My carpet smells and looks amazing ! Tech was so nice and was very professional ! Will use this company again !

I called this company to schedule a rug and couch cleaning. The person on the phone scheduled me hastily quoted me $89.00. The cleaning tech showed up and told me the rug and couch cleaning would be almost $300. This company is dishonest about pricing and he didn't even get the main stain out. The tech that came out was polite but the company is a ripoff + provides less than good work.

Tech did s great job. NOW when he tried to up sail me, I said no and he could leave. He then told me that it would be a $83 charge to leave. I never SIGNED NOR VERBALLY AGREED TO THIS!! I called a “manager” and he said ok. we did have our carpet cleaned and the Tech was professional and very nice. Too bad he has to work for a stupid and greedy person.

Well they just wasted my damn time! This appointment was scheduled and we rearranged our ENTIRE DAY! We received a call that the tech would arrive within the hour. Almost 1hr and 45 minutes later, I called dispatch and they said the tech was on his way and gave me his number. Dispatch told me to call back if I needed anything else. I calls the tech and he said he was finished with his day bc he has to pick up his daughter. Tried calling dispatch…suddenly no answer. We have company arriving in two days! This is insanely unprofessional and frustrating

Honest Review: I selected We Clean Carpet to clean my new sofa, as they offered the most affordable price. While they offered flexibility with dates, they were not prompt in providing the service, which occurred on a Saturday evening (hours after the originally scheduled time). Upon attempting to contact the company for updates, I was repeatedly sent to voicemail. On a positive note, the tech was nice and provided a detailed cleaning of my sofa. If you go with this company, be sure to audio record the initial booking conversation, as the tech will escalate the prices and play their version of the recording in person. Unfortunately, there was no real discount provided for the tech arriving 2 hours past the timeframe. In summary, there’s a catch to We Clean Carpet’s affordability, but the service was proficient.

The technician who eventually showed up to steam clean our sofa was very nice and did a great job!! However, our issue is with the office staff who dropped the ball because they set our appointment for 1pm-3pm but never communicated that to the technician who was previously booked in Garland. The office staff should have called to let us know the technician would be delayed. But when he finally arrived at 7pm, he did a great job.

This company provided excellent carpet cleaning at a very reasonable price. The technician was extremely personable and knowledgeable about what my bedroom carpet needed. We discussed options, and I felt completely comfortable since the technician has been an employee for 12 years. I had a lot of pet urine stains, and he buffed the carpet, used a lot of their special enzyme, and extracted the urine stains. My carpet looks great, and I am thoroughly impressed by the work done and the incredible technician.

I found we clean carpets online and called them. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day. My technician called me an hour before arriving and was on time. The technician was friendly, polite, and professional. He didnt try to push stuff I didnt need and even told me what i dont need. I appreciate an honest company. I recently had my couch and accent chairs professionally cleaned. The technician was friendly, did a great job cleaning the furniture, and I was initially very impressed with the results. Unfortunately, after he left, I noticed that my rug was completely drenched in the areas where my chairs had been cleaned. Once it dried, it left a stain that was not there before the service. I’ve tried calling the company multiple times and have left several voicemails, but no one has returned my calls. It’s disappointing because I was genuinely happy with the cleaning service itself, but now I’m left with a damaged rug and no response from the company to help resolve the issue. I would have appreciated better customer service and accountability after the damage occurred.

I had an excellent experience with this carpet/upholstery cleaning company! Chris, the technician in Van 3, was incredibly professional, friendly, and courteous from start to finish. He took great care with everything and did an amazing job cleaning my chairs—they look fresh and almost brand new. His attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work really stood out. This guy was on his phone texting the entire time. He became argumentative when I confronted him about my dirty skirt. This was when he was about to pack up and leave me with a half cleaned sofa. He made every excuse for his poor quality work. I literally had to sit and watch him for three hours to enforce my expectation of quality.

Chris with van 3 did a fantastic job cleaning my sofa. He was prompt, courteous, professional and worked his tail off. The hard work shows as the couch looks and smells great. I did get the enzyme upgrade for an extra $60 and I think it was worth it. I highly recommend this company, and Chris.

At first my call started a little bumpy with the lady who answers calls, but Sara called me back, was able to give me an idea of pricing, made me feel comfortable, got a cleaning scheduled, and tech went over pricing based on assessment and cleaned my carpets.
