Hello Garrett, We're sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience. We take all customer concerns seriously and want to address the claims in this review with facts: 1) Upon receiving your complaint about scratches on your newly installed floors, we immediately launched a thorough investigation including reviewing pre-service photos taken by our team. These photos clearly showed scratches were present before our cleaning began. 2) Our equipment features protective rubber padding, and the furniture in question has plastic feet incapable of causing deep scratches. Our professional assessment determined that these deep scratches could only have been caused by metal implements, not anything our team used. 3) While you estimated the damage at a couple hundred dollars, you demanded a full $1,800 refund for the entire Post-Construction Cleaning service within 24 hours. When informed that our services are non-refundable per our agreement, but that we are fully insured and would cover any legitimate damages we caused, you threatened negative reviews if not provided by your deadline, and later threatened to use your wife's Instagram following of 435,000 to damage our reputation. 4) You incorrectly claimed our team moved furniture that caused these scratches. As per our standard policy (which was communicated before service), our team does not move heavy furniture over 20lbs unless customers specifically move it for us. The chairs in question remained in their original positions, and the only furniture moved was an armchair in a different area from where the scratches are located. 5) While we offered a 15% discount as a goodwill gesture despite finding no fault with our service, we cannot accept responsibility for damage we did not cause. We found it particularly concerning that you accused our team of damaging your floors while simultaneously attempting to hire these same team members for private service outside our company. 6) Industry best practice recommends waiting 7-10 days after new floor installation before scheduling cleaning services, as newly installed floors are particularly vulnerable during their acclimation period. We stand by our hardworking team members and the quality of our service. All communications regarding this matter have been documented.
