All the trouble spots on my furniture are now clean! I had a sectional and 2 chairs cleaned.had some urine, food and random stains that needed addressed. Tech was great, cleaned up when there was overspray and left space as he found it.

Edit: The company came out and cleaned it again and it is much better. I appreciate their effort to correct the issue. Very disappointed. I asked the technician upfront if my small bedroom carpet could be cleaned and was assured the deep clean would make a big difference. I paid $130, but the carpet still looks terrible. The service manager later denied I even purchased the deep clean—even though it’s on my invoice—and didn’t resolve the issue. Feels like they cared more about money than quality or honesty.

Not happy! My banister was damaged due to the cleaners hose that was draped over it while he was working upstairs. Also an end table was chipped. That table was just purchased yesterday. Also big pools of water were left on the wood floor leading from the kitchen all the way out to the front door. I had to go out and ask them to come in and wipe up all the water. Terrible service

I was happy with the overall carpet cleaning service. My carpets came out clean and smelled fresh, which I really appreciated. Jillian did a great job—very thorough and professional. My only concern was the timing. My appointment was scheduled between 9-11AM, but he arrived around 12:30 PM. I almost had to cancel due to other errands, so that part was frustrating, anyway, thank you for the service!
