Current Tennent at a property with out clean water. PGM keeps closing our work orders out, with out fixing the problem. Unable to get a manager to call me back after being hung up on by Adrian. Most of the reps that I have talked to are not helpful. Carrol seems to care, but is limited by what she can do, but the management on the emails are not helpful at all. You would think that having clean water would be a priority, but they keep sending mechanics to our apartment without letting us know, not to fix out water, but because everyone else's hot water heater is in our basement. Which has happened at least three times, in the last month. We moved in December, and have not had clean water since. There is sediment coming out of the cold water so bad, that you can't see the drain in the bathroom sink when you fill it up. They just merged with the company we signed our lease with, and that is the go to excuse. But that shouldn't be the reason that we don't have a response about wanting clean water.

Awful experience! Barely answered “melds” aka work orders. Charged extra fee monthly for their “benefit package “ which was never utilized. Cancelled snow removal issues after sun melted all the ice and snow after 2 weeks!! Just ridiculous!! These are before and after pictures….PGM management didn’t care about what property looks like either, very embarrassing! New property management company “YOU BOY UNLIMITED LLC “ did this within one week of taking over, ONE WEEK!! I can’t wait to see what else they take care of!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND PGM MANAGEMENT FOR YOUR PROPERTY OR TENANT NEEDS

We tried to come to an agreement to be removed from our lease. Told by the owners assistant that we only needed to provide two months notice in writing, which was provided. Radio silence. Fast forward three months and we receive a complaint notice from Chester County. Property is atrocious and uninhabitable. Zero communication from anyone. Can’t even see anyone when going to their office. If this company is leasing a property you are looking at, stay away.

Not sure how this website has any positive reviews. 4.8 stars….C+ Rating by the Better Business Bureau. Experience with the team was unacceptable. Email to owner: Dan Graboyes, Per a telephone conversation with your assistant you were going to call us back. We have left multiple messages, and texts to confirm our being removed from the lease. Unsatisfactory. Months go by and then we receive a notice that you’ve filed a compliant with the County. The condition of the house is unacceptable, the parking is subpar and your customer service is non existent.

Stay away from rentals under this management. I called to get my son out of his lease and was told my a PGM employee to give 2 months notice in writing. They did not honor this request and dodged all my calls and emails for months. I eventually went to the office in person and they offered no help. In fact the leasing agent was hiding in another room so I couldn’t talk with him. The woman I did speak with offered no help. Also, the condition of the property was abdominal.

Title: Completely Ignored and Frustrated I wish I could say my experience with this PM real estate company has been positive, but unfortunately, it has been anything but that. I have been trying to get clarity on my lease agreement since January 2024, and here we are, more than a month later, with absolutely no response. It's incredibly frustrating to feel completely ignored by a company that is "supposed to support its tenants". Despite multiple attempts to reach out and express my concerns, it's as if my messages have vanished into thin air. I understand that everyone has a busy schedule, but a month and a week without so much as an acknowledgment of my inquiries is simply unacceptable. I refuse to go month-to-month due to the exorbitant costs involved, yet I'm left in the dark about my lease agreement, which is supposed to be signed by March 1. To make matters worse, I have started to feel like this company is trying to bully me into signing a contract without providing the clarity and assurance I need. The pressure to sign without addressing my concerns is not only discouraging but also downright unprofessional. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, they seem more interested in pushing tenants into agreements that we are uncomfortable with. This approach is not only disrespectful but also raises serious concerns about their business ethics. It's disheartening to see a lack of professionalism and communication from a property management team. If you value your time and want to be treated with respect as a tenant, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This company has shown me that they have no regard for their tenants' concerns, and I genuinely hope they improve their communication in the future.

If this is the level of service they consider acceptable, it’s disappointing. We expected professionalism and basic courtesy, but instead, we got an attitude and subpar workmanship. Definitely not satisfied.

I reported to PGM that my heating oil tank was leaking on a Monday afternoon, I had a replacement tank in place by Tuesday evening, I was very impressed with how fast the work was done.

They are an okay rental group. Nothing horrible about them but nothing great. I probably won't rent from them again but nothing happened to make me not like them. Their communication within their office is not great and be warned because they will come into your unit without notice but everyone that I speak to is polite.

I’ve been leasing with PGM for over 4 years now and I have to say that they do a wonderful job. Whenever I have an issue, they respond right away and they do a great job with repairs, if needed.

Lost running water to the house on Christmas Eve. Expected obvious delays with holiday etc. When I spoke to Jason, he was friendly & quick to try to resolve issue. The plumbing company was quick to be out first thing next morning & had the problem fixed within 30minutes. Beyond helpful

I was not a happy tenant thru no fault of PGM management and I inappropriately took my frustrations out with the company who had nothing to do with my issues. Shelley, the office manager called me because she was updated by the billing manager Jamie who also got the blunt end, Who absolutely had no idea either what was happening. I explained the issue and Shelly promptly took care of my concerns despite my rudeness and unprofessionalism. Pgm professionally, kindly and courteously brought me back to humanity and resolved my conversation. I just wanna thank PGM (Shelly) and give them a good customer service review because they really could have disregarded me because of my actions.

PGM property management services assumed all the responsibilities of being a landlord. Justin easily handled the rental of my property from posting pictures, finding and screening potential tenants and professionally dealing with unexpected conflicts that I've learned comes with renting property.
