Great Service! Came right in wasted no time getting the job done… very upfront and honest!

First off, the technician was great. He was friendly, talkative, knowledgeable. He gets an A+. The only thing I was a little surprised about was that I was quoted $70 and with all of the upgrades it ended up being 118. That was a little surprising. I think y’all should be a little bit more upfront with additional costs. It looks like the sofa is much better than before. Overall a good experience.

I needed to deep clean my carpets after living in my apartment for the past three years because my dogs had pretty much spoiled them (accidents, vomit, normal dog stuff). I called We Clean Carpet this previous Wednesday and they got me in very quickly (Friday). They were scheduled to start at 3, but they were running behind schedule, so they called me and let me know. No problem - I appreciate the communication! Jerold, the technician, was very nice and caring, and I watched him as he took great care in cleaning my carpet. He really worked hard to get the dog stains out, and did his work pay off! The carpet look SO much better. Totally night and day. I honestly watched in shock as half of my carpet was bright and clean and the other half was dark and dirty. I had no idea how much dirt and gunk my dogs and I drag in. I am very thankful to Jerold and the team. He was great! Thank you so much!!

The technicians do a great job in cleaning the carpets and removing any/most stains. they also provide the best alternatives so you can continue to get the great cleaning service at a an affordable price. If I have a last minute request, they always find a way to work me into the schedule. Staff is friendly and very professional.

The introduction was very warm and pleasant made me feel comfortable having a stranger in my house he provided great information about treatments and longevity on how to keep carpet clean offered great tips without aggressive upsale on protection products I would recommend this company to anyone not too expensive overall fantastic service!!!!!!!

Pretty upset with the service. We were quoted online for $150…only reason why we even called them out to do a job. When they came out I asked to clean 2 more chairs. He added all the service and told me the total was $200 something…only reason I agreed so quick because I thought that was not bad at all. Come to realize after the service was done, the invoice said total was $400!!! He never told me the total was $400 otherwise I wouldn’t have agreed to the job. I felt like it was his mistake by telling me it was $200 and not even realize he did…called them and they said they can’t do anything about it. By reading the other reviews, looks like this isn’t the first time it has happened before. Not only that…the job done is mediocre. Not worth $400 at all. How did $150 online quote go up to $400???

Great job cleaning carpet. Got out spots that were not expected to be cleaned. Price went up from the internet price but that was to be expected I guess. So if you have stains that will cost you extra.

I was very pleased with the technician. HE was kind, respectful and cared about my concerns. I didn't have much money so, I needed a company that would work with my budget. I was really blessed. I am thankful for the hard work he did to clean my old, worn out carpet that needs to be replaced. He made me feel good about being in my home again. I was proud of the place I have to live. It is clean. It smells good. The atmosphere changed in my home after he cleaned all that dirt. I was ecstatic. I live on a fixed income. Life is challenging. Great service, quick and easy. Punctual and friendly. Moved into my new apartment that smelled really badly of cigarettes from prev tenant and it’s completely gone now and smells and looks amazing. A little pricey but it’s totally worth it.
