The most caring and hospitable law firm. They make so much money from cases bit you would never know that from thos form. It wasn't about money because even though I lost my mom through neglect and the company filed bankruptcy because of all their wrong doings. Mr. Shanahan still stayed with me and explained every step of the way. I didn't care about the money because nothing is coming out of this. I just hope Perconti and Mr. Shanahan can let the world know they were wrong and didn't give my mom the care she was in trusted in them to get. *Edited after improved experience* I have to admit I came into my case with strong emotions and opinions, and there was some misunderstandings on my part about what hiring a lawyer would be like that caused some friction. Ultimately, L&P and I were able to sort things out and I'm satisfied with what they've done. I don't have anything to complain about. I feel like talented people (Cari, Paige, and Michael) did hard work on my case, were able to analyze it objectively, and were able to thoroughly address my concerns. I was able to get straight answers to my questions and be upfront about the challenges I would face in the legal system while still receiving compassion about what happened to me.

It was a great experience working with the lawyers at this firm. They are very thorough with their work and they keep you informed of every stage of your case. I highly recommend this law firm to all that are in need of great representation.

If I could leave negative stars I would. --- I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with this law firm. After months of waiting for updates on my case, they finally decided to not move forward with it without even bothering to inform me. I was told they would take the case by their Director Page! The lack of care and transparency throughout this entire ordeal has been appalling. It's disheartening to have entrusted them with my legal matters only to be left in the dark and ultimately abandoned. I would strongly advise against seeking their services if you value professionalism and basic human decency.

For your slow progress, your efforts, and lets not forget your non professional attitude Margaret Battersby Black. We were in need of help towards a long term care facility that took my dads life and she judged him and my family harshly. Like judging my dads age and how me and my mom lived. She also unnecessarily extended the case longer than it should and made false promises that she would get more info and do something at a specific time and when we contacted her, she responded that she has done nothing. I would not recommend her.
