Completely wasted my time, ran my credit got approved for a vehicle and while I was on my way down From a 2 hour drive Richie texted me and said someone else came in and put a deposit on the vehicle, yet still I came in person since I was already halfway there and tried to work a deal on a different vehicle which he said he would be willing to work with me on the price I asked to see numbers and instead of asking he ran my credit again as if I was going to buy it for the price they had listed. I had to walk away stay from from this place terrible experience any other dealer will treat you better (EDIT) since you guys want to lie on the reply, I didn’t receive any paperwork online to sign which I stated in texted, I came down the same day that I was approved the dates are on the text I did not wait a week to check it out, aswell as I asked before hand to put a deposit to hold the vehicle when I called the store and you guys had told me that if I do the credit application and get approved you would hold the vehicle for me, you guys messed around with me for several weeks and only replied back on your time this is not how any business should be conducted, I went to a real dealership where they approved me the same day held the vehicle for me I came down the day after and purchased the vehicle just like that.

We had an approval and asked several times for a deposit. You declined. We also emailed you the deal to sign remotely you also declined. You then waited more than a week to come see the car. During that time we had a person walk in and buy the car. Unfortunately in all fairness to that customer we can’t hold the car. The next car you looked at was a higher priced car which we can to get another approval for, which we were able to by luck. Unfortunately we were not able to meet your budget. I’m sorry you were disappointed however you had more than a week to either leave a deposit l, sign the paperwork or see the car. We did not waste time here you did

Purchased an Audi from LVI and Ritchie. I found both Ritchie and the dealer to be very helpful and friendly the entire time. State of PA was delayed to issue the title and Ritchie helped in following up and chasing it down. No fault to them as it was a state delay that was resolved. Will be looking to use their services again for German manual cars in the future.

No trustworthy at all. I definitely did not treat you or your staff in disrespectful or rude manner. If speaking & asking your for a explanation for your bad service in treating you all bad. Then so be it! Took my vehicle there for a diagnosis because I had 2 error codes. I was charged for a part that my car didn't need & the problem was not fixed. When I got there on Thursday the engine malfunction light was still on. Mind you they already called us & told us that the car was ready after having it for 1 week when Joey said that it was a quick fix. My husband spoke to them & Joey now says it seems like it maybe a sensor. My husband brought the sensor to them the next morning which was Friday morning & now they were able to remove the engine malfunction code after my husband brought in a the old part from home. So why was I charged for a part that was not needed & if they checked for codes after replacing that part they would've saw that the code was still there & they wouldn't have called us saying that the car was ready for pick-up. So someone didn't do their job. Friday afternoon they called us again to pickup our car & i drive one block & the chassis stabilizer light comes on. This was one of the issues that we were having, as to the reason for us paying for a diagnosis. They never mentioned this code. Even though we knew it was there already. Joey tried blaming it on the transfer case. But They serviced the transfer case earlier this year. I guess he forgot. Now that Joey is aware they they messed up. He wants to respond talking about my tires & a wheel alignment. That has nothing to do with Lehigh Valley Imports not providing the services that we paid for. I have new tires & and had an appointment for a wheel alignment, But had to cancel due to these guys having the car for a week. Joey also called my husband to ask if I could remove my review & he said no. Then he responds like we did something wrong. You tried to temporarily remove the codes so it could seem like you guys fixed the issue. But God doesn't like ugly & that's why the chassis stabilizer light came on 1 block away from me leaving the shop. Joey says everyone drove it & the code wasn't there. But I know that is a lie. And why would everyone have to drive my car if they confident in their work. It just doesn't make sense to me!! I added a photo of the part my husband had to bring from home in order to fix the car. That is not the piece that they charged us for. You didn't give us any discounts or deals on the price. You knew that you all messed up that's why you didn't charge us any extra money! You will never do great as long as you treat your customers like this! Karma is real!!

