There is so much good I learned from this company. I came in with no real estate experience and they offered an opportunity to take me by the hand and train me not just real estate fundamentals but business fundamentals. From the first Opportunity Night and given the opportunity to eventually open my own office in any city or state , I knew this was a place for me. If you are real entrepreneur you would understand that recruiting is the lifeline of any successful business. McDonald’s, Starbucks ,even your job now recruited you. If you don’t get recruited here you get recruited somewhere else. Ask for Bryan when you arrive to your first opportunity Night! I’ll be more than happen to meet you. And good luck out there!

Great environment to grow in. They offer opportunity for anyone and everyone and they really do impact peoples lives for the better!

They promise free mentorship but you need to give them 50% of your commission and give them all your contacts. One shady part is that as a "agent assistant" they want you to bring a deal with 0 pay, its only a matter of time until the BBB catches on. You also have to recruit people and attend all these meetings on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Forget about open houses they literally need you to go to get brainwashed into the "business opportunity." Also, the speakers lie, they say that they had careers or education but a simple IG search can see that some lied about that. They want you to stay "plugged in" and talk about how at your job you have to ask for permission but they get mad if you miss one meeting. Its your typical multilevel company cult like and most people that gave them a good review are still in the company some barely at 50-55% contracts after so much time wasted.They make you go on KTP (kitchen table presentations) with friends or fam and you're literally not making money. I stopped going and they would not stop calling me. I was licensed in Dec 23 and as soon as I left them I listed my first house at a 60% commission. Now I have two other listings and about to open escrow on the buying side. FIND QUALIFIED MENTORS. This is a company for people that come from broken dreams and have hit rock bottom. If thats you by all means you'll find that their "mindset" workshops are best but if you are trying to have a career that is flexible this company is not it.

I was “invited.” Been a couple of times. It gives “we’re selling Kirby vacuums…!” After two hours of uncomfortably loud music and nonsensical blabber about the background of the selected speakers, it’s quickly apparent one is expected to build a pyramid. They have “started from the bottom now we’re here” stories and will even go so far as to present white envelopes to certain speakers with supposed checks inside to entice the “invitee” to want to join and build their own pyramid of unsuspecting participants. You’ll be constantly asked, “if you know anyone interested yada yada yada,” and will be looked at crazy when you answer with “no!” I was told to dress to impress and bring a notepad and pen to take lots of notes, neither of which were necessary. A 30 minute Google search might have been more informative as I was left with more questions than answers after the “meeting” was over. If interested in becoming a true Broker by way of becoming an Agent, I’d seek professional council because this ain’t it.

Thanks to José Ramirez-Chavez, we could find our house. He helped us through the process and now we are enjoying our home.

I wanted to get into real estate and I thought going to a university was the way to go. I soon realized learning only from the textbooks was not preparing me for the field work to come with real life family scenarios. I didn’t know how to even obtain the skills and entrepreneur mindset necessary to thrive in this industry and life- until I was presented with a part time opportunity with The IVRI Group. I’m excited that a company exists who not only services families but also cares enough to invest in people and their personal goals. I’m grateful that The IVRI Group is not solely real estate, because our purpose goes beyond real estate! I’m continuously learning about business, life, people, and myself. Greatest opportunity that I have received. Before finding The IVRI Group I knew I wanted to get into real estate but didn’t know how to start I even reached out to other companies and was told “go get the license, then come back” which got really frustrating because there was so many real estate schools and course I didn’t know which one to choose from. Until I came across The IVRI Group after attending an Opportunity Night and being in an environment that people are wanting to change for their families and all just hungry to win, because you know what they say birds of a feather flock together. I knew if I wanted to help myself and my family that I would have to hangout with business owners and people that are at an elevated mindset and by default money will attract. After that not only did I get hands on training while completing my courses but also got my license and with that was able to help my cousin and his wife purchase their first home and love the fact that I get to no just close a deal but it’s the emotional journey your on and the personal growth that you obtain and no it doesn’t happen overnight but give 6months to a year and if your are consistent you will see a change in yourself

I can’t stress this enough but here you get the awareness, mentorship, hands on training the system is already there you just have to plug in. Personally, I know many real estate agents/ brokerages but never felt like any of them can basically hold me by the hand to teach me what they know. All of them told me to get a license first and then they will “help” me. However, this company was DIFFERENT in a great way! For starters, they allowed me to do this part time (keeping my full time job) and didn’t require me to be licensed. When I joined, they enrolled me into real estate school, so that I can get my license and gave me real hands on training with a licensed agent. This unlicensed training by default showed me families questions, concerns and even fears when wanting to purchase/ sell, in which I learned how to ease families and EDUCATE THEM about the whole process itself BEFORE SIGNING ANY CONTRACTS! Now I’m licensed and have continued the spirit of educating families instead of being a typical salesperson who just wants to chase a check. This has now led to me and my partner servicing 15 families, making money and about to open up our own franchise office.

This place has really been a great to me it's really inspiring full of energy. My trainer has been really good with me getting those invites and KTP's going setting me up for greatness. I'm glad I landed here after a terrible work accident but I'm grateful to be here .

I can't say enough about The Ivri Group! It is really hard to find a business, a company, that is genuinely interested in you as a person and in your own personal growth. Also the hands on training is just what i needed to prepare for when i got licensed as an agent in real estate, it prepared me to service families into homeownership!!! Where can I start? The day our mentor found my fiancé and offered him a part time Opportunity in Real Estate we were so excited because we didn't know where to go to get help with training and licensing. Everyone else wanted him to quit his current job and sign a contract, pay desk fees pay for training and so on. I attended an Opportunity night as a support system for my fiancé and we haven't looked back since that day. The Ivri Group allowed us to learn and apply, even our children have learned about mindset and the energy in our home has changed drastically, We have been able to help many families so far during our journey and in those transactions I've learned that Real Estate isn't just a "transaction" it's an emotional journey for a family. I have the privilege to help and serve families and I am grateful that I'm in a position to help others and teach them to do the same. The IVRI group is a place where you a greeted with a warm smile and never feel out of place. As soon as you walk in those doors you have not only physically entered an amazing atmosphere, but you have opened the doors to everything you need to succeed in the real estate business. Not only do you learn the ins and outs of the business, but you get to build a team of your own to start your own business for yourself but not by yourself.

When I first came to the IVRI Group I was nervous because I have never been to pomona and I was asking myself if this was something I want to do. Now that I have been at the company for 5 months, I have learned so much about Real Estate and about Business itself. Started with The IVRI Group when I was 19 years old. I got referred by a friend to start in Real Estate but I didn't know how Real Estate worked. I was introduced to the IVRI group by my best friend Alexander Lopez. I’m an average and ordinary guy from South Central LA. Unfortunately back in 2018 I was losing my job ( previous employer ) due to the company getting in a huge lawsuit and with no backup plan or degree, I was lost. The IVRI Group took me in with NO EXPERIENCE and gave me an opportunity in the Real Estate industry and I never looked back. I was able to get hands on experience and meet so many people who I now call my family.
