John pretreated the stains, and super cleaned the area then applied freshener. John takes pride in his work, has excellent customer service and educated me before he left! I already shared info with a neighbor. I only give reviews for businesses I can honestly stand behind and this company is one. Give them a call because I KNOW you will be glad you did. Did I say they were also affordable?! 😊

REAL REVIEW! Tech was over 2 hours late after calling saying he was on his way. He arrived charged me a WHOLE different price than what i was given over the phone. He added on charges that i said i didn’t want. I still don’t understand how you clean carpet with outside shoes on? Then to be told by “ a Manager “ per osha they can’t cover their shoes? (BS) they do some kind of screening with your number and don’t answer the phone on the many numbers they have. I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE!

I appreciated their timeliness, clear communication, and the quality of their equipment. They took the time to explain how long I should wait before using the chairs again and ensured everything was cleaned up properly afterward. Their willingness to offer additional insights and services I wasn’t even aware of made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great experience and I truly appreciate their work!

Was extremely late then said 35 min and after an hour I had to call company and said he was having van trouble. He was very good once he got here and did and excellent job. But we had to give him a jump. Maybe you need to get your employees better vans

I’ve used this service in the past and was very happy. I got a call yesterday for a great deal of $89 for family room, stairs, hallway and bedroom. She told me if I needed a pet stain cleaner, it would be $20 add on. But because of the dog marks, the technician tried to get me to sign for $750 !! What???!!!!!! I was floored. I ended up having to drop the bedroom and do only a steam in the hallway and stairs and still was charged for $200. The dog urine in just one room was NOT $20 - it was $100! I should have said no all together and made him leave but I didn’t. I will never have them back to my house again though.

I had my carpets deep cleaned on Friday (6-27). The gentleman arrived within the pre set time frame and went over procedures, cost and approximate time it would take for the job. He was very conscientious and worked hard the entire time he was here. I am very pleased with the results. He is an asset to the company.( Truck#3 if this tells you who it was). Thank you

Five stars for Collin- 1 star for everyone else involved……… Collin was professional and got rid of the smell in my new homes carpet. Job completed as expected once he was here. Management/scheduling on the other hand needs work. Reserved my window time(on a Thursday) online and received a call during that window time that my cleaner was running about an hour behind. Ok, no problem except no one showed up! I had cancelled my afternoon/evening plans. I had everything moved out of my bedroom and slept on my son’s floor the first night. Second day(Friday) I worked, so couldn’t complete the cleaning that day. I again slept on my son’s floor. I did call the service number and was transferred to the manager(left a message detailing everything). Never connected with the manager or was left a message. Saturday Collin showed up after contacting me and arrived when he said he would. I told him what had happened Thursday, and he apologized because it was his job but he received it at 9pm Thursday( my window of time was 1-3) and had already worked more than a full day. Management/scheduling really dropped the ball on this one and from this experience will also say they need to have more respect for other people’s time including their own cleaners!
