Absolutely loved the customer service & my tech who did my service was amazing!

BEWARE! They did a good job on the carpets, but left a giant stain in my driveway with their truck. I made several calls and sent pictures and they came back and tried to clean the stain with carpet chemicals! All follow up requests were ignored. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Fast service and a citrus smell

Had an appointment time between 3pm and 5pm received a phone call at 330pm saying they were running behind that they would be here at 5pm no one showed I called at 520pm they said they were in route at 6:39pm I called and cancelled.

Supposed to come out for third time. Someone called at 8:15am. In shower so I didn’t hear call. After getting dressed I checked my phone and called them back…goes straight to voicemail. I leave several messages. Finally get a call back but I was out taking care of my dog. I’ve tried to call them numerous times and the call goes straight to voicemail. Then I receive a statement that says they came out and services were not needed. What the heck is this company about??? I’m so frustrated at this point that I’m demanding my money back. This is a clown of a company!!! Please don’t use them!
