Excellent service, my carpet is old, it needs replacing but, that didn’t stop the work from getting done, carpet looks good and a pleasant scent, also had the furniture cleaned, he did a great job, thank you so much for a wonderful job and being so kind and punctual.

Amazing experience! The company came out only a couple hours after I requested service online. Rod introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, and was diligent in his work. I give the company and Rod 5 stars, the carpets smell great, and I enjoyed talking with him, too!

I really wanted to have a good experience with this company but unfortunately it fell short. I scheduled the earliest possible appointment (9 to 11 am) so the carpets would have time to dry before my kids got home from school. I rearranged my schedule to be there, but the technician didn’t arrive until 2:00 pm without any real communication or explanation. Someone called at 9:55 saying he’d be there in 30 minutes, but when he didn’t show, I had to call multiple times to find out what was happening. I was told each time that someone would check and get back to me, but no one ever did. When the technician finally arrived, he explained that someone had quit that day, which I completely understand, but I wish that had been communicated earlier. He also tried to upsell me on a service that would have doubled the price, which wasn’t feasible for us. I stuck with the basic cleaning, but unfortunately, none of the spots I had hoped to remove came out, and the carpet was still soaking wet by the time he left just as my kids were getting home. This was a big expense for our family, and I honestly didn’t see results that were any better than what I could have done myself with my own carpet cleaner. I also tried multiple times and ways to reach out to the company to talk through this and hopefully find a resolution, but I never heard back. Disappointed overall.

The technician was fast, thorough, and professional. I had to make a last minute scheduling change and they accommodated that and still were finished within my window of time. I was happy with the service.

I've used them twice in the price always comes out different than what they quote me over the phone. They we're taking vacuum hose out of the house and they yanked it up the staircase and torrent paint and some Sheetrock off the corner of the wall. The bad feeling about these guys all around.

Friendly service. I was quoted less and payed way more. Not happy about that but they were upfront about other costs to protect my furniture and I have a pet so a good cleaning was needed! The gentleman worked hard and really cleaned my furniture well so I am pleased with this part of the service. The gentleman was very kind and treated my home with much respect and care. They were quick to respond to setting up service and they did call before coming and emailed me information.

“We Clean Carpets” is a thorough carpet/furniture cleaning company. We had a sectional sofa cleaned by Rod, who did a wonderful job deep cleaning, deodorizing and Scotch Guarding our pieces of furniture. We are very pleased.
