We clean carpets came to my home in Rockwall Texas. He came to my door. He wasn’t very friendly. He walked in. He looked at the work he had to do. He came back downstairs got all his iPad and tried to update me on my prices for different materials to get the carpet clay when I decline, he called into his boss. His boss immediately said what he don’t want any extra services. I said no they cleaned the carpet they still look the same way that it did before he came. The guy spent literally four minutes in each room three minutes going down 15 steps and a landing in about four minutes in the closet. I would never use this company again thanks a lot. Have a blessed day.

I usually use a different company for carpet cleaning, paying a bit over $200 for two rugs, with pickup and delivery included. However, due to their delayed schedule, I decided to try this company based on their reviews. When the technician arrived, he asked where we wanted the carpets cleaned and mentioned he could do it on the driveway—despite it being cloudy and about to rain. We were unaware that they cleaned rugs onsite outdoors. He then offered to take them to their facility, which we agreed to. Their website states a price of $69.50+ tax per 6x9 area rug, yet we were charged $400 for two 6x9 rugs. When the rugs were returned, they were folded in squares instead of rolled, and they neither smelled nor looked clean—essentially the same condition as before. The owner promised to refund part of the cost, but almost month later, we still haven’t received anything. This company is unprofessional, provides poor-quality service, and engages in misleading pricing. I do not recommend them at all!

Wonderful job

I really loved how seamless the booking process was. I gave them a call, and I was off the phone in 3 minutes. No weird sales pitch. They had availability and they called before they came, and got here on time. For a 1 bed, living and dining room and a couch cleaning they got it done surprisingly quick in about an hour as the tech said. We did a walk through at the end. It's been a while since we cleaned the carpet so they had their work cut out for them. I am happy with the work. P.S. the pictures look like this because the floor is still damp.

01/14/2025 The technician came to my home from We Clean Carpet Recommend special cleaning of furniture at a higher price from which the Lady appointment setter had given me over the phone. We Clean Carpet upon arrival With higher price he spoke of a special simulation that didn't work at all still have spots everywhere didn't communicate with me on first start of cleaning that the spots would not come out wasn't given that choice to say no to the cleaning also which l would have stopped the process right then at the beginning was not given that chance at all. He should have looked all around the furniture for spots which spots was on back of chairs all over the sides he never looked at the whole Job never should have started from the beginning not only raised the price but furniture still looking a nasty mess.lm asking your company to refund every cent of my money your company is not a perfessional cleaning company everything should have been looked at all over and up side down and sideways before the job was started all about the money and raising the prices Once you started you seen right then that you could not get the stains out that's when you should have discussed things with me you new this before hand no communication explaining at all with the customer until you came and told me you was finished still never said come look before or after starting.l went to look at what was supposed to have been a cleaning and my heart started beating so fast and missing beats l had to sit down and calm myself down and take a heat pill l was very unhappy with the outcome what surpose to have been his special solution.Water left on my new hardwood flooring that l had to get up still didn't say anything about the stains still on furniture until l started saying that the furniture was still looking a mess that's when he said the stains wouldn't come out after l started complaining about it l'm giving the owner or manger a chance to make this right or l will have to take further legal action. Have called the company several times the voice machine picks up l left two messages for magn or owner to call me three in the evening phone goes to voicemail they close at five.Tech did not make it known up front first off that he couldn't get stains out of furniture l paid my hard earned money went from $109.00 that the lady appointment setter told me after he got here went to $169.00 paid out $149.00 cash money he said they didn't take checks l'm a senior citizen on a fixed income l don't have money to give away for service not being done right l don't have a problem paying for good excellent service l have had my house almost totally remodeled over in and out different contactors excellent work no problem paying but this service was by far the worst not at all professional cleaning or excellent are acceptable will call back first thing in the morning requesting to speak with manager or owner one of the two or both needs to come here to see my furniture.My law firm said give We Clean Carpet and upholstery a chance first and see what they will do about this situation.l will add pictures to my phone when l get to my work place at the law firm l will send pictures tomorrow to this company
