I lived in this unit from 12 /24 to 8/29 I had to move due to a mice infestation and lead problem the whole house was damaged and should have never passed inspection the property manager Elisha is the most non social person I have ever spoke to reminding you I’ve never meet this lady to make a long story short they are with holding my security deposit stating I abandoned the property when they failed multiple inspections by the state do not I mean do not rent from these people they do not care about no one and Dan grabyoes basically is a thief also he’s who I gave my money orders to now I got to take these people to court for my money smh don’t do it you will regret it trust me I’m a single mother of two and we are homeless because of them

I want to keep this review straightforward and to the point and just list the facts of what we had to deal with with PGM Realty. First of all they took away our trash cans for an entire week and I had to call them on the phone multiple times to try to get dumpsters so we can put our trash outside and didn't have to keep it in our apartment anymore. Additionally they lied to my roommate when he asked them for an extra day to pay rent and they said it was okay and then a couple hours later they gave him a late fee, and this to me shows that they don't communicate with each other because one person said it was okay and not a problem at all, and another person ended up charging a late fee which we paid, but as we all know sometimes money gets tight I need an extra day to pay bills and this shows that they don't have courtesy to their tenants given we paid on time every other month. The washer and dryer in our apartment unit was broken and never washed clothes properly and it never dried clothes properly. I would say the biggest disappointment with PGM realty was the lack of courtesy shown to myself and my roommates. For example, we were told that we had a toilet that was leaking into the downstairs apartment and that they were going to send someone the next day to fix it, and I came back from work and I saw a tarp down the middle of our apartment and I saw that our apartment bathroom was completely stripped of anything and it was literally just a room of concrete. This would have been fine if we were communicated that this was going to happen, but as I said earlier we were told that a toilet was leaking and without any notice whatsoever they decided to strip our bathroom and renovate while we were living there and we were told to relocate. They said the project was going to take three days and it took 12 days. They offered to put us up in a hotel, but they never called us back when they said they were going to help us out and only found out that we were staying with relatives when we called them and asked them when the bathroom will be finished. For all they know we could have been out on the street without a place to live. This showed me that they had zero care in the world where we were staying and did not care about our living situation whatsoever and it was completely and utterly unprofessional and disgraceful. Additionally, workers were sent to our apartment in the middle of the day while all of our roommates were at work and one of our roommates saw on our ring camera four people walking in our apartment and we had no idea that they were coming. PGM did not tell us and when we called and asked if they sent the workers they said that they did not so we ended up calling the police because we had no idea who the people were in our apartment. Luckily things were sorted out and we found out that they were workers that were checking on the bathroom that they renovated, but we had no idea that workers were being sent to our apartment and they had no idea when we called them who they were so we were terrified that people were coming into our apartment. All this being said this review only has highlights of what occurred throughout the year with PGM. There are definitely more stories and discussion points that happened, but the main point from this is to communicate that I highly do not recommend renting from this company and that it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I’ve been leasing with PGM for over 4 years now and I have to say that they do a wonderful job. Whenever I have an issue, they respond right away and they do a great job with repairs, if needed.

Great move in experience. The team was amazing in getting me in here and maintenance was super quick with getting things fixed in my apartment. The hallways get cleaned pretty frequently.

I can't afford a house yet, but PGM has provided a solid renting experience of a single family home since 2021. The maintenance guy is awesome and I haven't had any issues over my 2.5 years as one of their tenants. My only complaint is that some parts of the house need to be repaired, such as a sinkhole under the front porch, a partially rotten window, and poorly installed stair nosings. However, they did recently replace the roof this year, so I'm sure additional repairs in the pipeline. Overall, I'm happy with our current property as long as it stays affordable. Thank you PGM!

Lost running water to the house on Christmas Eve. Expected obvious delays with holiday etc. When I spoke to Jason, he was friendly & quick to try to resolve issue. The plumbing company was quick to be out first thing next morning & had the problem fixed within 30minutes. Beyond helpful

Our property was run down when PGM bought it,they have made great efforts to improve our unit.Very friendly and respectful maintenance team,the owners always take time to listen to my concerns. Very appreciative to have them as our new landlords.

I was not a happy tenant thru no fault of PGM management and I inappropriately took my frustrations out with the company who had nothing to do with my issues. Shelley, the office manager called me because she was updated by the billing manager Jamie who also got the blunt end, Who absolutely had no idea either what was happening. I explained the issue and Shelly promptly took care of my concerns despite my rudeness and unprofessionalism. Pgm professionally, kindly and courteously brought me back to humanity and resolved my conversation. I just wanna thank PGM (Shelly) and give them a good customer service review because they really could have disregarded me because of my actions.

Justin easily handled the rental of my property from posting pictures, finding and screening potential tenants and professionally dealing with unexpected conflicts that I've learned comes with renting property.
