Cody McCain was rude and extremely unprofessional. I have used them before and the technicians were good. They were an hour and half late, never called, overcharged us in an error and then he was also very unprofessional. Will never use again.

Great service, that literally have our carpet looking brand new. Service was also really quick, great customer service. These photos I took was right after the service so it doesn’t give much justice but for even right after the carpet looks brand new compared to what it was before. I wish I had before pictures because our carpets had very hard deep stains that we didn’t know could be removed with their service. Very appreciative of their service 10/10 will recommend and go again :)

I had some old stains and they got them all out. My expectations were low and I was willing to settle for clean but got all the stains out on furniture and carpet.

He was thorough with his explanation. The price was a bit more than I anticipated; however, I also opted for the recommended deep cleaning. The pricing is competitive, as the quotes from other companies were a bit higher.

Technician was very friendly. Carpet cleaning turned out very well. Bugs in online booking (couldn’t make changes, technician came outside designated time window, different prices quoted vs paid).

I don’t like surprises with service charges, especially more than double what I expected to pay. The service man was professional, and communicated why I needed to pay for extra. I don’t like when a company does not provide clear details or options on the it’s website, so for that reason and the fact that there were per hair and other debris visible on the wet carpet.

Let's start with the positives: My carpet looks much better than it did before, it's been about 2 years since I had a deep cleaning so some stains and colors didn't fully come up but my carpet wasn't horrible just lived in. The technician was great, professional, & communicated well. What I didn't like is the pricing. I don't like surprises so of course I know the quote was for basic cleaning but it shouldn't be off too much so maybe allow for those services to be chosen on your website so the customer has a better idea of the price. I do feel it was pricey for what I got and the results.
