They did a phenomenal job. My house was so clean. I hasn’t cleaned it in 2 weeks because I was so depressed. She made it look like a hotel the way she folded my towels, toliet paper and paper towels. I could cry because I couldn’t do it.

Cleaners were on time and professional. We did have a glass bottle break and there were small glass pieces left under the counter and by the living room carpet, but other than that it was great. Would definitely ask them back to clean again.

With 3 kids and a husband who works from home, I really appreciate Sparkly Maids' ability to accommodate last minute scheduling changes. Service was okay. The standard cleaning is what was booked. The kitchen floor wasn’t mopped well. The bathroom sink had some areas that weren’t fully cleaned. Overall, I wasn’t impressed and will not be using this company again.

Hi Nkeiruka, we are responding in detail because this review contains repeated inaccuracies and omits key facts from both bookings. This is also the second negative review you and your husband posted across our locations within a 12-hour period, despite ongoing attempts by our team to address your concerns directly and in good faith. August 16, 2025 booking: The service did not fail. It was declined at the door after the cleaner arrived and was asked to comply with footwear requirements that are not part of our service. We do not provide shoe coverings, and this is not a standard offering among most maid service companies. Clients who require shoe covers are welcome to provide them, and we are happy for our team to wear them when supplied. You requested for us to work without shoes. However, working without shoes is not permitted under our insurance and liability policy. Multiple reasonable alternatives were offered on site, including placing unused socks over shoes or purchasing shoe covers nearby. Proceeding without shoes was not an option. The cleaner did not feel safe or comfortable proceeding under those conditions. Under our policy, a refusal of service at the door is considered a lockout and would normally result in a full cancellation charge. Instead of enforcing that policy, we refunded the service in full and issued an additional courtesy credit as a goodwill exception. January 4, 2026 booking: You chose to book again months later, fully aware of how our service operates. This service was scheduled with an 8–9 AM arrival window on a Sunday. We do not promise exact arrival times, and at no point was an 8:00 AM arrival guaranteed. Many cleaning companies operate with 2–4 hour arrival windows. We intentionally offer a tighter 1-hour arrival window as a customer-focused standard. The team arrived at 8:49 AM, which is within the confirmed window and therefore on time. The arrival window was communicated clearly and repeatedly: -Verbally during the booking phone call -In the confirmation email -In two separate reminder emails sent 72 hours and 24 hours before the service -In an automated text message sent at 7:45 AM on the morning of service - Our website We personally verified this through recorded calls, which are disclosed at the start of each call for quality and assurance purposes. Reading and understanding these communications is the client’s responsibility. Failing to read or retain clearly stated terms does not convert an on-time arrival into a late one. Upon completion of the service, a walkthrough was conducted with our team. The service was reviewed on site and signed off as completed, and we have your digital signature on file confirming acceptance at that time. An automated “on the way” message was also sent. This was not a missed appointment, a no-show, or a breakdown in communication. Quality concerns: You were asked to provide photos so the claims could be objectively reviewed. No photos were provided. Despite this, a courtesy credit was extended again, even though the service was completed within policy. Our services are non-refundable, which is clearly communicated in advance. At this point, the documented record shows: -A fully refunded service that would normally have been charged -Additional courtesy credits issued well beyond policy -A second booking completed on time and accepted on site -Repeated efforts by our team to resolve concerns professionally -Multiple negative reviews were posted across different locations after refunds and credits had already been provided. This reflects a dispute over expectations and compensation, not poor operations, unreliability, or disregard for customer time. We stand by our team, our documentation, and our policies. Our overall review history reflects the level of service we consistently provide and the good faith we extend to our customers, even when policy would allow otherwise. Efficiency at its best, Sparkly Maids is a class act outfit from front to back. The maids showed up on time and left no stone unturned. For each part of the house an inspection was required to which they passed with flying colors. Good company great service!

Read this if you work hard and can't afford to throw money away. Deceptive business practice, bad coordination, fake pictures in their website (employees does not dress like that), needs a third party to communicate because they do not speak English, poor job for the price, deep cleaning is just wiping with a cloth. I'm surprised with the positive reviews and makes me doubt how many of them are real customers. I paid $324.64 for a deep cleaning. For 2 hours service (1st time). It was a "move in" cleaning. I opened the door for them and left for work. My roommate already was driving to the apartment that was supposed to be cleaned. When the roommate reached the place they were already gone. They left in less than 35 minutes. 2 bed/2 bath apartment. They did not clean well. Seems they just wiped. There was even hair and residues of food on the refrigerator between the shelfs. Bathrooms smelling like urine, stains on floor, windows frame with black dirt and so on. I paid to clean the apartment before I moved in. They did a very shabby job for what I paid. I called Sharon, and sent an email with pictures. They gave me 2 hours for free as a compensation. Have to wait long time for them to come back and clean. By the time they schedule the new appointment I already moved in to the apartment. We ended up cleaning by ourselves. They keep changing the appointment day. 2 weeks after the moving finally someone came. The person that came (2nd time), came late, there was no communication. Then she spent the whole 2 hours ONLY cleaning the oven. And I was told that I had to pay after the 2 hours if their employee had to stay. I told her to leave because it was already 2 hrs of service. Sparkling maids is a scam business. They will try to find a way to get more money from you. I called Sharon again and told her. You guys do this on purpose right!? 2 hours cleaning an oven is an exaggeration . And if it was so dirty as they claim, that proves then that your previous employees did a bad job. Who knows how many people had been ripped off by sparkling maids. Mostly elders or busy people that dont check their work and take it for done. Do not use them, they do not deserve to have a permit for business. (Edited after the original posting) Now they keep calling me. I gave 2 different phone numbers which now I regret. They keep calling often and insisting. No one likes a bad review. I understand. They also have to understand they had not 1 but 2 opportunities to do the right thing. Do the right thing the first time and avoid negative consequences. If you get a second chance, don't waste it. Do not blame me for the review. I posted the review after the 2 opportunities I gave to this business. And spamming my phone makes the things worse. It is creepy.
