I was very excited to experience this restaurant for the first time, but when I arrived with my party of 7, I became physically ill and was unable to eat dinner. Several attempts were made to Ryan to inform him I was sick and his lack of compassion when learning this fact was alarming. My absence at the table the entire night as I was trying to recover and untouched plate/pot should have been a sign that something was wrong. I politely asked if my meal could be excluded since I unexpectedly got sick and didn’t eat anything. I apologized for my inconvenience of getting sick at the start of dinner and tried to fairly propose that if they had to charge for my upgraded broth or the no-show fee since I couldn’t eat then I would understand. When we escalated the situation to the manager after Ryan said he couldn’t do anything to help, his disingenuous attitude about the situation and failure to provide a fair solution to make adjustments to the check was frustrating. He claimed that because our reservation was made for 7 people, they portioned everything for 7 people even though 1 person had a gluten allergy so their portion was omitted entirely because of the dietary restriction. The manager claimed he spoke to the GM and that there was nothing they could do, but charge me full price for a meal I didn’t even get to eat. This just shows that management views each guest as a number with a price tag. The lack of compassion displayed was very disheartening as it wasn’t my choice to become sick, but it was their choice to provide no real solution. I would have looked forward to visiting again in the future when I am well, but there is no reason for me to after how the manager and GM handled this situation.

The food was top quality; there is no doubt. The service though was SO BAD towards the end that I had second-hand embarrassment. Keep in mind, this dinner was 159 dollars BEFORE tax for me alone. I had ordered some chuck rolls, but instead was handed ribeye. Sometimes, my order didn’t even come at all such as my scallops and oysters. I didn’t ask the waiter because I didn’t want to cause too much trouble for the waiters because I was alone and families and couples were being seated. When I paid my bill, I had asked for desert, to which the waiter had said it was coming. Guess what? It didn’t come for 10 minutes. Maybe I was the one at fault for not knowing the desert takes more than 10 minutes to make, but at that point I was done waiting. Even that aside, not a single staff came for me when I was calling for them, not even my OWN server. It takes 15 minutes just to get a glass of water refilled. The only good service I received was when the waiters first brought up the food. I appreciated the service there, but it just went down hill from there. They even had the audacity to ask to keep almost $30 dollars of change (20%). This made me mad on the inside. It felt like they were only in it for my money instead of giving me the service truly deserving of ANY TIP. In the end I gave them a 15% and I do NOT recommend paying $200~ to eat here. In terms of atmosphere, the restaurant delivered. It was dim and the room was very quiet and relaxing.

The atmosphere is modern and every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The service was the best I had experienced in my life, and the menu was incredible. From start to finish, the dining experience was smooth, memorable, and worth every penny. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is truly something else—almost beyond words. Some of the best meat I’ve ever tasted in my life. We went all in with the chef’s tasting menu, the Wagyu feast, a round of sake, and a lemonade. Every bite was exceptional. The bone marrow rice was unforgettable, packed with rich flavor, and the hot pot—especially the tom yum broth—was vibrant, aromatic, and perfectly balanced; flavorful without being overpoweringly spicy. Service was top-tier. Our server was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional—honestly some of the best service I’ve received anywhere. If I had to nitpick, the atmosphere felt a little strange. The space is beautifully decorated, but wide open, so you can see every other table. For a place that leans into a luxury dining experience, it felt just a bit too exposed, like fine dining in a banquet hall. That said, the food and experience absolutely justified the splurge. It’s definitely a high-end meal—our total before tip was $444.33—but every dollar felt well spent.

I've visited this restaurant a few times now, and my experience has been a bit mixed but generally positive. The first couple of times, I ordered the share pot, and the broth was incredibly flavorful and rich—definitely a standout. However, during my most recent visit, I opted for the individual pot, and unfortunately, the broth lacked the same depth and flavor. It was noticeably more plain and underwhelming in comparison. That said, the rest of the food was spot on. The vegetables were fresh, and the meat was tender and well-prepared. The quality of the ingredients remains consistently high, which I really appreciate. One thing that keeps me coming back is the service—it's always attentive and friendly, no matter how busy the place gets.

