Excellent service. Rigo came to give me a free quote, which turned out to be the best price I got. I was able to immediately schedule them for a replacement a couple of days later. They installed a Bradford White, which I read to be regarded as the industry's best. Rigo came on time, took away the old unit, replaced all the lines and drain pan, and redid the seismic braces after installing the new unit. It all went very smoothly. Thank you!

We recently purchased a 75 gallon water heater from water heater masters. The installation was quick and went smoothly. Afterwards we had some issues with water temperature fluctuations so their technician Mike came over and isolated the problem and ordered the faulty part and replaced it. He was thorough professional. Their customer service is commendable. I highly recommend them.

Our water heater was approaching 20 years and I knew we were courting a disaster. I contacted multiple water heater companies after reading some great reviews and received bids from three companies. Water Heaters Masters Inc. wasn't the least expensive and I liked their bid with Sam Rieder explaining everything detail quoted. Sam was actually the installation tech that replaced our heater. Sam ran through the quote with me before he started any of the work and when finished, he once again pointed out the details of what he had done. I give the company, and Sam, five stars for an excellent job.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by owner and the technician they sent out named Sam. Same day service was so helpful! I appreciate the knowledge of both customer service and Sam. I had my bathroom shower valve replaced. I also had a new water heater replaced over a year ago. I initially called a plumbing service and their techs had no idea what was going on. Luckily they told me to contact the water heater company because they were blaming my pressure on the water heater. Best decision I made calling back WHM because without hesitation they came to check out my issue! I had no idea they did plumbing sell. Same came to my house and within the hour I had a new shower valve. High quality work. You will not be disappointed.

When we decided to replace my 15 year old tankless water heater, he was able to have a new one delivered and installed on the same day. I originally contacted Bell Brothers company and that was a mistake…the person who came to give me a quote was clearly just a salesman and gave me a quote for a tankless heater for $12k!!!! They said I needed a bunch of stuff to bring my attic to code….clearly a tactic to increase their quote. I did my homework and know the code. But I am so glad I contacted David at Water Heater Masters quoted me a new tankless water heater at a fair price, very much lower than Bell Brothers. He also installed it for me and explained how to properly maintain it. We also have a tanked water heater for our lower level and he provided me some advice on how to maintain it as well. From start to finish, David and this company did everything I needed in a timely manner. This is not a large company but a local,small company, meaning they have reasonable prices and they truly care about referrals, their reputation, and word-of-mouth. They came out to my house in half an hour( faster than expected) Jorge replaced my water heater in an 1 1/2 hours and it was a perfect amazing job. Called in the morning for a quote. They were able to get a technician in same day to provide a quote with installing a water heater. Called them back later on the day and was able to schedule quickly with ease. Brian, the technician, that came was professional, quick and answered any questions I had. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Saw there company van on the Carqinez bridge. Gave them a call and compared there price to the big company that was on the side of my water heater. I had made a appointment with that other company which was gonna charge we $3,000.00 for a 50 gallon plus a 3% charge for using a card. I called Water Heater Masters and they said no more then $2,300 for a 50 gallon. This is was NO BRAINER. Called that other company back and canceled. Dave from Water Heater Masters came around 8:30am and was done by no later then 9:45am. He was a really cool guy. We talked the whole time. Recommend this Family owned business by far.

