Fast and easy! Booked all online, and they were in and out in 30 minutes. Pricing was as quoted. I should have called them years ago and definitely will recommend and use again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I called ahead for a simple job, one room and a single rug, and was given a clear price both over the phone and on their website. When the technician arrived, he immediately tried to upsell. To make it worse, I wasn’t told the new total until after I had already paid. I shut it down right away, said I would not be moving forward, and asked for a refund since no work had been done. Instead of resolving it professionally, the owner called me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice and insisted I still owed an $80 fee just for them showing up and looking at the rug. When I pushed back, he tried to guilt trip me by saying I was taking money out of his technician’s pocket. Completely inappropriate and lacking basic professionalism. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company, which credited me while the investigation is ongoing. Meanwhile, this company has made no effort to refund anything and is still holding onto nearly $300 for zero work performed. If you take the time to read their negative reviews, you will see a clear pattern of similar experiences. Do not walk, RUN away from this place. The cherry on top is that they continue to spam my email with nonstop promotional messages that clutter my inbox. I had to manually mark them as spam just to make it stop.

Is anybody able to provide me with a phone number where someone actually picks up the phone or call you back? It's been 48 hours now since I received horrible service and I have called probably 50 numbers and no one has reached back out

Julius, our tech was awesome! The upholstery cleaning was great, and an extremely reasonable price. I never know if adding any of the suggested heavy stain removals, or treatments is necessary, so it could gave been even less to do the job. I never felt any pressure from Julius, though, so I think it may have been necessary.

Julius came out to my property after a few Miscommunications with the office and he went above and beyond with customer service. I forgot how irritated I was initially lol but that’s good old fashion customer service. The carpet looks AMAZING and I will definitely use this company again! Thank you Julius for insuring we had the best service experience! Updated: 4 days later the stains resurfaced. Not sure if this is normal. Hoping someone reaches out to us to confirm if this is normal.

Amazing service and great customer service. They got my sofas, pillows and carpet cleaned in less than 2hrs and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Beware this is NOT a 89.50 clean like they make it out to seem. They book you on that price but then when they get to your place they are very ademint they can’t do the “basic” clean on your stuff. They upsell you very hard through the whole process. Overall the customer experience was incredibly uncomfortable and I will never be using them again. I left paying 240 for what they said was the basic clean

Good service carpet was pretty bad got most the stains out but an all the dirty very please. Julius was awesome!!!

Misleading Pricing and Overcharged! - the price they list on their website is only for the steam clean. They charge extra for a what they call a "deep clean." The deep clean ended up being they went around and sprayed cleaner on the carpet before doing the wet vac. (Were they planning on not using cleaner at all otherwise?) They said on the phone the deep clean was an extra $20. Well it ended up being $30 and for every area. So $30 extra for the hall, $30 extra for the stairs, and $30 extra for the bedroom. They didn't have to move a single piece of furniture, were in and out in 30 minutes, didn't bother wiping up the water at the base of the stairs on the hard floors, made it sound like they were doing me a favor by including the closet in the bedroom "for free" (I had to point out they tried to charge me $30 for the deep clean in the closet and make them take it off. We are talking a small closet in a small bedroom here). There was an extra added "environmental fee" tacked on to the price, and to top it off, the tax rate they charged was 10.3% after doing the math. Unacceptable. Will never do business with them again.

We Clean Carpet and Upholstery does a great job every time. I’ll always choose them for my carpet cleaning needs. I get a different tech each time but Julius was a godsend today. Very friendly, provided excellent service.

I was very disappointed with the outcome initially. However, after my first experience, the manager reached out and sent a technician named Jerold to address the issue — and I’m very glad they did. Jerold did an excellent job removing the stains that were previously untouched. The difference was clearly visible, and the carpet finally looked properly cleaned. Based on the quality of his work, I also had him clean another room that was heavily soiled and had pest contamination. He handled it thoroughly and professionally, and the results were impressive. If your carpet is heavily soiled or has pet contamination, I would recommend opting for the appropriate add-on treatments, as they can make a significant difference in the final results. I truly appreciate the company making the effort to resolve the situation and sending someone who clearly knows what he’s doing. Jerold was professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. Because of his work and the company’s follow-up, my experience ultimately turned into a positive one. I would recommend this company for carpet cleaning services — just make sure to include the necessary add-ons if your carpet is in poor condition.

Paid $200 for them to ruin my carpet. What was supposed to be a $79 basic service transformed into the cleaner mixing chemicals on my carpet that turned it colors, and up charging me for it. I called the back to complain, they blamed it on me even though I literally just had pictures taken to list my home for sale. This place is a scam. Service is not performed by professionals. Do not use.

The low pricing is what initially drew me in, and scheduling the appointment was very easy and convenient. However, the experience after that was frustrating. They sent an overwhelming number of reminders about the appointment — far more than necessary. The technician who cleaned the couch was very polite and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. My couch actually looks worse than it did before the cleaning. He explained that whatever product he used might cause dirt to rise to the surface once the couch dried, but that didn’t make much sense to me. If I’m paying to have my couch cleaned, I certainly don’t expect new or more visible stains afterward. Additionally, he repeatedly mentioned that his work van was on some type of timer and that he could only turn it on at certain times. That explanation felt unusual and honestly made me a bit uneasy. Overall, while the booking process and technician’s demeanor were positive, the cleaning results and overall experience did not meet my expectations.

We got our carpet cleaning done because our landlord requested it and we have to show them the receipts along with pics when we vacate the house. I didn’t like how this company put on the invoice that we declined deep steam cleaning. If you are a reputable company that cleans carpets for your business, why wouldn’t you do a deep cleaning and not overcharge people with the extra add-ons. I would never use them again.

I’m happy with them because they are willing to come back if I feel like something did it look good, but I called the they came back and did such a great job, and makes more professional when the owner comunícate with me and the staff do a really great job, loved it!
