My review is based on the administrative setup. One of our students needed care to participate in our 10-week summer program. I mainly worked with Tracy to get the contract setup since it was paid by our grant. Tracy was very communicative during the whole process. There were a few hiccups at the beginning (dorm access, parking, and funding setup) but it seemed to go smoothly afterwards. I have only heard positive things from the student when it comes to care.

Synergy was represented by Nora Durgin who was an excellent rep. for our needs . We are dealing with alzheimers and Parkinsons and she was totally familiar with care for both conditions. She had great ideas for us as far as entertaining a person who has neuro losses and all information was appreciated. The positive thing about Synergy is that their plans do flex because we do not need care all day long. For us, being able to flex with our caregivers is essential at this point. I have a friend who is searching for help for friends and I referred them to Synergy for their quest. They need more time with a caregiver,so their needs are different than ours but Synergy can cater to these different needs

I needed 24 hr caregivers for a friend without much notice & Synergy was the only Company, after calling many, who could provide the service in my time frame. Were things perfect? NO! However they were very fast resolving issues. I wish the caregivers had better communication between them,

Synergy used all lines of communication to help me attend to my father’s needs from many states away. It was comforting to know his caregiver team would call me and update me on his health status. We would work together to give my father the best care.

I’m so thankful for Synergy Home Care! They have been flexible to work with allowing us to create a schedule that best fit my mom’s needs. If there are ever changes, they communicate well in advance. They truly care about my mom and worked with us until we found a caregiver. That was the right fit.

I have worked with Synergy in Everett and Seattle and I LOVE my job, and all the people I work with. It has been the most rewarding job of my life, (and I'm in my 50's.) This is a terrible place. They only have 4 good CNAs. All the others hate their job and don’t want to work. The management here is disrespectful. They will will send cnas to shifts they can’t complete due to restrictions. (They can get injured) They also avoid “firing” they will just take a cna off they schedule but keep you as an employee so you don’t get unemployment. They just want money. Do not work for these people and do not hire their cnas. (Sometimes they can’t even get someone to your house!!! So the patient is ALONE)

In looking at this review we noticed that you are a past employee from over 16 months ago. We are not sure why you decided now to express your dismissal grievance from Synergy HomeCare, however; we would be open to discuss any concerns you have regarding Synergy HomeCare as a whole during your employment. If your review was not intended for Synergy HomeCare please disregard our rebuttal. During the time you were employed with Synergy HomeCare, we had over 200 caregivers on staff. We followed state regulations regarding in home care for clients pre and post care and we are surveyed by the state. Our clients have been very satisfied with the level of care provided past and present. We have the highest respect for our caregivers and treat them with dignity and respect. We hire Home Care Pulse a national agency to conduct exit reviews with all our clients and the feedback has been excellent. Feel free to contact us anytime to discuss your past employment with Synergy Homecare and we are sorry you are recalling past (16 months ago) experiences with Synergy HomeCare that does not aligned with your dismissal.
