Carpets are older and had some large areas of stains. Tech pre-treated and scrubbed and then shampooed. Carpets look amazing. Only 1 small stain remains. I have never had a tech spend so much time on my carpets to ensure they were clean. Will definitely use them again.

Paid $108 for a 20-minute “cleaning” that didn’t actually clean anything. The tech asked if I rented, then tried to upsell me on $200+ of extras. When I declined, he said he’d “make a note of that” on the receipt. The comment felt unnecessary and weirdly passive-aggressive. I didn’t ask for deep cleaning, just a standard service, but even that wasn’t done. Carpet was slightly damp, no visible difference, and the biggest room wasn’t cleaned at all, just the closet. I left a review through True Review, and an alleged manager (it was actually the owner) contacted me from a personal number without introducing themselves, offering to come back. When I said no thanks (I’d already rented a Rug Doctor and cleaned it myself), they said they’d contact my landlord instead, which is completely out of line. Unprofessional all around. If you don’t agree to the upsells, don’t expect much effort. Not worth it. Then the owner of the company called me again (this time to rant about my 1-star review) and hung up on me when I refused to let him "make me whole" to remove it.

My carpet tech did a phenomenal job! I love this company.They are always on time and I am always satisfied with their service! I use them twice a year!

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** We Clean Carpets ruined my 8x10 rug. After MANY attempts to get them to come redo what they messed up, they were no-shows twice. The manager is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with--and when you do, he is full of empty promises. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company for carpet or rug cleaning.

Our Tech was absolutely amazing. Thoroughly explained our problem areas and offered suggestions and solutions. Very kind, polite, and patient. I would highly recommend and would like to have the very same tech with future cleaning. We are very pleased!

So unhappy with their lack of customer service. They no-showed me on the last day of my lease. I had to call them to find out they weren't actually coming. My landlord was gracious enough to let them come the next day, but that means I have to pay for a service I can't see the results of. Not to mention my wasted vacation day. Then when they did show up, they tried to tell me it would actually be 3x what I was quoted online. It was only after asking multiple times that I figured out they were adding additional services that I didn't ask for. When I told them to just do the general maintenance cleaning they tried to scare me into thinking I wouldn't get my deposit back if I didn't pay for the deep cleaning. The carpet is only 2.5 years old and we don't have pets or wear our shoes in the house. General maintenance was fine.

Service is ok. However It’s n like you Bait and Switch to the customer with no mention of a cleaner that costs as much as the cleaning fee. It’s unspoken hidden fees. I did not request additional spot cleaning yet up charged $60.00. Very disappointed With you sneaky practices.

These people are scam artist. Technician showed up and wanted to up charge. Told them we needed to discuss the price. He stated if he left and came back there would be a extra hundred dollars added. We went with someone else. Then our credit card was charged for a cleaning that never happened.

Do not use use first of all it’s not $69. They charge three times the amount of Stanley Steamer or any other reputable company they take your card before they start which is fine but not if they charge whatever they want. these people send your home are thugs saying bad language I asked him to leave. I was uncomfortable I said this is a scam and he started screaming. You have buyers remorse. I ask him not to continue to leave my home Because I agreed to 69 dollar's not 380 they charged to my card I just kept the cushions to the couch to the side I was afraid he was going to add a separate bill for that I refused to allow him to clean the chairs all his machinery’s holding my front door open I finally had to call the police because he would not leave he was sitting outside smoking smoking waiting on his manager to call him for 1hour with hoses holding my front door a there a scam

Paid double what I was quoted over the phone - $129 turned into nearly $350. My carpets STILL dirty. Noone will call back. The technician was really nice and professional, though.