The X Pot – Las Vegas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visited: 3 years ago We did the Chef’s Tasting Menu, and it was honestly one of the most unique dining experiences I’ve ever had. It felt like part dinner, part show. Definitely not your typical hot pot. Food The House Spicy Special Broth was the standout. It had a deep, flavorful heat that didn’t overpower but added so much to everything we cooked in it. The creamy lobster broth was also excellent. Rich, silky, and perfect for dipping wagyu or seafood. Some of our favorite items were the fresh-made shrimp paste, which had a light, springy texture and soaked up the broth beautifully. The wagyu dumplings and wagyu meatball were both super tender and packed with flavor. You could tell the ingredients were high quality. Toward the end, the golden wagyu fried rice with truffle was the perfect last savory bite. Rich and satisfying without being too heavy. Dessert was also a win. The black swan cake was gorgeous and actually delicious, not just for show. Atmosphere This place is a full-on production. Lights, projections, live performers. It’s upscale and theatrical, which makes it feel special. Not your everyday hot pot spot, and that’s the point. Service Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, though a couple of courses came out before we were quite ready. Minor timing issues, but nothing that ruined the experience. Tips Come hungry. The tasting menu is very filling. Get the spicy broth and the lobster broth if you can. Both are excellent. Don’t skip the shrimp paste, wagyu dumplings, or wagyu meatball. It’s pricey, so go in knowing you’re paying for the food and the experience. Make a reservation ahead of time, especially if you want a good seat for the show elements. Bottom line Hot pot is usually a casual meal, but The X Pot is a full-on Vegas spectacle. For me, it was a one-time, bucket-list kind of dinner. Over the top, yes, but memorable in the best way. Perfect for a celebration or if you're looking to splurge on something fun and different.

LONG WAIT TIME PAST RESERVATION.
05.24.2025
I came here for lunch one day and had a great time. We booked reservations, but the space was fairly empty on a Friday at noon, so I don't assume you would NEED them if you come at that time. The interior was beautiful and dimly lit, with lots of tables. Service was stellar. We decided to do their set course which consisted of their swan cakes, a couple appetizers, their wagyu feast, and an entree at the end. Everything that we got was absolutely amazing, and the portions were good. We were so stuffed by the end but also decided to try their jelly dessert and macarons. Great value for the price and such a fun experience. Definitely my favorite hot pot spot in the US and I would definitely come back next time I'm in Vegas.

We got the set menu for $160/pp before tax + tip and it was def underwhelming. First appetizer course was a swan like pastry with salted egg yolk - very dry and tasted more of dessert cause the filling was a bit sweet. Beef tartare was okay, needed more flavour. The tuna sashimi was too cold, semi frozen still, seems like they did not defrost it enough and it was TINY. Wagyu toast was soo mid it was dry as you can see from the photo and no flavour as well. I will say the vegetables and shrimp were fresh. Beef portion was kinda small and too thin. We got the creamy lobster broth that had a lobster claw in it but no tools to open the shell so couldn’t eat it. Also had the tomato oxtail broth that was lacking tomato flavour. Overall would not recommend this hotpot place unless they fix the quality of their food.

Great drinks and atmosphere!

Our bartender, Ricky, made some incredible drinks that had us coming back to the bar multiple times this week. Outstanding craftsmanship with his cocktails. Great staff, drinks, food, and service. Couldn't ask for more!
05.13.2025
Very pleasant atmosphere, the presentation and service was exceptional waiter explained everything in a very detailed manner and helped us choose a very delicious course.

This was my first time hot potting. I had no idea what I was doing, but the staff was very helpful. I did the mini individual pot instead of the a la carte. I was overwhelmed, so I let them choose for me. With that, I got a swan cake, waygu tarte, foie gras, and a scallop as appetizers. Then, to cook in the hotpot, I opted for the creamy lobster sauce. I got two shrimp, some meatballs, and finally, the thinly sliced waygu to cook. Plus some fried rice. I got spoiled on my first hotpot experience!
05.12.2025
I highly recommend this hot pot spot. If you’re looking for a more upscale hot pot experience, this is definitely the place to go. After staying in Vegas for a while, I really craved something warm and comforting like soup. I just couldn’t keep eating heavy American food every day. The meat quality here is great and everything tasted fresh. It’s a satisfying and luxurious way to enjoy hot pot, and I’d definitely come back.

I don’t typically like seafood or hotpot restaurants, but this is by far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was so rich and flavorful, so much to excite the tastebuds. I was consumed in flavor. And it was made all the better by our incredibly helpful (and funny!) waiter Ryan. The other waiter Gino was fantastic also.
05.09.2025
The best experience ever. The hospitality matched the food and it was perfect. Would absolutely come back. John and Gino made the experience that much better…. Literally the best service ever.

We did the $159/person deal to try everything and it was all excellent. You each get your own pot and boil your meat and seafood in your choice of broth. Our waiter Michael was great! The problem happened at 3am when I woke up with severe abdominal pain couldn’t leave the toilet. I even over-cooked all my raw foods. The only thing I ate raw was the steak tartare pictured below. I talked to another member of my party who had the same experience.

