Chris with van 3 did a fantastic job cleaning my sofa. He was prompt, courteous, professional and worked his tail off. The hard work shows as the couch looks and smells great. I did get the enzyme upgrade for an extra $60 and I think it was worth it. I highly recommend this company, and Chris.

I would strongly caution and say avoid to anyone considering using We Clean Carpet. Our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately damaging to our home. During a service visit, their team scratched our wood floors while aggressived moving upholstered dining room chairs. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth communication with “John,” the service manager, who refused to provide his last name, direct email address, or any legitimate way to escalate the issue. That alone raised major red flags about the company’s accountability and professionalism. To make matters worse, John sent a technician to “fix” the damage. Without my permission, George used a buffer on our hardwood floors and ended up BURNING the finish into the wood, making the damage significantly worse than before. The floors were visibly damaged after his attempt at repair. Despite this, the company completely denied responsibility. No apology. No reimbursement for the original service. No offer to help repair the damage they caused. Instead, we were told to “file a homeowners insurance claim” for damages THEIR company created. A reputable business takes responsibility when mistakes happen. This company did the opposite, dodging accountability, avoiding transparency, and making the situation worse at every step. I later discovered multiple BBB complaints describing similar experiences, which unfortunately confirms this appears to be part of a larger pattern. Even though the company claims to have national locations, attempts to contact anyone through their website went unanswered. If you care about your home and want a company that stands behind its work, stay far away from We Clean Carpet!!

My technician was not only was very nice & polite, but he did a great job. Couch & rug look brand new(have two boxer dogs that think the couch is theirs). Would definitely recommend we clean c & a. And hopefully you can get my technician !!!

At first my call started a little bumpy with the lady who answers calls, but Sara called me back, was able to give me an idea of pricing, made me feel comfortable, got a cleaning scheduled, and tech went over pricing based on assessment and cleaned my carpets. My house smells nice upstairs, and satisfied with the cleaning.

I scheduled a cleaning for my sofa sectional with a service window of 3–5 p.m. The company called around 1 p.m. asking if they could come early, but I explained I was not home. That was fine. At 3 p.m., they called again to say they were running behind and would arrive around 5 p.m. They never showed. Around 5:30, I tried calling the office multiple times but was eventually sent to voicemail, likely because they had closed. I then received a call around 6 p.m. saying they were still over an hour away and would not be able to come that day. By that time, I was already on my way to an event, and it was frustrating to receive that update an hour after the scheduled window had ended. The next day, someone from their sales team called. I explained what happened and said I needed to reconsider my options. Instead of acknowledging the poor communication and missed appointment, he told me “sometimes it’s like that” and gave a long explanation about the industry. When I repeated that I needed to reconsider, he said he hoped I was never late to something only for someone to give their money to someone else. That response was inappropriate. They were not simply late — they no-showed and only called after the appointment window had passed. The experience felt mismanaged from start to finish, and the sales response made it worse. I was genuinely hoping to use this company, but the lack of communication, missed appointment, and unprofessional follow-up left a very poor impression.

The tech was great; I wasn't offered military discount I'm a little disappointed about that. Also 1 loveseat, sofa, and small room the price is really too high.

We had a sectional with multiple stains from our new puppy. Julius came in, was extremely courteous and professional. He got the job done quickly and helped with information on keeping it clean. They were also able to schedule us quickly as we have company in a couple of days and needed someone fast. 10/10 would use them again!
