Paid double what I was quoted over the phone - $129 turned into nearly $350. My carpets STILL dirty. Noone will call back. The technician was really nice and professional, though.

I used We Clean Carpet in the past for my last apartment, to clean the carpets once we moved out and they did a beautiful job. I figured to give them a chance to clean my couch and recliner and I was very surprised that they did not do a good job and I was overcharged by $40. They will tell you they're giving you an estimate but they were so far from the actual price, I was very shocked. To clean my furniture they basically used these old outdated machines to suck water that they spray on the couches. Definitely not worth $100. I called management to inform them they gave me the wrong invoice for like $140 and also to express my disappointment and I was told I was WRONG! If you need your couches clean I don't recommend them but maybe give them an opportunity for the floors. I probably won't use them again I'll try someone else.

The technician was on time and friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, he tried to charge double the quoted price, even though there were no stains or problem areas that would justify any extra treatment. He completed three medium-sized bedrooms, a hallway, and a flight of stairs in just 28 minutes, which felt rushed and unprofessional. That’s far too quick for a proper professional clean, and it showed in the results. Even with ceiling fans on, the carpet was still wet more than 12 hours later—likely due to poor extraction technique or weak equipment. There were also water puddles left in the bathroom where the machine was hooked up and at the bottom of the stairs where he finished. He should have taken a moment to clean those up. Overall, not the level of professionalism I expected.

I’m a 78 year old senior and was charged almost $200 dollars for a very small room, I asked several times for a receipt, didn’t get one, it took him less than 40 minutes to finish. Very disappointed with the service. There’s still marks and stains in my carpet.

The technician showed up on time we discussed what he was gonna do. We agreed upon the price and he got started. He sprayed the whole area down and then he started steam cleaning it and had some really bad spots and he worked on them until they come clean, he was here for three hours and he did the living room Dining room combination one bedroom and a small hall.