Jimmy Y, he was fantastic. Truly amazong guy. Fast, respectful, excellent. A+. Group of 12 people and he was never tired or forgetful or annoyed. People like him is why places like this thrive.

10/10 experience. The food was absolutely amazing and Ting provided some of the best service I've seen at a restaurant. I will definitely be coming back
04.18.2025
It was a special experience! We had the tasting menu with wine pairing, starting with beef tartare, tuna sashimi, and a swan cake—perhaps better suited as dessert, but still delicious. The food and service were excellent, and we had a lovely time. I’ve had higher-quality hot pot/shabu shabu in Asia, but this felt like a different kind of dining experience altogether. Overall, it checked the boxes of what we were looking for. The only downside was that there was maybe a bit too much food—enough for three people rather than two.

The food is very fresh. What I like about this place is that the service… My server is Kacy. Her partner is Jonny . They explained things in a very detail way. Kacy knew we were having dinner and controlled how much we could order:) overall very nice dining experience.

My wife and I had dinner at X Pot, and we both got extremely sick when we went to bed that night. It was the worst experience of food poisoning we have ever had; we did not stop vomiting until 1 a.m. I would not recommend it.
03.30.2025
Kacy was an incredible server. She helped make this an unforgettable experience. Would highly recommend
03.30.2025
We had never had hot pot before, and our server Kacy W. Was so knowledgeable and personable! She really made our time at X pot special! The broths were to die for and everything was so fresh and delicious. We would definitely be back.
03.30.2025
Our sever Cody did a fantastic job. Got the wagyu tasting for 2 and everything was incredible
03.29.2025
Cool restaurant definitely trying to carry itself with vibe. Robots seemed more in the way than helpful so don't go for them. We sat for 20+ minutes twice during our hour and a half just waiting for our waiter to even walk by during a lightly busy lunchtime. Food was fine but again trying to carry itself with A5 wagyu while the broth in the hotpot was the plainest I have yet to try. Would be solid at a $30 a person price point ($15 outside of Vegas)but not worth the current price at all.

From premium meats to delicious broths and sides, every bite was a delight. What really made the night extra special was the service. Huge shoutout to Kacey and Gino—they were absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. They anticipated our needs, walked us through the menu, and made sure we had a great time from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious meal with top-notch service. Will definitely be back!

Incredible Dining Experience at X-Pot Las Vegas! If you’re looking for a dining experience that is both interactive and unforgettable, X-Pot in Las Vegas is the place to be! From the moment we sat down, we were blown away by the incredible presentation of the food, the high-quality ingredients, and the outstanding service. The meats were absolutely top-notch—each cut was rich, tender, and full of flavor. The wagyu melted in our mouths, and the fresh seafood selections were equally impressive. Every dish was presented with such creativity that it felt like a show as much as a meal. The way the dry ice and unique plating enhanced the experience made it truly special. Beyond the phenomenal food, the service was exceptional. Gino and Kacey took such great care of us, ensuring that everything we had everything we needed. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and knowledge of the menu made the evening even more enjoyable. X-Pot is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience worth every penny. If you’re in Vegas and looking for an upscale, interactive hot pot dining adventure, this is the place to go! 5/5 Stars! Highly recommended!

Love it, got the wagyu feast, and it was very filling. The presentation is beautiful, and Tammy is a lovely server! Ask for her🫶
03.26.2025
Overall, my wife and I left a bit underwhelmed. We had the chefs tasting menu and the overall ingredients were fresh and of good quality. The soup base and sauces provided were a bit bland. It want until we asked for chili oil did we feel like the flavor improved. Also, every hot pot place I've been to allows you to build your own dipping sauce but not here. Wait staff was pretty good but for the prices they charge not excellent. Ambiance was a bit loud and wait staff was constantly walking by our table due to where we were seated. I've had hot pot in many places and this one definitely was not the best especially factoring in two people cost us nearly $500!
03.17.2025
Great atmosphere, stellar service, and incredible food selection! The attention to detail from the food presentation to the drink garnishes & ice cubes really sets the place apart.
03.11.2025
You are paying extra for the Posh experience. Hot Pot shouldn’t be expensive. In the end, you’re just boiling your food. Not impressed. Would not recommend.
03.11.2025
A lot hype about this place but not impressed with the food and overall very pricey for what you get.

Came here for my birthday dinner. Gino and Kevin were both great servers. Gino went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at all times. Amazing food and service. Highly recommend!
