My experience started off rocky because the tech told me my services would be more than I expected. Over the phone with the company the female said it would be an extra $20 possibly for urine stains but an environmental fee and cost of cancellation fee was not mentioned. I was told it would be $89.50 to cancel the appointment. I asked the tech to speak with a manager and after speaking with a manager we came to an understanding. Going forward please mention the environmental cost and cancellation fee as well. It would have been hard to cancel considering I had not presented a credit card. After all of that the tech Lee Truck 1 did an amazing job cleaning my sofa and love seat. I was very pleased with his services.

I originally had Stanley steamer booked to clean my sectional. The sectional is relatively new no stains, etc. Wanted it refreshed before I was to host company for two weeks. Stanley steamer tried to overcharge once they arrived by $300 before any extras. That would have been well over $500! They were fully aware the sectional was 10ft. The technician became extremely hostile when I declined the service. I found WE CLEAN CARPETS on Google and decided to give them a shot. Customer service was pleasant enough, but the technician Chris was beyond exceptional! Young guy with great work ethic. Chris took great care with my wood floors and my large custom sectional. He was extremely polite, courteous, and professional. He even cleaned up after the job was completed. As someone who owns multiple businesses, the fine eye to detail is very important. If you are in need of carpets or upholstery cleaning, I would highly recommend this company and I would also recommend asking for the young gentleman, Chris. No scams no surprises on the base charges just honest work!

This company is a bunch of LYING SCAMMERS!!! Don’t be fooled by the $89 price on their website, when the technician shows up they’re gonna charge you over $200 and then lie about it and try to pretend that it’s not a scam. Every other company I’ve dealt with my life is upfront and honest about the real price.

5 star service all around

Very disappointing experience. I had clearly agreed to the basic service and confirmed the price twice. When the technician inspected the carpet, I simply asked whether the “deep clean” was an additional service. The receipt clearly lists it as a “Deep Clean Add-On,” yet he seemed unwilling to acknowledge that it was an add-on. When I questioned the charge, he kept saying, “I’m telling you, you need it. Whatever I say will be final.” I initially said no, but he continued arguing and pressuring me until I eventually agreed. My concern is not just the extra charge, but the way the situation was handled. Customers should be able to ask questions, understand what they are being charged for, and make their own decision without being pressured. Very unprofessional experience.

Kris was the best ever carpet cleaner I have ever had cleaning my carpets and always want him anytime I get my carpets done. He asked me questions to determine my needs and discussed what he could/should do to really clean and return my carpets to the best condition he could get. He was questions along the way to make sure I was pleased with what he was doing. I have never had somebody so friendly, informational, courteous, and hard working!! You should be extremely pleased that he is representing you and, again, I only want him to be working with me again!! He needs a big commendation and bonus!!

7/24/26 I hired We Clean Carpet to treat 3 of my rugs, only 1 of which had pet stains. Prior to their visit, I attempted to treat the pet-stained rug with Anti-Icky-Poo (the gold standard in pet enzyme cleaners according to the rescue community.) The technician said it shouldn't be a problem- they use all organic and clean products. I said great, let me know when you're done. An hour later he finished and said, "hey just a heads up, when you look at the rug, you'll notice some erosion from your product mixing with ours, but the stain is out and you should be good to go!" I said great, thanks so much. The next day when I inspected the rug, the "erosion" was actually a 5" hole, the carpet had disintegrated, I also noticed some color bleeding. The pet stain an order was still present. To be fair, my other 2 rugs are fine. They were cleaned, no issues. I called them and spoke to the manager. He said he'd speak to the technician and call me back. (He doesn't call me back.) A few days later, I follow up, he says he was told "the hole was already there before we came." Let the gaslighting begin! I very respectfully said, no it wasn't, also- why would I pay for carpet cleaning for a rug that was already ruined? "Well what do you want from us" he asked. "I'd like you to reimburse me for the rug you ruined." "I'll call you back" he said again. (Doesn't call me back) Another week goes by, I follow up. "Hey, I'm still waiting to hear back about a resolution for the hole in my carpet." He laughs at me, says "Oh yeah right." Excuse me? He says, "In my 40 years of cleaning rugs, this has never happened, it wasn't us, the hole must have been there before." Again I said, "no it wasn't, and I bet if you were to come back, and treat another part of the rug, the same thing would happen." He said, "you're on, I'll be there tomorrow (Saturday) between 1pm-3pm." No one came. No one called. It's been another full week and I haven't heard anything. I really tried to solve this with them so I wouldn't have to write this review, I gave them every opportunity to take accountability. Yet, here we are. I'm just so dissappointed in how they've handled this. The gaslighting and the demeaning tones were insulting and I wonder if I would have been treated the same way if I were a man.

Tech walked into our home and our expensive Oriental carpets and regular carpets with his boots on. When I asked he said he won't walk on them when cleaned. He wasn't cleaning our oriental rugs. I think for a carpet cleaning business to enter homes with boots on is just wrong. Won't be using them regardless of how cheap they are. Plenty of alternatives in the DFW area.

They sent Kris out to clean my carpets, and he did an amazing job! Cleaned every room with carpet and helped me move some of the furniture. I will definitely choose him next time we need our carpets cleaned

Well they just wasted my damn time! This appointment was scheduled and we rearranged our ENTIRE DAY! We received a call that the tech would arrive within the hour. Almost 1hr and 45 minutes later, I called dispatch and they said the tech was on his way and gave me his number. Dispatch told me to call back if I needed anything else. I calls the tech and he said he was finished with his day bc he has to pick up his daughter. Tried calling dispatch…suddenly no answer. We have company arriving in two days! This is insanely unprofessional and frustrating

Honest Review: I selected We Clean Carpet to clean my new sofa, as they offered the most affordable price. While they offered flexibility with dates, they were not prompt in providing the service, which occurred on a Saturday evening (hours after the originally scheduled time). Upon attempting to contact the company for updates, I was repeatedly sent to voicemail. On a positive note, the tech was nice and provided a detailed cleaning of my sofa. If you go with this company, be sure to audio record the initial booking conversation, as the tech will escalate the prices and play their version of the recording in person. Unfortunately, there was no real discount provided for the tech arriving 2 hours past the timeframe. In summary, there’s a catch to We Clean Carpet’s affordability, but the service was proficient.

The technician who eventually showed up to steam clean our sofa was very nice and did a great job!! However, our issue is with the office staff who dropped the ball because they set our appointment for 1pm-3pm but never communicated that to the technician who was previously booked in Garland. The office staff should have called to let us know the technician would be delayed. But when he finally arrived at 7pm, he did a great job.

This company provided excellent carpet cleaning at a very reasonable price. The technician was extremely personable and knowledgeable about what my bedroom carpet needed. We discussed options, and I felt completely comfortable since the technician has been an employee for 12 years. I had a lot of pet urine stains, and he buffed the carpet, used a lot of their special enzyme, and extracted the urine stains. My carpet looks great, and I am thoroughly impressed by the work done and the incredible technician.
