Alot of my carpet was not wet in my living room. When he arrived it was great but it ending up him telling me this was going to be almost over 250 dallors. I felt like he really didn't feel my clean. I also needed a rug clean and he said y'all listen and recommend me to hang my rug and power wash it. My dining room is excellent! My living room was not even wet. Spots in the hallway and my husband manage was not pitiful. He was on his phone the whole time.

I called at 9am in the morning and George showed up a few hours later with a great attitude and did a tremendous job. He walked me through my options and provided information on each one. I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning needs and if you are in the Dallas area specifically ask for George, as he was a great guy and easy to work with.

My carpets looks amazing, was done fast and efficient, the gentleman was very professional and nice.. I am ratings a four start due to the price, my estimate was 109 plus tax, so I was thinking around 200 for everything.. They told me it would be 499 when they got here, they said it was for solution and other stuff..

The representative that came out was nice, but I wasn't impressed and wouldn't use them again. The upselling was unexpected, weird and confusing when I had already requested what I wanted via telephone with the call center prior to the reps arrival. Seemed a bit duplicitous, as if I needed the additional services when I didn't. Also, the cleaning wasn't very good especially for what I paid.

Tech was a professional, clean, the carpets very well and offered additional services.

Today was the 2nd time I have used this company. First time they clean my upholstery. Second time my white carpet. He did an amazing job both times. I do recommend this company.

Julius came and did a deep clean of my MIL's carpet. She has an older dog and now the carpet smells so clean! He did a great job and we are very grateful for the job he did and the information he provided for aftercare. It looks brand new!!! 5 stars!!!

Wonderful called first thing this morning, our carpet cleaner was here by 11. He took time to inspect each area that he was cleaning educate us on what needed to be done and then got to a quick fast efficient and it looks amazing. We will definitely be using them again thank you so much.

The tech that came was so informative on what was going to take place during the cleaning, what chemicals are being used and how they work, and what to expect once the cleaning was done. I had a oversized living room chair cleaned due to my pet marking on it consistently. I can proudly report that my pet is no longer interested in the chair, and the odors have all been removed! I highly recommend this company, and feel their pricing was very fair for the service I got.

George provided excellent customer service. He was on time and explained the process before starting the work. He answered all of my questions clearly and gave me recommendations. I will be using their services for other parts of the house in the future.

I just moved into a new apartment. However, they did not do a very good job of cleaning the carpet from the previous tenants. I booked an appointment to have 2 rooms cleaned. Lee did an amazing job. He was in truck 1. The nasty dark stains, our gone. The carpet is very clean and now I can use my personal carpet cleaner to maintain it. I paid 179 for both rooms to receive a deep clean. Without the deep clean it would have been $89 for a basic cleaning. I am 100% satisfied with their work. And we're all familiar with the term "cool beans" lol

Ive done business w/them for approximately 4 years & this was my last. I dont tolerate unprofesstionalism. I got a service & paid for an additional "protection" spray which I had a question about. I called & left messages for almost three weeks & still no call back. They do not check a voicemail that you're always transferred to. When I did finally get ahold of a human, they just transferred me again, to voicemail. The last time I called, the lady in the sales department could care less about no one returning calls, her job is to simply transfer people which she made very clear. It should NEVER be this hard to communicate with a company that I paid to get a service from, because they have no issues calling me to book a service! UPDATE! John personally called me back & explained everything I needed to know! A four minute conversation took two weeks to have, but it happened! He was very eager to fix the communication barrier, & thats all I asked! Thank you!

Gerald did a fantastic job of cleaning my red upholstered chairs. I thought they were faded from sun exposure, but it was actually dust and grime build up from years in east Dallas. Now they are deep red again! Very happy.

The technicians were nice, the service was acceptable but the customer service experience was the most miserable and horrific experiences we have ever had. During the service our power unfortunately went out. The technician instructed us to call the company back so we can have someone come out to complete the service. We had a rug and couch left covered in chemicals. We called over 10 times and no one ever answered or even called us back. We also left messages for the service manager with no response or ability to talk to anyone to resolve the situation. It has been 4 days and have still yet to have someone call us back. We ended up scheduling a new service online to have someone come complete the service, still getting charged a small fee after being told they would come back for free. Worst company customer service experience we have ever had.

Lee (Truck #1) was awesome. The carpets looked amazing after he was done, which I really did not think was possible. Exceeded expectations. Lee was very honest and offered different recommendations, and also gave me some helpful advice with upkeeping the carpet in the future. Very satisfied.

Satisfied with service and professionalism of service provider. My carpet looks good he arrived on time, was courteous, and worked quickly. However, I feel the advertisement and what you’re booked for is deceptive. The price that’s quoted is less than half of what I paid, unclear on what’s included in the price that’s advertised, but it isn’t a cleaning that would be useful to anyone actually looking to have carpet cleaned. Felt like the rug was pulled from under me as it relates to the price, no pun intended.

I am so glad I found We Clean Carpet online. Our carpet technician was George and he did a fantastic job! He was a hard worker, honoring, and kind! The house he cleaned for us was a short term rental and the last guests had not honored our property. The horrific tenants smoked a variety of substances in the house and after 4 days of me using an ozone machine the smell was still present in the carpet and furniture so I chose to utilize the odor removal service that We Clean Carpet offers. The stench was eliminated by 95% and the berber carpet that is 30+ years old looked brand new! George was super productive and accomplished it all in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and when we need our carpets cleaned again, I will be calling on this company.
