We were lied to about pricing. The lady that called said it would be $69.95 for the cleaning and $20 for the pet treatment. The guy got here and said that it was a spot treatment she quoted and then he quoted us nearly $200 because we wanted all of the carpet done and weren't told it was a spot treatment. Now the guy did honor what we were told but still. My husband asked if they used hot water or steam. The guy said they the use hot water and that it's heated up to 219° and then brought out this little box. My carpet looks the same. It just smells like oranges. So we are not impressed.

I received the Carpet Cleaning today from this company and they did a fantastic job! The picture doesn’t do it justice. The deep clean and odor deodorize took stains out and freshened both rooms. The price is affordable as well. Great work guys!

Stay as far away from this business as possible. Classic bait and switch. Threatened to call the police when I declined service after the tech tripled the price. Called and reviewed the issue with their main office. They said they would be there the next day at 3pm to review. Called an hour late and said they were 3.5 hours behind. Same thing happened the next day. Setup a final meeting for 9am Monday morning. I didn't answer the call when they called, so they went somewhere else even though I confirmed the appointment time. They said they would be there at 11. Finally showed at 11:50 but I had another appointment to get to.