I was initially very pleased by the service I received from Water Heater Masters. 2.5 weeks later, after returning from a trip, we went into the crawlspace and smelled gas. I immediately contacted PG & E, and they told us to get everyone out of the house and they would send someone to inspect asap. They had someone here within 30 minutes. Turns out that one of the valves on the new water heater wasn't tightened all the way and was leaking gas. Very lucky we caught it before there was an explosion. *Follow-up: On the same day that I posting this review and sent WHM an email, I received a phone call from Alex at 9:30 in the evening. He kept asking me why I didn't call WHM rather than PG&E. He said that they never had an opportunity to address the problem. Keep in mind that when we called P&GE we had no idea that it was the water heater that was causing the gas smell. It could have been the heater, gas fireplace, or stove. He told me that it was unlikely that the leak would have caused an explosion! It was a very unsettling phone call. He only apologized after I called him out the lack of a professional response, apology, and not taking responsibility poor workmanship. He reluctantly offered me a discount, but wouldn't say how much and said follow-up with me by the end of the week. He did not, and no discount hit my account. When I followed up by phone, he lied and said that he left me a voicemail the day after we spoke, and that his business partner had processed the discount. He didn't know how much the discount would be and had not way to look it up other than contacting his partner. Another unpleasant interaction. I initially paid $2600, and they gave me a $250 discount. The water heater they installed is for sale at big box stores for $900. Aside from a revised invoice, I received no written acknowledgment to my email, or their error. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Today we had the Water heater masters come out to replace our 20 year old unit. Brian was the one and only technician we had Here and it's a 50 gallon unit I asked if he needed help and he reassured me that he was OK and that he enjoyed his duty. Brain served with absolute Profesionalism and he was in and out of here he went above and beyond. His soldering job on the copper line was just gorgeous very clean work 👏 if owned a company it would be a blessing having someone like Brian on my team representing my company with integrity and respect and professionalism. We had a good conversation at the end and I would highly recommend this company especially Brian that man is a perfect gentleman but true beast lifting those tanks and his install was perfection I am a jerk and look at everyone's work but I couldn't find one single thing wrong. This is probably the best service I’ve experienced in any industry in California. Since my first message with Matthew and first call with Alex, the process was nothing but smooth. I really appreciated Alex’s honesty, straightforwardness and reasonable quote he gave me. In less than 4 hours, Mike showed up early and replaced the gas valve of my water heater in 5 minutes but spent the next 20 minutes educating me on what can go wrong with the water heater and what to look for and what parts to buy in case I experience certain symptoms. Mike is the best and delivered an excellent service, with no overselling or reluctance in providing knowledge.

These guys are great. I located them on Angie's list and could not be happier. They installed a new tankless water heater six months ago. It was less than 24 hours after I first called. The young guys who installed it were just so proffesional. We had a slight glitch just yesterday and they were right out. It turned out to be a minor adjustment in the pitch of the vent pipe. The technician Sam made a minor adjustment and once again we were up and running. Fantastic work.

I saw water coming from my garage and thought my washer machine was malfunctioning, but it was my water heater leaking. Looked through my diamond certified listing and called them up and they came right out. I thought they would just give me a estimate but they said they could do it right now! I was so happy. Very professional and educated me on which size l should get and how to adjust it and secured it way better than my old heater and took it away, what service. Would definitely recommend.

It went great. Called at 8am and they were at my house by 10:15 am quoted then immediately started the install. They have their own stock of tanks so they bring one with them when they come out.

Extremely quick response, came out to diagnose the issue twice (first time was our mistake, didn’t point out the exact leak) within a few hours. Very reasonably priced, came out just a few days later to install a new heater. Definitely recommend.

Having my old water heater replaced to a tankless Rennai water heater by Mike and Jason from WHM was the best choice I could have made. I love all the space I gained but most of all, not wasting all that water waiting for hot water when taking a shower. All I do now is go my app and recirculate the water for five minutes and BOOM, I have hot water in seconds. I love, love having hot water on demand. Mike and Jason teamed up in doing all the necessary work to remove the old water heater, move the gas lines and installed the recirculation pump inside. They were both great! Integrity. Looks out for the customer. Mike came out twice. The first time he told us that our water heater was still under warranty/recall and helped us call it in to have a technician come by and fix it for free. (This was after another business came by and gave us a quote of over $2000 to fix it.) The technician that came told us we needed to fix a valve. Mike came out again and took a look and said it still looks okay. He didn't want to charge us for work that didn't need doing. We did ask him to help install earthquake straps for our water heater. I'm impressed by Water Heater Master's honesty. Definitely recommend them to others.

It was a tough removal due to age of the old heater. The plumber kept at it and finally with a Herculean effort, lifted the old heater off it's pedastle despite the fact that it still has about 1/3 full. I was amazed. Great job!
