Fantastic job. I have one traffic area, that other companies did a fair job, but Clean Carpet steam cleaning restored it and it looks like new!! The carpet feels so good, not crunchy. I will use them again. Pricing is reasonable.

Two no shows.. we scheduled couch cleaning on a Friday, made ourselves available for the group, which they didn’t show up. They finally said that they would come the next day Saturday. We waited around all Saturday for the team to come clean the couch and they never showed up. No one would return our calls or emails. Still haven’t received anything.

My significant other ATTEMPTED to use these guys; she had nothing but frustration with this company--Avoid at all costs!! Had an appointment on Wed 3-6. They no-showed, and called at 8:30 pm to say they were too busy. Gave them a second chance and re-scheduled for Friday. They no-showed AGAIN. Called the manager to complain, and he assured me that they would show up Saturday 11-1, and would reduce the price to $89 including treating traffic areas. No showed a THIRD time, even though the dispatcher said "they're pulling into the driveway". Eventually showed up 2 hours late, walked through, and immediately changed the price for "traffic areas" etc; classic bait and switch and absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. Turned them away.....total incompetence!

I booked a carpet cleaning service through them for $69.50 They were very prompt on time and cleaned two dark patches on my carpet and billed me $240 saying they needed to use some chemical to clean. I felt it was way too expensive for the work that was done.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY Edit: Once again, they are AWFUL to contact. We have been dealing with this for over a month now because no one knows how to answer their phones. We paid $200 for 1 room and our stairs. (We received our couch for free because of how we were treated) We originally were going to do all 3 rooms but changed our mind. I have been trying to get into contact with them to get some of our money back because the couch was “free” and I know it doesn’t cost $200 for ONE room and stairs. Like I said previously, great job with the service but wouldn’t recommended working with them due to their poor communication.

Did a decent job on the carpet but tracked mud all over my hard surface floor and left it there.

My go to for carpet, mattress and couch cleanings. They seem to always get me in within 24-48 hours of my call! Reasonable prices as well!
