Beware of shotty work Incomplete work and messy broke down machines

Very unprofessional. No one ever came during the 3-hour appointment window. I called the dispatch an hour and a half after my appointment and he could not confirm if someone would be coming out.

6/10/2026 | Gwinnett County | Do not book. I requested a move out carpet cleaning service from 3-5. I called the phones numbers provided and someone answered saying they are behind and would come closer to 5. I called them back at 5:25pm and no answer/sent to voicemail multiple times! I googled their reviews to find this is common practice for this business. Stay AWAY!

We had our carpets deep cleaned and pet spots treated, and the results were amazing! The carpets look and feel so much better, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Our technician, Raheim, was fantastic. Even though it was his last day of training, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He was professional, friendly, and had such great energy. He took his time, paid attention to detail, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Excellent service and outstanding customer care. We really enjoyed working with Raheim and highly recommend this company! This is our 3rd time using this company and will be calling them again and again for the times. Very professional from start to finish.

I would like to commend the two gentlemen who came out to clean my carpets. They were extremely professional, thorough, engaging, and polite from start to finish. Their customer service was top-tier, and they worked efficiently while making sure the job was done right. They represented the company very well, and based on their service alone, I would highly recommend them. The only concern I have is with the pricing process. I understand that the technicians are simply following company policies and do not set the prices themselves, so this is not a reflection on them in any way. However, I do not like being quoted one price and then having additional charges added once the service begins. I would prefer more transparency upfront so customers know exactly what to expect. I would also recommend that the company provide shoe covers for technicians when entering customers’ homes. The gentlemen did not have any, and while this was not their fault, it is something I believe the company should supply. Going forward, I will likely keep some on hand myself, but I think it would be a nice touch and would help protect customers’ carpets and flooring. Overall, the service provided by the technicians was excellent. They were personable, professional, quick, and efficient. My carpets have not completely dried yet, but so far I am very pleased with the results. Thank you for a job well done.

We clean carpet was great for my move out needs! They were honest about what i actually neeed and didn’t try to up charge me. They were in and out in what felt like an hour. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

I had to call the police on this company because they tried to scam me out of over $100. I would not recommend this company if you want an honest & timely job.

Very good experience with We Clean Carpet. We have had them do our carpets twice now and have been pleased with the work and with the men doing it. Our carpets look great, and they always explain everything they can do without pressuring to give more service than we want.

I had a good experience! They cleaned my carpets and were able to get some stains out. We would use them again.

Laughable. Just had my couch "cleaned." Before starting, the cleaner immediately started upcharging $20-$30 per service (e.g., deep cleaning, protection, etc). I saw red flags suggesting that their regular cleaning would not be good (It wasn't) so I said I'm not continuing. Company (Cody) threatened to charge me full price for cancelling without 24 hr notice and if I refused, they would call the police for theft of services that they did not provide yet (For them "service" began when they started driving to my home. To their credit, they did give me a 30 min alert call prior to their arrival.). It took them 20 mins to locate their own cancellation policy, which stated I would be charged $69.50 for a same day cancellation. What a money grab! Best part? The sofa cleaning (for $89.99--> $106 with tax) only included cleaning 1 side of the seat cushions. Really. Any job worth doing is worth doing well. This service was not done well; apparently, that would have been $30 more. I asked the cleaner if he was proud of the job he did and the guy said he thought that he did a good job. I'd write more but I have to actually clean my couch. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable carpet cleaning company because this is not it.

Great service, that literally have our carpet looking brand new. Service was also really quick, great customer service. These photos I took was right after the service so it doesn’t give much justice but for even right after the carpet looks brand new compared to what it was before. I wish I had before pictures because our carpets had very hard deep stains that we didn’t know could be removed with their service. Very appreciative of their service 10/10 will recommend and go again :)

I don’t like surprises with service charges, especially more than double what I expected to pay. The service man was professional, and communicated why I needed to pay for extra. I don’t like when a company does not provide clear details or options on the it’s website, so for that reason and the fact that there were per hair and other debris visible on the wet carpet.

Let's start with the positives: My carpet looks much better than it did before, it's been about 2 years since I had a deep cleaning so some stains and colors didn't fully come up but my carpet wasn't horrible just lived in. The technician was great, professional, & communicated well. What I didn't like is the pricing. I don't like surprises so of course I know the quote was for basic cleaning but it shouldn't be off too much so maybe allow for those services to be chosen on your website so the customer has a better idea of the price. I do feel it was pricey for what I got and the results.

Very professional and did an excellent service. Only draw back was the upsell . What started as a promo $100 project was runged up, as initially offered, to over $300. The technician was very understanding and professional. We ended up splitting the difference, but did not get to what I had asked for when texting with them Still, my rugs look a lot better and I would recommend if the pricing is stated upfront.
