Jason was Awesome. This man saved my couch!

I'm a returning customer.. Kyle did an awesome job 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾!! My carpet looks new and smells new too!! I've already referred my family and friends to this company.

I got a quote for $89.50 to clean our sofa. They show up and tell me it’s $380.00! I said what for? The gentleman says “well that’s for deep cleaning and sanitizing”. I said I don’t want to sanitize. He said OK, that’ll be $280. I said how did we go from $89.50 to $280? He says $89.50 is for one sweep over the couch, which will not clean your couch instead I would need to go over it several times. I claim BS! So from there, he and my husband verbally duking it out, he was able, once again to offer $89.50? Hmmmm? He started the process and my husband asked him to stop and leave because he wasn’t doing anything with results. Of course, he still demanded full payment! Steer away from anything that looks to be too good because it definitely is! Never AGAIN!

The carpet cleaner was very through and did an amazing job

Nice tech. Good service, however he left my floors very wet. I recommend bringing a mop to mop the access water.

This was the 2nd time I used We Clean Caroet and Upholstery. The technician, Kyle, was professional, explained the services and executed them accordingly. I was very pleased with the outcome. Good fast service got it done and looks good. Only issue was just getting them there on the appointment time.

What went wrong is that we paid for professional carpet and upholstery cleaning, and the service did not match what was represented. The work was completed in less than an hour, the rug did not appear to be cleaned, unnecessary additional service was pushed, and we were left dealing with new problems afterward, including a sink issue. On top of that, we have had to spend our own time trying to address the fallout and dispute a service that should have been completed properly the first time. At this point, the issue is not just dissatisfaction. It is that the service provided did not match what was advertised, did not justify the amount charged, and created additional inconvenience and concern in our home.

I needed allergens and cat dander removed from my carpet and living room furniture and the operator did just that. However, my bill turned out to be slightly higher than I expected it to be. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the service.

DO NOT HiRE THEM. SUPER RUDE CLEANER. Too much hidden charges that were not explained clearly to me more than double of what was quoted. Then weird room counting by cleaner who had come. The cleaner parked his van in 2 parking spots to get this equipment down and when questioned he was arguing that this is how he works.

The cleaner, Mr. Kyle, performed a great job, he steamed cleaned my livingrm, 3 bedrms, & a similar hallway. Mr. Kyle was respectful, curious, and answered all my questions. Great job. Docked 1 star as the rep over the phone did not accurately price me based on the description I provided of my modular couch + ottoman. Ended up being more, otherwise, the tech was friendly and did a good job. I appreciated that he cleaned up the water from the floor after. I would use this service in the future.

I called we clean carpets this morning. It was a bit of an emergency. My elderly dog had made a huge mess of a brand new carpeting. They had someone at my house in an hour. He ioffered a few additional treatments to make sure the job was done correctly. They did an amazing job and the Carpet looked good as New. I highly recommend them.

This business has been a disaster to work with. Right before the holidays I decided to clean my Whisper Shag rug. 1st guy was supposedly to do works and stain guard lastly. An hour or so after he, Benjamin leaves I see yellow spots showing up threw the long fibers. I called to let them know going how do I treat this now. They send another tech to look at it, he completely agreed the carpet was indeed still dirty and I even was going threw the fabrics and was finding pieces of random stuff in them, for all I know it could have been pizza crumbs! Regardless. After that tech finishes he and I are looking over the water and the rug, he again agrees that he has no clue what the first guy did because it doesn't look like it was ever cleaned. So I called a asked for my over 200.00 back. They refused!!! I called and reported this. Jon the service manager actually has this Benjamin call me and he's try to argue with me it's clean. I tell him it is still dirty. I am still waiting for 3rd cleaning because this shag carpet has not received the cleaning that is required for the beautiful fabric. I don't know what's wrong with this business, bunch of guys ripping people off with their crappy carpet cleaning services. I have had my carpet covered to preserve their carpet job with nothing else ever touching it for several weeks now because the 3rd guy never showed up for the 3rd appointment that I made with Benjamin to send someone back out. This guy is argumentative telling me I won't give you your money back, our service isn't a guarantee, you read the contract(neverdid)... arguing it is clean, when it even still feels dirty upon touching the long whisper fabric. This is very unfortunate when I just want a clean carpet! Just 1, glad I didn't allow for more!!

Don't waste your time or money. They use your water and your electricity and try to upsell you. Missing dirty spots. Never again....

The carpet cleaning tech was very good but the pricing was not as expected...I had no idea until he arrived that it would be an extra $100 and up to$400 to sanitize. I had one spot in the family room that needed sanitizer which cost the extra 100. Price transparency is important before the tech arrives... This would have been a 5 otherwise

Terrible! Don't waste your time or money! The cleaning is as basic as they come. I could have done a better job with my little green machine from Bissell. The price is to get them in the door. The they start with the add-ons! Do you want deep clean, sanitize, stain removal, etc ....I guess you get what you pay for! The guy was nice at least. Lol

Well the carpets were so saturated with water when tech left that you couldn’t tell if they where even cleaned in most areas until it was dry 36 hours later, and that dam machine that they supposedly designed and made sucked left dirty water all over my wood floor and sprayed all over the new kitchen cabinets. That was the worst experience I. Carpet cleaning ever and the tech tracked the sloppy water everywhere he worked!!!!!! Took picture and videos of there shit ass equipment and sloppy ass tech!!!!

WCC got service tech Andrew out the same day I called. He worked on a (very yellow) pet stain on a light carpet, but the stain was a week old and could not be entirely removed. Still, he worked away at it for half an hour and it looks SO MUCH better than it did. I'm satisfied. Andrew was friendly, upbeat, and professional. He definitely knew what he was doing, but was rather irked the stain couldn't be entirely removed!

Tech did a good job, but was disappointed that he didn’t have plastic booties for his shoes, so every time he went in and out, he was tracking dirt back on my carpet and his portable equipment dripped water on my kitchen and dining room floors.

Ben did a phenomenal job cleaning our white sectional. It looks as good as new! He was quick, efficient, and provided great communication and service. I look forward to having the couch cleaned once a year to maintain the longevity of the sectional with pets.

The tech was very professional and explain the different services because I thought I was gonna get just cleaning but for a certain price you only get the steam cleaning no deep cleaner or anything that’s additional and I wasn’t told that but the service guy was very nice, very knowledgeable respectful

I used We Clean Carpet last year and had a decent experience, which is why I decided to rebook this year to have my rug and sofa cleaned. Unfortunately, this time was a very different experience. I paid extra for a deep clean of my modular sofa, but it was clear that only a quick surface pass was done. The rug was partially under the sofa, and the technician neither moved the furniture nor asked me to—so only part of the rug was cleaned. When the technician left, my floors from the living room through the kitchen and entryway were soaked. It appeared that a bucket or cleaning residue had been dropped in the kitchen, as dirty water with hair and sud splashes were left all over my refrigerator and floors. The cleaning machine also emitted a strong burning or melted rubber smell. To make matters worse, the cleaning tool scratched the wall behind my sofa, leaving a black line across the entire back area. I called the company three times to speak with a manager about these issues, but no one has returned my call.
