My technician Jason was awesome. He did a wonderful job. My rug looks and smells awesome. I would recommend this company if you need your carpet cleaned.

I needed allergens and cat dander removed from my carpet and living room furniture and the operator did just that. However, my bill turned out to be slightly higher than I expected it to be. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the service.

DO NOT HiRE THEM. SUPER RUDE CLEANER. Too much hidden charges that were not explained clearly to me more than double of what was quoted. Then weird room counting by cleaner who had come. The cleaner parked his van in 2 parking spots to get this equipment down and when questioned he was arguing that this is how he works.

The cleaner, Mr. Kyle, performed a great job, he steamed cleaned my livingrm, 3 bedrms, & a similar hallway. Mr. Kyle was respectful, curious, and answered all my questions. While he was here my neighbors were calling & texting asking me to give them feedback on the great job your company did. Thank you so much for your business. Plus the rooms smell so good! Great job. Docked 1 star as the rep over the phone did not accurately price me based on the description I provided of my modular couch + ottoman. Ended up being more, otherwise, the tech was friendly and did a good job. I appreciated that he cleaned up the water from the floor after. I would use this service in the future.

My technician was incredibly helpful and extremely kind. He assisted me in moving all of my items out of the room so my carpet could be properly sanitized and cleaned. Due to a water main break in my apartment building, both the first and second floors experienced flooding. I’m very pleased with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you all for allowing me to enjoy my space again!

I called we clean carpets this morning. It was a bit of an emergency. My elderly dog had made a huge mess of a brand new carpeting. They had someone at my house in an hour. He ioffered a few additional treatments to make sure the job was done correctly. They did an amazing job and the Carpet looked good as New. I highly recommend them.

This business has been a disaster to work with. Right before the holidays I decided to clean my Whisper Shag rug. 1st guy was supposedly to do works and stain guard lastly. An hour or so after he, Benjamin leaves I see yellow spots showing up threw the long fibers. I called to let them know going how do I treat this now. They send another tech to look at it, he completely agreed the carpet was indeed still dirty and I even was going threw the fabrics and was finding pieces of random stuff in them, for all I know it could have been pizza crumbs! Regardless. After that tech finishes he and I are looking over the water and the rug, he again agrees that he has no clue what the first guy did because it doesn't look like it was ever cleaned. So I called a asked for my over 200.00 back. They refused!!! I called and reported this. Jon the service manager actually has this Benjamin call me and he's try to argue with me it's clean. I tell him it is still dirty. I am still waiting for 3rd cleaning because this shag carpet has not received the cleaning that is required for the beautiful fabric. I don't know what's wrong with this business, bunch of guys ripping people off with their crappy carpet cleaning services. I have had my carpet covered to preserve their carpet job with nothing else ever touching it for several weeks now because the 3rd guy never showed up for the 3rd appointment that I made with Benjamin to send someone back out. This guy is argumentative telling me I won't give you your money back, our service isn't a guarantee, you read the contract(neverdid)... arguing it is clean, when it even still feels dirty upon touching the long whisper fabric. This is very unfortunate when I just want a clean carpet! Just 1, glad I didn't allow for more!!

Don't waste your time or money. They use your water and your electricity and try to upsell you. Missing dirty spots. Never again....

The carpet cleaning tech was very good but the pricing was not as expected...I had no idea until he arrived that it would be an extra $100 and up to$400 to sanitize. I had one spot in the family room that needed sanitizer which cost the extra 100. Price transparency is important before the tech arrives... This would have been a 5 otherwise

We Clean Carpets did an excellent job cleaning two rooms of carpet, my stairway and landing. They were professional and made sure I was satisfied with their work before they completed the job. I am very happy with their work!

Terrible! Don't waste your time or money! The cleaning is as basic as they come. I could have done a better job with my little green machine from Bissell. The price is to get them in the door. The they start with the add-ons! Do you want deep clean, sanitize, stain removal, etc ....I guess you get what you pay for! The guy was nice at least. Lol

We clean carpets did an amazing job. They were prompt, clear with what my expectation should be and were very helpful. They did four rugs in about an hour time and they’re almost dry to the touch. I highly recommend them.
