Old machine from the 90s I hired a carpet cleaning company for deep cleaning. They used a large machine, dragged it over my stairs, and left the carpet soaked with water without effectively cleaning it I pay $269 for 4 bedroom

The technician was wonderful. I have a fabric headboard and a candle in my room Stained the fabric of the headboard.He did his best, but just for future reference smoker soot from a candle does not come out of fabric.

The guy was very nice, but the machines are very old. They were not steam cleaned. They used my water from my faucet. My carpets are soaking wet and the machine put dirty water all over my hardwood floors in my kitchen.!!!

I really don't complain much and hate to leave bad reviews but I feel the service could have been better. I was initially quoted 129.00 to have sectional and area rug cleaned. Once the technician was here he upcharged stating the cost would be 225.00. The service seemed really rushed and the area rug now has brown stains that are seeping through. Those stains were never there in the beginning and it makes it look dirtier. I was told the rug would dry after a couple of hours, it is now three days later and it is still very damp and causing a horrible odor. I sat the rug outside to help with drying and bad smell. Please run from this company! Very unprofessional. I have definitely had better results with other carpet cleaners.

This is the third time I've used We Clean carpets. The tech was very thorough especially in the room that my puppy had several accidents on! I will definitely use them again!

All around did a good job.... Have my own shampooer but haven't been able to get dog urine smell from out of a spot in my carpet... Paid extra for the service hoping to totally eliminate it .. still has the underlined smell.... I feel it did the same as when I do it myself.... But gentleman was pleasant & efficient

This place is an utter joke! i set up an appointment for Tuesday at 1 PM. Tuesday at 2 I called them and was told they would be by soon b/c they were finishing up another job. At 430 I called them back, and they were on the way. Don't waste your time with this. I was willing to let them do complete the service b/c I have moved all of my furniture. But out of sheer principal....no.

Do not use this company! Omg! The man they sent to my house showed up exhausted and fragile. He was out of breath walking a flight of stairs. I told him take his time I even offered him water. He declined. He had another guy join him which at that point made me feel better. Which still didn’t make a difference!! Two grown men making a mess so bad! Water every where! Every where! Coming down the stairs both of them decided to bring down ALL THE equipment at once versus helping each other take the equipment down SAFELY with the help Of each other, the man who was exhausted drops the machine and messes up my real hard wood floors and my walls smh!!!! Just pathetic! I am so pissed of! AND THIS Company tried to up charge me when they called me and offered me a special! Stay far away from this company!

Two talented, professional men cleaned the carpet in one bedroom and my front entry staircase. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them for anyone needing carpet cleaning.

Unfortunately my results were very disappointing. I hired this company to clean a small couch and ottoman. The job shouldn’t have taken no longer than an hour and technician what at my home from 8:45am-12pm. Apparently the machine was broken and it wasn’t communicated. When I asked what was going on the technician and whoever he was on a video call with brushed me off saying” maam we got it” it was very rude and offputting and the reason I was asking was because the technicians was moving my coffee maker and things in my kitchen and I didn’t know why he needed to do that when he was hired to clean a couch. I’m the type to avoid conflict so I simply went into my office. After missing a meeting due to them being there so long he finally finished and I asked did he deep clean and scotch guard and he said yes all of that was done. He left water and hair all over my floor and a little wire from the machine( hope they don’t need it) He saw me a little perplexed as I looked at the couch and he told me not to sit on it for 12 hours. The couch didn’t appear to be deep cleaned. I’ve called the company three times and I sent an email. Hopefully someone will get back to me to resolve this but I’m unhappy. This is not clean. See the images. Update: I was contacted immediately and was told they would personally come and take care of this. I think the way they handled this was excellent which is why I’ve changed from 1 star to 4 thank you so much!

Very poor performance they show up with faulty equipment and on requesting for refund because cleaning was not made they said just to come to the place they charge $89 don’t pay them upfront. They are scamming. Poor Customer service

Based on other recent reviews in the last few months... my issues seem to be common one for them. I have previously used them 3 times at my home and never had an issue. Had a scheduled time window this morning from 9-11am... received a phone call at 9:30 stating they were running a little behind, but would be to my house right at 11. Fast forward to 11:30, no one had called again, nor had anyone showed up. Left a message for the manager, the tech called me a few minutes later saying he was on the way. I told him someone was supposed to be here between 9-11am and he said "so you don't want your carpets cleaned?" UMM... WHAT?! I ended the call with him and called back and spoke with a manager who apologized and told me they were running behind because a truck broke down but he had "his best tech in route to my house". 40 minutes later, the tech shows up and admits he is brand new to the company. He then brings in all of the equipment and asks me where my water source is. Keep in mind, I have used them 3 previous times and they've NEVER used my water source. Not once... they've always hooked up from their van (which had a hot water setup). At this point, I was done with this whole fiasco and just told the tech never mind, I didn't want my carpet cleaned. It is one thing to know in advance they will use your hot water vs having a truck that has a hot water set up. He said ok and left. Or so I thought. 2 minutes later, he rang the doorbell and told me "I forgot to tell you there is a rescheduling fee since I drove all the way here". I AM ABSOLUTELY NOT PAYING A COMPANY THAT WAS OVER AN HOUR LATE AFTER THEIR TIME WINDOW AND THEN WANTS TO USE MY WATER SOURCE A RESCHEDULING FEE. I don't want to reschedule because I will NEVER use them again. I'm not sure what happened in the last year or so since I used them last, but to say this experience was disappointing from top to bottom is saying the least. Yes, they have good prices, but I would rather pay double the price, have an experienced technician show up in the time window I was told and have the proper equipment to do the job than use them again.

They were an hour late arriving. The guy didn’t have on shoe covers and then didn’t want to take off his dirty shoes before walking in my carpet. They spent the next 15 minutes trying to up-sell me and after I refused more services they asked for payment BEFORE providing the services. I refused to pay before the service was done and he accused me of trying to get free services. These people are so unprofessional. They must be paying Google a lot to be at the top of carpet cleaning search near me and for these reviews. Find a more reputable service.

They use my hot water they knock my power off when I call them back and told them they didn’t care so please don’t have that lady call me back in six months cause I will curse her out

This company is the most unprofessional carpet cleaning company I have ever dealt with! They schedule me an appointment from 11-1pm and NO SHOW NO CALL! So we sit and wait for hours and these people just were not going to show up! John claims he is the owner I spoke to and very unprofessional, nasty attitude about no one showing up to my scheduled appointment that they called to make! ATLANTA DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! I will be contacting the BBB and any other organization I can to report this business! I run multiple businesses and this is not a way to run a company! The employees that sit behind a desk in their homes answering calls are low end as well! Contact a carpet cleaner that handles business! DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
