I had a good experience! They cleaned my carpets and were able to get some stains out. We would use them again.

Laughable. Just had my couch "cleaned." Before starting, the cleaner immediately started upcharging $20-$30 per service (e.g., deep cleaning, protection, etc). I saw red flags suggesting that their regular cleaning would not be good (It wasn't) so I said I'm not continuing. Company (Cody) threatened to charge me full price for cancelling without 24 hr notice and if I refused, they would call the police for theft of services that they did not provide yet (For them "service" began when they started driving to my home. To their credit, they did give me a 30 min alert call prior to their arrival.). It took them 20 mins to locate their own cancellation policy, which stated I would be charged $69.50 for a same day cancellation. What a money grab! Best part? The sofa cleaning (for $89.99--> $106 with tax) only included cleaning 1 side of the seat cushions. Really. Any job worth doing is worth doing well. This service was not done well; apparently, that would have been $30 more. I asked the cleaner if he was proud of the job he did and the guy said he thought that he did a good job. I'd write more but I have to actually clean my couch. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable carpet cleaning company because this is not it.

Great service, that literally have our carpet looking brand new. Service was also really quick, great customer service. These photos I took was right after the service so it doesn’t give much justice but for even right after the carpet looks brand new compared to what it was before. I wish I had before pictures because our carpets had very hard deep stains that we didn’t know could be removed with their service. Very appreciative of their service 10/10 will recommend and go again :)

I don’t like surprises with service charges, especially more than double what I expected to pay. The service man was professional, and communicated why I needed to pay for extra. I don’t like when a company does not provide clear details or options on the it’s website, so for that reason and the fact that there were per hair and other debris visible on the wet carpet.

Let's start with the positives: My carpet looks much better than it did before, it's been about 2 years since I had a deep cleaning so some stains and colors didn't fully come up but my carpet wasn't horrible just lived in. The technician was great, professional, & communicated well. What I didn't like is the pricing. I don't like surprises so of course I know the quote was for basic cleaning but it shouldn't be off too much so maybe allow for those services to be chosen on your website so the customer has a better idea of the price. I do feel it was pricey for what I got and the results.

Cody showed up on time and called before arriving. He walked me through the process and made recommendations without trying to upsell or sell me something unnecessary. I appreciate a company where I can book online and not have to follow up with phone calls. The carpet looks brand new and the whole process only took about an hour. I highly recommend this company over the competition!

I had two rooms cleaned. He over quoted me initially almost double the advertised price, until I told him I would just get some other company to do it. This will be my last time using them. He didn’t move anything. I had to move the chair. He didn’t move the ottoman, vase , a light weight plant stand and he only cleaned around things and in some areas he didn’t clean at all. I gave them to stars because they were punctual and came out on the same day.

The technician was very understanding and professional.
