Fast service and a citrus smell

Had an appointment time between 3pm and 5pm received a phone call at 330pm saying they were running behind that they would be here at 5pm no one showed I called at 520pm they said they were in route at 6:39pm I called and cancelled.

Supposed to come out for third time. Someone called at 8:15am. In shower so I didn’t hear call. After getting dressed I checked my phone and called them back…goes straight to voicemail. I leave several messages. Finally get a call back but I was out taking care of my dog. I’ve tried to call them numerous times and the call goes straight to voicemail. Then I receive a statement that says they came out and services were not needed. What the heck is this company about??? I’m so frustrated at this point that I’m demanding my money back. This is a clown of a company!!! Please don’t use them!

First time trying and I would recommend to friends and family. The pricing is good and the turn around is quick for appointments. Elijah was amazing. He was nice, knowledgeable and fast!

Excellent work

Elijah came out and did cleaning on my sofa, chair and ottoman. I really thought he had done a very good job until later I find he only cleaned the top of the cushions, the top of the ottoman and parts of chair. Reported this and he was sent out to do another cleaning. This time he cleaned the bottom of the sofa cushions. Then I noticed he hadn’t cleaned the sides of the cushions, the bottom of the sofa and the sides of the ottoman. I then called back and spoke to Service Manager. He told me he needed to speak to Elijah. Two days have gone by and I still haven’t received a call back. I don’t wish Elijah any harm because at this point I don’t think he was trained properly by the Service Manager. Now when you pay almost $200.00 you expect a proper cleaning. I have the Service Manager what specifically is supposed to be cleaned…still no answer. At this point I believe the Service Manager is not responsible in doing his job. I feel as I should be refunded the money I paid or the company needs to send a trained person to do this job properly. Plus I was charged $20.00 for a freshener and the company doesn’t have a freshener. What would you do? Not recommend this company to anyone? Contact TV news about the poor service? Just curios what you would do. On top of all this I referred my Aunt to them and she was scammed more than I was. Really think before you use them!!!

The work done seems to be good however there was a trail of water and puddles everywhere he went in the house. Since we have tile everywhere except the bedrooms the water was obvious.

WE CLEAN carpets was turned away from my apartment building on their first visit for not having appropriate insurance. WE CLEAN called and told me they would have it and rescheduled for the next day. They no showed. They rescheduled again and I reminded them about the insurance - they assured me they would have it. I reminded them again before they came out this morning. The technician showed up and presented insurance and was let in. Shortly after, my building realized he presented an expired insurance certificate from 2 years ago. They collect payment from you when they arrive BEFORE they start cleaning. By the time we realized he was finished. I tried calling the company several times but the dispatcher wouldn't speak to me and immediately put me through to a service desk voicemail. Someone called me after - the person was very rude and told me that he would tell me why I should APOLOGIZE to them! He said it was my fault that I didn't tell them what insurance they needed and that I wasted their time with them coming over here only to find out my building requires insurance. They don't have insurance - they were told, many times, the assured me they had it and they showed up anyway and presented EXPIRED insurance. I just came in to flip my cushions so they would dry evenly but the back side was not cleaned even though the representative said he cleaned both sides. I’m furious and I’ve never received this kind of service from we clean carpet. Plus my aunt’s was done and the same thing. Only one side of the cushion was cleaned!!! Will not recommend if this isn’t taken care of properly!

The only thing I’m disappointed about is when you came a few years ago everything had this beautiful fragrance afterwards. This time it did not. Elijah was wonderful and I appreciate him so much!

Quick services! They did their best to clean the old carpet especially pet stains. It does reduce odors. I would use them again.

The carpet was clean really good. The only issue I have is their dispatch does not communicate very well promised me. They would be here at a certain time and was late two hours the first time they did the same thing and never called me back.
