The technicians were nice, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my experience. I had two carpets cleaned—one turned out great, but the other is actually worse than it was before the service. It now has a strong, unpleasant odor that wasn’t there prior to the cleaning. I’m not sure if too much product was used or if something went wrong during the process, but the result is very disappointing. I expected both carpets to be improved, not for one to come back in worse condition. I paid $218 for this service and, based on the outcome and lack of response, I feel like my money was wasted. A generic response won’t cut it.

We had a very smooth and straightforward experience with this company. We called, scheduled an appointment for the next day, and they arrived on time and did an excellent job. I was initially concerned since we were their last appointment of the day, but Dj and his helper still took their time and were very thorough. Our carpet looks brand new. We’re planning to stay on a regular cleaning schedule moving forward.

I’m currently going through a difficult financial period, so I decided to rent out a room in my home to help cover expenses. I searched for an affordable carpet cleaning service, received a quote for $89, and scheduled the appointment. As the technician was arriving, I spoke with him on the phone and let him know my 17-year-old son would be there to let them in, and that he had my credit card to pay for the agreed service. Shortly after, I received a receipt by email for $240. I immediately called my son and learned that the technicians had upsold him an additional $150 in services that I did not request or approve. While my son unknowingly agreed to the charges, it was inappropriate for the technicians to discuss or alter the service order with a minor—especially right after speaking directly with me. I’ve attempted to resolve this issue with the company, but I’ve been passed from person to person, with calls going unanswered and messages not returned. This situation is extremely frustrating. The homeowner who schedules the service should be the only person authorized to approve any changes. Taking advantage of a teenager in this way is unacceptable. Given that I chose this company based on affordability during a financially challenging time, this experience has made an already difficult situation even worse. I hope the company takes accountability and improves its practices moving forward.

The Representative that was assigned to do The Carpet Cleaning at our was very professional, courteous, polite. He was very thorough with the job he did at our residence. The roons look very clean and well deodorized.He did explain do not walk on the carpet with shoes. It will take 7 hours to dry. The ceiling fans are on to help dry the carpet in the rooms. The work he did was VERY THOROUGH!!! He did not try to upsell us. The ONLY reason Im giving it 4/5 stars is due to the timing. I had a block 1-3. At 2PM, I got a call/text saying he was 40 min out. 240 comes and goes. At 3:06, I called and waited on hold. While I was on the phone, i got a text notification saying my block was 1-3 and to call dispatch for an update. The person who answered told me he would call the technician and then me right back. He then called around 310 and said he was 20 min out and had gotten stuck in traffic. He arrived around 345. It was a big job and he stayed until it was completely and thoroughly finished. All in the quality was good. I just wish there was better communication about running behind.

The pricing was much more in person than what I was quoted. I asked in particular everything on the phone, when the cleaner arrived he quoted much higher. The cleaning was not as clean as I expected, looks more than a wet vacuum

The individual named Javone, who identified himself as the owner, was discourteous and responded to my questions in a disrespectful manner. Sensing the situation was not progressing well, I requested that he leave, offering to pay for the chemicals he had just applied to the carpet. However, he insisted that the chemicals needed to be removed to prevent damage to the carpet. We allowed him to continue with the work. The carpet appears clean, but it has not yet dried. Due to the poor customer service experience, we will not be engaging with this company again. I encourage the company to improve their customer service responses. Additionally, the week of March 2, 2026, the actual owner, John, contacted us to inquire whether we had reconsidered our original review to prevent his company's low rating. This request was quite unusual. He asked us to cancel this review and provide a better one for Lisa and Pat, who are his aunt and brother, respectively, with whom I spoke during scheduling. During our conversation, I also mentioned that the office carpet was not cleaned thoroughly, as brown spots remain. He responded that they stood behind their work and wanted to rectify the situation. We scheduled a follow-up for Friday, March 6th, between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. However, today, on March 6th, the driver/office called at 2:18 pm to say they were 30 minutes away. By 3:22 pm, no one had arrived or contacted us. I called twice and left voicemails but received no response and no one showed up. I will choose NOT to use this company again and cannot recommend their services.

I HATE the fact that I have a billing issue each time I use your company. I very clearly declined every additional service that the technician offered, yet i still recieved an invoice for service that I declined. This is dishonest and makes your company untrustworthy. I had a billing issue with you before, and I made sure to be very intentional and clear about not needing any additional services. The technician misled me on the final amount, and added a stain protector service which I did not ask for. The amount he quoted me, and what is was charged, ended up being two different prices. If this is how you train your technicians to operate, you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Trust, this is the last time I will be using your company.

I've used this company 3 times, the first time 3 yrs ago was the only time they did a good job. Past two times have been terrible and this one was my last. I had my upholstery cleaned. Tech showed up late. He didn't do a good job at all and tried to get me to sign without even telling me he was adding deep clean. I refused the deep clean and he tells me that I'll only get soap and water. I said well then what do I need you here for. I hope they learn to do better for their future customers.
