This is not unique to Sparkly Maids—it’s an industry-wide standard, as organizing requires additional time and is treated as a separate service. We do offer tidying and organization as optional add-ons, which can be requested in advance. This distinction is explained during the booking process, on our website, in the confirmation call, and in the follow-up message that includes our detailed cleaning checklist. To help our cleaners focus fully on cleaning and keep your service efficient, we encourage all clients to pick up items like toys, clothing, and clutter ahead of time. When you voiced concern, we promptly followed up by phone and email to clarify, and you kindly shared that the cleaners were doing a great job—which we appreciate. Regarding payment, we do require a credit card to confirm appointments. For services booked within 48 hours, a temporary pre-authorization hold is placed prior to arrival. The card is not charged until after the cleaning is completed, as outlined during checkout.
