The technician did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. I was very disappointed on the lateness of their arrival by 2 hours.

They did a great job cleaning sanitizing my sectional sofa and two sets of stairs. I recommend using We Clean Carpets

The cleaning John and his trainee did was great. I gave four stars as they arrived three hours later than their initial window and they did not communicate with me about being late. I had to phone them twice with two different ETA’s.

My boyfriend and I hired we clean carpets to do 2 rooms, when moving out of a rental. We were very clear that we wanted no other services. And they committed to their 2 room deal. They ended up charging us 100 dollars more without our permission, and when we called to rectify it, they said they would get back to us and then refused our calls. This place is shady. I will be pursuing this through my bank and reporting this to better business bureau.

Absolutely love my service reps who cleaned my carpet!! Joe and Eric was phenomenal service wise, explained recommended service thoroughly and my carpet is truly cleaned!! Both was personable, completed my entire house in a timely manner. I will highly recommend and will ask for Joe or Eric on my next 6 month appt.

The clean was ok but my appointment time was from 1pm til 3pm. I received a call at 1:30pm and was told the tech would be there at 2:30pm at 5mins to 3pm I hadn't seen a tech nor had i got a call. So I called and they said he would be here by 3:30pm .he got here at 3:40pm. Now he apologize and explained things but it took awhile for me to except. Now he put a cleaning agent on my sectional and it appears I'm allergic everything I go in they I breakout and start itching.

Nick the guy that came out was great and did a wonderful job. However, I booked this appointment because I had been emailed a coupon, called the confirm the price and then when he came was told it was going to be $600 more than what I was told. I ended up just doing one room of carpet and no furniture and it was still almost double the coupon promotion price.

Shawn was wonderful and did a fabulous job. He took his time and didn't miss a thing. He got ten years worth of dirt and pet dander out of our couch and loveseat. Would highly recommend. A little pricy but well worth it.

Shawn did a great job cleaning my 15 years old off white, custom made expensive sofa. My dog would lay on it when i was not around and he got it dirty. SHAWN was so kind and polite. Quick and easy for what I needed. I felt like their communication was very chaotic. They called at 815 asking if they could come early. Then called at 1130 saying they would be there in 15 mins but the driver did not show up until after 2pm. However, the gentleman that came was very professional and courteous and did a good job.

Booked a 11am appointment, Technician calls in at 11:30 saying he’s running late and would show up at 1:30. I get another call at 12:45 saying a different technician would be on site in the next 10mins. Specifically asked for additional charges while booking the service and was told no additional charges and fees other than the quoted price plus tax but once the technician is on site, He’s hardpressing on upselling services and added on a $20 (other areas) fee which he claimed was for bringing the equipment up the stairs. The entire cleaning service was wrapped up in less than 8minutes. Ridiculous service, unsatisfied with the entire ordeal.

Carpet was clean, the only issue was they left dirty black water in the garbage can as well as in my bathroom sink, which clogged the sink

The staffer was very friendly and thorough in cleaning the carpet especially the stains noted. Will definitely use this company again in the the future.
