They are scammers. They forced me to take there renters insurance when I have my own. That is against the law. Then they try to deny it. Never rent from them. They are liars and scammers. They also take months to come fix things. They still haven't fixed our kitchen wall and they've known about it since September.

TERRIBLE REAL ESTATE COMPANY!!!!!!! I have been living at my apartment since last April. My lease renewal is up and they send an email. My rent is going up about $50, which is not terrible. I'm not mad about it but the apartment needs serious renovations! They basrely come out to fix anything and there is an electrical problem. My breaker is constantly shutting off becasue the house can not handle all the elcetric that is being used inside. Now on top of that they want to throw on an additional $35 a month "benefit package" for renters insurance and other things. I called this morning becasue I DONT NEED IT. I have always had renters insurance for $10 a month through lemonade for years with no issues. They said that it is a package given to all PGM residents. It is totally unecessary and a way for them to get extra money. It is so ridiculous. Im a good tenant and always pay my rent on time. They are driving away their good customers!

STAY AWAY ! Complete slum lords. Worst people I’ve ever dealt with. Will not fix ANYTHING ! Water leaking near light fixtures, kitchen unusable, 5 mins of hot water if you’re lucky !!!!!

I had a apartment with pgm for a year and once a month I would have a issue with them, in the summer they wouldn’t cut the grass at all and when they finally did they billed me a 100 dollars for it even though it was a part of my lease, in the winter they wouldn’t plow the parking lot for my apartment or my neighbors even though it was on our lease, they would never respond to a maintenance issue even after making multiple request and calls, they would routinely show up unannounced with no prior email call text or warning one time they even tried kicking in the door when I wasn’t home, when I moved out they billed me for things that were broken before I moved in and when I showed them photos proving that it was like that before hand they never responded, they refuse to give me back my security deposit and will not tell me why, I would never recommend any pgm properties or ever rent from them again they are borderline criminal.

PGM is a horrible realty company. They do the worst by "business" sense. Unfortunately, our old realtor for our landlord retired and closed up shop. Our landlord picked PGM to carry on the management. They left things as they were for 4 months. Now they are trying to force a year lease on us in an apt we lived in for 10 YEARS and have been month to month for the last 9 of it. Which they CANNOT legally do and they know it, so they gave the option to not sign, but theres a catch..they will increase our rent almost $300. For an outdated, falling apart, run down apt that they have never stepped foot into in the 4 months they have been already managing. The landlord is a joke and now the realty company is too. Its barely worth what we pay let alone an additional $300. In the winter we have to cover our windows with plastic and it is lucky to make it to 65 degrees in the apt if the heat is jacked to 90. We eat almkst $300 gas bills which is our heat ONLY. We sit upstairs just to have some sort of comfort. So its barely inhabitable and Im sure none of them are living the way we do and have done so without a problem to them. But I have to draw the line on this continual rent increase to a price not fit for the place. Rent always on time and no disturbances/problems. We have addressed many issues they do not make good on fixing and continues to go on. We have water temp and pressure issues, not addressed. Its well water and I have never seen it serviced in the whole 10 yersd Ive been here. Moldy basement the landlord was paid a n insurance claim to fix. Because of the continual flooding out we had due to horrible foundational issues. Most of the retaining wall gone. We lost property to floods. No reimbursements. We have outdated walls, rooms, flooring, bathroom. Just the whole damn place. 70s look with 2026 want for a rent price. A claw foot tub and feel the need to keep raising rent astronomically higher by $300 if we dont sign their year lease and if we DO sign our name to it, they are STILL raising it by $55 PLUS they are also trying to force a $35 renters policy we dont need and have said many times we dont need it. We have had one since we have lived there. Per the old realty companys requests since the place is a fired hazard and its smart to have and they know it. Or both companies wouldnt be so adament about having a policy. But they force their policies and sheisty business practices on its renters. And when you call you can never talk to your realtor or a person of knowledge about anything. All you hear is, "ok I will let them know". Who the hell is my actual apt manager? I've addressed many neighbor complaints because shes made it unbearable to live there and problematic since she's moved in. I'd say to never use PGM for any of your needs. You will be forced to accept things you are not ok with.

I could write a book on everything that was wrong with the house (and still is) when my son moved in and went over the paperwork stating the condition of everything top to bottom (it's part of the paperwork needed). The amount of things wrong was ridiculous, as was the lack of response to address it all. Finally someone came and saw what we saw (this is my son's home, he just moved back to PA in August), but these things still were not addressed or anything done to fix most of it. The lease was signed at the end of November 2025 and we're counting the days when he can get the hell out of there. The only plus is the time he'll have to save for a new place. Ryan is the most incompetent person I've ever dealt with. Ignores most of my sons texts/calls. I wonder if he would let a family member of his live here. Or even spend a week here. His title of property manager makes me wonder what he actually does for the company, because my son's property is not being managed. And this isn't at all things that have come up since he moved in, this is all what was existing upon move in inspection by us. The only thing that happened afterwards is a $1000 electric bill. Which their electrician checked it out, he saw it is an issue with the electric in the house. So now we're waiting for someone to actually do something about it, but have been waiting way too long. The rent amount and location were perfect for my son moving back down to the area, but I have such guilt for recommendating it to him to check out. Run, don't walk, from PGM. It's not worth finding a home that seems too good to be true. It is. Oh, and the rent was 1400, and the guy, Andy, that worked with us with all the paperwork and signing the lease, dropped the rent to 1250. Not sure why that was. A better deal to get my son in there so he gets his commission? And today I found out his pipes are frozen. Couldn't use the shower, except for cold water, or kitchen sink. Temps are under the freezing mark now. It disgusts me. People need homes and are ignored when a problem arises. Skip reading the good reviews. That's what I did. I should have read all the bad ones before I let my son see this place and sign the lease. I could go on and on, but will leave it as this.

