There is never a good time when your water heater starts leaking. That happened on Thursday afternoon, 3/26/2026. I spoke to Alex at Water Heaters Masters and he was able to send Dave/ Plumbing Tech out that afternoon to accommodate my schedule since I had a prior appointment. Dave showed up a little early, which was great, and he reviewed costs and pros/ cons of 50 gal gas water heater (State and American Standard), 75 gal option and tankless water heater option. Decided to go with the 50 gal gas American Standard water heater, reviewed scope of work (new water valve, flex to WH, connect new copper pipe/ union to WH, flex gas line, WH pan, etc.) and cost (fair and reasonable), and setup an appointment with Dave and Alex for Friday morning, 3/27/2026. Dave showed up on time, had the water heater in new unopened box, and completed replacement in approx. 2 1/2 hours. All work was professional and as agreed in the contract/ scope of work. Water Heater Masters did a great job!

The installer came in just a couple of hours after we called. He did an excellent job; finished in less than an hour and we have hot water again. Very pleased with the service.

Very pleased with the timeliness, especially the same day service. The parts were all in the van ready to go and Mike the technician was great and very experienced for sure. I would like better detail of pricing as it is not broken down (such as cost of the water heater vs cost of installation). The total cost of $2100 (less $50 senior discount coupon) seems to break down to about an $1125 for the installation fee. Now considering the work was completed the day of (I called Tuesday morning at 9:15am and installation was competed by 1:30pm). Maybe the installation fee seems a bit excessive, but the old broken down water heater is gone, the new one is installed and working, so we have a much happier household than we did last night. All in all, that makes that cost a bit easier to take.

Water Heaters Masters replaced my tankless water heater and fixed water pressure issues. They came over to assess the issues a provided a solution for the tankless water heater replacement and water pressure. They were very accommodating with coordinating with our HOA, since we would have to shut down the main water line for my row of townhouses. On the day of service, they were prompt and mindful of limiting the water shut off to the least amount of time. The did an excellent job in replacing the water heater and fixing the water pressure issues we had. I am happy with their service and professionalism.
