Team member sent to my home was a nice man. The work done was fine. The upselling and the changes in pricing from one minute to the next was gross!!!! I will never give this company another dollar of my money due to their foul business practices. Shop around as I booked for $109 for a couch/staircase, was quoted it'd be $400 once staff member arrived, ended up paying $250 for $1.00 worth of "special solution". Watch out!!!

They used only water and the carpet looked terrible. They told me to upgrade to using special chemicals and and tried to keep the cost down, not knowing they use only water. That fact was not shared. Very dissatisfying experience. I called back to have the carpet redone and never got a call back.

Very very expensive once they arrive. You see one thing online, and they quote you completely differently when they get to your house. "I should have charged you more" is what the manger just told me on our phone call. Got charged over $300 for 2 rugs 7ftx6ft in size, one small rectangular couch, and 2 chairs... Originally everything was going to cost north of $650... Would not recommend.

The tech was friendly and seemed to be competent. However, the area in my closet still shows brown areas where the stains still persist. The odor was still faintly present. The carpet that was unaffected by the pet stains looks very good. My reason to call this carpet cleaning company was to alieviate the stains and odor.

We’ve used this company 4 times now (2 at our old house and 2 at our current), and have been satisfied every time. We’ve had at least 2 (maybe 3) different techs, all of which were really kind and professional. Julius was our tech today. He stayed a couple extra minutes after he finished up to give our dog some love. This company has always done good work for us. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely continue to use them in the future.

I’ve been using them to clean my rugs for at least 5 years! They’re quick, courteous, good prices and always do a great job. I’ve got large wool rugs, a Persian rug and a large cotton rug.

Quoted at $60. Looked at my statement and price ended up being over $200 for a small apartment that only has carpet in the bedroom. The guy also didn’t bother to try to move my bed (which is extremely easy to move bc of the light bed frame) and had missed the whole entire area under bed. He also missed a ton of areas in my closet and under my recliner next to my bed bc he also didn’t bother to move that

Carpets are older and had some large areas of stains. Tech pre-treated and scrubbed and then shampooed. Carpets look amazing. Only 1 small stain remains. I have never had a tech spend so much time on my carpets to ensure they were clean. Will definitely use them again.
