I highly recommend PGM management company. They have been extremely responsive whenever an issue has come up in my home. Most recently, when my air conditioning stopped working during very hot weather, they acted quickly to have it repaired and restored. As someone with health conditions that can be affected by excessive heat, their prompt attention meant a great deal to me. It’s reassuring to rent from people who genuinely care about their tenants’ well-being and take maintenance concerns seriously. Thank you for your professionalism, communication, and fast response. It is greatly appreciated.

Great company and friendly staff. Had the dishwasher break at the start of the weekend and got water everywhere. They were quick to get me someone out to help fix the issue and had a new dishwasher for me by Monday. 5 out of 5. Would recommend.

Lived in a property managed by PGM for 4 years. Every-time we had a problem. Maintenance was quick to respond and solve the issue or replace any broken appliances. Great support made housing easy and rent was affordable. 5/5 would rent again.

THE OWNER IS HAVING HIS FAMILY MEMBERS DO REVIEWS TO FIGHT THE TRUTH - READ THE REAL REVIEWS The owner JUSTIN GALL doesnt even bother to respond to emails, most times no one else in the company will either. If they do they will sign it pgm and say they do not have to tell you who is writing the email so you can't actually talk to one person. They will not give out emails to anyone in the company. They TRULY do not care about you, you are just a paycheck. My property manager (Anthony) this week did not even show for the inspection, i have his texts saying he doesn't bother to read mine, and my home was unsafe. (CODE ENFORCEMENT IS YOUR BEST FRIEND)This company should not be in business. I know tenants and realtors that wont go near them and I am on my way out. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! Employees are a revolving door bc no one stays. DO NOT RENT if this is the management company RUN!!! Also beware if your landlord uses them, they may not be great either, they are KNOWN for being awful.

I have been renting from them for over 2years now and my experience with them has exceeded my expectations. Every concern I have had since moving in has been addressed in a reasonable time frame. Maintenance melds are quickly addressed and done right the first time. I have had some bad experience renting in the past so when I moved in I didn't expect much of a difference. I'm glad to be renting with them and experiencing good service for once. Thank you PGM!

I'm a person who communicates. I'll say the company can do better with communication other than via email. I met with a broker for the property today. I will say he arrived on time; the place was immaculate. I'm glad he let me walk around and see for myself.

Scam! Charged 150 for an application fee knowing good and well the place was already rented before they did the showing. Requesting a refund for everyone who paid that fee and attended the showing!

If I can put a zero, I would. This company just takes your money but doesn't have the decency to respond back. I paid $150 for three adults application fees and I didnt even get a " im sorry you were denied". I called numerous of times, and all I got was a voicemail. Left several messages and nothing back. Please take my advise. Don't waste your time or money on this company. They are a rip off.

With this particular situation I feel very satisfied I'm very grateful for the maintenance guy Rory he was patient he had multiple things to fix he did everything in a timely fashion and everything was done correctly I'm so grateful

I had so many things that needed fixed. I had a Maintenance Gentleman, Emmers, come and fix my screens, toilet, and some cabinets. He was very professional but was kind and friendly. He really made me feel content and happy with the respectful way he addressed me and the issues going on with my home/apartment. I am very thankful for Emmers fixing the many issues and look forward to him coming back to finish the rest of the issues.

Since we've moved into our home and put in work orders, the maintained team has been diligent, worked in a timely matter, professional and clean. Thank you PGM!

Pete the plumber came, snaked out the pipe in the front lawn and solved the problem. I wasn't even home.

I reported to PGM that my heating oil tank was leaking on a Monday afternoon, I had a replacement tank in place by Tuesday evening, I was very impressed with how fast the work was done.

They are an okay rental group. Nothing horrible about them but nothing great. I probably won't rent from them again but nothing happened to make me not like them. Their communication within their office is not great and be warned because they will come into your unit without notice but everyone that I speak to is polite.

The maintenance man. Albert was kind and friendly. He did an excellent job of fixing the shelf under the kitchen sink. Very satisfied

Lost running water to the house on Christmas Eve. Expected obvious delays with holiday etc. When I spoke to Jason, he was friendly & quick to try to resolve issue. The plumbing company was quick to be out first thing next morning & had the problem fixed within 30minutes. Beyond helpful

Great team, great company

I was not a happy tenant thru no fault of PGM management and I inappropriately took my frustrations out with the company who had nothing to do with my issues. Shelley, the office manager called me because she was updated by the billing manager Jamie who also got the blunt end, Who absolutely had no idea either what was happening. I explained the issue and Shelly promptly took care of my concerns despite my rudeness and unprofessionalism. Pgm professionally, kindly and courteously brought me back to humanity and resolved my conversation. I just wanna thank PGM (Shelly) and give them a good customer service review because they really could have disregarded me because of my actions.

When you call or leave an email no one gets back to you! This review did generate a call from the office. Somewhat helpful, but made me feel like I was wrong to give a poor review, for lack of service! Did change from 1 star to 3 stars until I get final results.