I'm a person who communicates. I'll say the company can do better with communication other than via email. I met with a broker for the property today. I will say he arrived on time; the place was immaculate. I'm glad he let me walk around and see for myself.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and shady. They allowed sewage water to pour into my bathroom for days, risking my health. They threatened to charge the residences with a dumping fee with no proof. Washers and dryers were filled with dirt and grime and instead of cleaning them they threatened to take them away because the door would be propped open. If they ever did their job they would know that the lock was hardly functional. Dirty exterior. Trash and leaves would go uncleaned for months. Poor security. There was a homeless person sleeping behind my building at one point. I reported it in Jan. they didn’t come by until summer to clean up the mess the homeless left. Security gate (residence don’t have a key) would be opened. This gate was suppose to secure the back area of the building. Just a terrible company overall. 0/10 would suggest owner to pick a new profession.

With this particular situation I feel very satisfied I'm very grateful for the maintenance guy Rory he was patient he had multiple things to fix he did everything in a timely fashion and everything was done correctly I'm so grateful

I had so many things that needed fixed. I had a Maintenance Gentleman, Emmers, come and fix my screens, toilet, and some cabinets. He was very professional but was kind and friendly. He really made me feel content and happy with the respectful way he addressed me and the issues going on with my home/apartment. I am very thankful for Emmers fixing the many issues and look forward to him coming back to finish the rest of the issues.

Current Tennent at a property with out clean water. PGM keeps closing our work orders out, with out fixing the problem. Unable to get a manager to call me back after being hung up on by Adrian. Most of the reps that I have talked to are not helpful. Carrol seems to care, but is limited by what she can do, but the management on the emails are not helpful at all. You would think that having clean water would be a priority, but they keep sending mechanics to our apartment without letting us know, not to fix out water, but because everyone else's hot water heater is in our basement. Which has happened at least three times, in the last month. We moved in December, and have not had clean water since. There is sediment coming out of the cold water so bad, that you can't see the drain in the bathroom sink when you fill it up. They just merged with the company we signed our lease with, and that is the go to excuse. But that shouldn't be the reason that we don't have a response about wanting clean water.

Awful experience! Barely answered “melds” aka work orders. Charged extra fee monthly for their “benefit package “ which was never utilized. Cancelled snow removal issues after sun melted all the ice and snow after 2 weeks!! Just ridiculous!! These are before and after pictures….PGM management didn’t care about what property looks like either, very embarrassing! New property management company “YOU BOY UNLIMITED LLC “ did this within one week of taking over, ONE WEEK!! I can’t wait to see what else they take care of!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND PGM MANAGEMENT FOR YOUR PROPERTY OR TENANT NEEDS

Title: Completely Ignored and Frustrated I wish I could say my experience with this PM real estate company has been positive, but unfortunately, it has been anything but that. I have been trying to get clarity on my lease agreement since January 2024, and here we are, more than a month later, with absolutely no response. It's incredibly frustrating to feel completely ignored by a company that is "supposed to support its tenants". Despite multiple attempts to reach out and express my concerns, it's as if my messages have vanished into thin air. I understand that everyone has a busy schedule, but a month and a week without so much as an acknowledgment of my inquiries is simply unacceptable. I refuse to go month-to-month due to the exorbitant costs involved, yet I'm left in the dark about my lease agreement, which is supposed to be signed by March 1. To make matters worse, I have started to feel like this company is trying to bully me into signing a contract without providing the clarity and assurance I need. The pressure to sign without addressing my concerns is not only discouraging but also downright unprofessional. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, they seem more interested in pushing tenants into agreements that we are uncomfortable with. This approach is not only disrespectful but also raises serious concerns about their business ethics. It's disheartening to see a lack of professionalism and communication from a property management team. If you value your time and want to be treated with respect as a tenant, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This company has shown me that they have no regard for their tenants' concerns, and I genuinely hope they improve their communication in the future.

I reported to PGM that my heating oil tank was leaking on a Monday afternoon, I had a replacement tank in place by Tuesday evening, I was very impressed with how fast the work was done.

They are an okay rental group. Nothing horrible about them but nothing great. I probably won't rent from them again but nothing happened to make me not like them. Their communication within their office is not great and be warned because they will come into your unit without notice but everyone that I speak to is polite.

I’ve been leasing with PGM for over 4 years now and I have to say that they do a wonderful job. Whenever I have an issue, they respond right away and they do a great job with repairs, if needed.
