… I had plans after 4 PM but could not get out of home as I kept waiting for them to arrive! I would give zero stars if allowed.

Good job on a difficult project.

At first Sam was going to Basic Clean,but he emphasized the importance of getting a Deep Clean, and without his patience and positive guidance i would have had the super clean carpet that i have now. I recommend Sam from We Clean Carpet and again he service was Extraordinary!

Sam our service representative was both very professional and extremely polite when explaining the process of cleaning our carpets. When the job was done we couldn't have been happier with the results. When it's time to have our carpets cleaned again we will definitely ask for Sam to do the work for us.

The job was extremely rushed and left my carpet soaked! Just ridiculous! Had my stairs cleaned and it didn’t even look like he cleaned them. Very disappointed and will not be recommending this company to anyone! I have pictures and video of my stairs after he finished and they still look dirty!

My previous carpet cleaner went out of business who completed two previous 18 month warrenty cleanings; and Tech - SAM, of "WE CLEAN CARPET" far exceeded, the previous company. SAM, fully explained the options / costs prior to completing an excellent cleaning process, and although one minor issue did appear after the carpet fully dried, SAM, did return the same day the issue was reported, and was able to resolve it during the second visit. Will use again in the next 18 month warranty window.

Sam came in to clean my carpet,sofa and love seat, he did and excellent job. I am very pleased with the care he took to get s stain out of one of the cushions and he did a great job on the carpet I would ask for him again. Thank you Sam

Incredibly happy with the service,. They wereon time and communicated. I only had two rooms cleaned and he spent two hours doing his best to get it right.