We charged you 1 hour diagnostic time. During this we re coded the steering angle sensor, smoke tested your evap system and replaced a pipe that was leaking. We then also swapped your map sensor for free from the one you purchased on Amazon that was causing a fault. Unfortunately your front tires are bald and your rear tires are not. A result of your alignment being out, which causes a fault in your steering angle sensor when you drive your 2013 x5 that currently has 185k miles. We also took the time to explain all of this to you and re scan your car to confirm it. In total we spent 3 hours and you were charged for one. While we always strive to meet everyone’s needs and go the extra mile sometimes there isn’t a good fit. After how poorly you treated the staff throughout our entire interaction it is clear this is one of those times. We wish you luck in your future endeavors and hope you find another shop willing to meet your needs.

I've made countless phone calls and followed up repeatedly, but no one seems to have a solution. Customer service is lacking, and I feel completely ignored. Avoid this place if you want a smooth car-buying experience

Finally; a knowledgable, trustworthy, and affordable shop. I took my 21 audi s5 for an oil change and I was back 2 days later for a tune and BOV. in-and-out, zero issues. Joey and his team really know their stuff and he has connections all over for special orders as well (i.e. he's getting a custom steering wheel made for me) for everything sports & luxury I wouldn't take your car anywhere else. I can't recommend this spot enough.

My experience with this shop was one of the worst, I had my 2011 A6 supposedly repaired, All I wanted was my valve cover gaskets to be replaced and my ac unit to be fix and a walnut blast, but I don’t know about the walnut blast , I can say this is that never replaced the Valve cover gaskets and as far as the ac unit they never did anything to it , they charge me 1,100 For work was not done Very disappointed with this shop I do not recommend them for anything ever again , so do your self a favor and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

This review is a disappointment that should have been expected given that prior to completing any work you expressed many times how shops lie about doing work. With long accusatory speeches prior to us doing any work. This may have happened to you elsewhere (which you expressed many times) but we do not conduct business like that. All we do is try to help. In fact we warranty any work we do for 2 years or 24k miles, sent you a digital inspection with photos and we provided before and after photos for you. We set many appointments to check your valve cover but you did not show up for any of them. Had the valve cover been leaking we would have replaced it for free. Given the very high mileage of your car and overall condition of the car there is a high probability that your car is leaking from more than one place. Something we warned you prior to completing any work. Your A/C was not repaired by us, you wanted us to guarantee replacing one large leak, which was diagnosed at another shop, would fix the system. As I explained there is no way to guarantee that would be the only thing your system needs. We actually talked you out of doing the work because your expectations of the repair were not in line with with the reality of what could be achieved. We will still warranty any of our work we have done that goes without saying. However this review is completely inaccurate, untruthful and misleading

Booked an appointment for my BMW's electrical issue, waited a week for diagnosis. No follow-up from them afterward. Despite multiple calls, only received reassurances with no action. They never initiated contact except for one call after two weeks, offering no new information aside from them telling me what I already knew which is why I took it there in the first place. Waited three weeks with no resolution. So I took my car elsewhere. Upon pickup, no apology, no conversation, minimal work done, and looked as if the car was barely touched. Waste of my time and very poor communication. As someone in the dealership business, I strongly advise taking your car elsewhere to avoid weeks without a car. Disappointment doesn't even begin to describe my experience. Out of my car being there for 3 weeks all I got was a free Parking spot. I am not one to write reviews, but I will ensure people know about the quality of service I received.

These guys are awesome! I inquired on their site about some work I wanted done to my BMW and they immediately returned my message . Gave me an extremely fair quote and after talking on the phone with both Joey & Richie I very quickly knew that I was in good hands with their team. LVI has become such a huge family when it comes to a repair/performance garage! Relocating from the west coast had some difficulties when looking for trusted shops to work on your car. I found LVI and immediately felt comfortable with Joey and staff. I brought in my '18 bmw m4 in for various work. Started with a simple oil change to feel them out, and great conversations on future plans for the car. A few months later: - Installed a 4 pin crankhub by SSR (which no one really wanted to touch. The process for SSR specific hub is a pain, and Joey and team took on the challenge) -VRSF midpipe -ARM dp's -ARM Chargepipes -J pipe -Spark Plugs With all of this work, my car is running great! Will soon be adding a few other goods with LVI as they have proven to really take care of their customers. If you're looking for a garage that will take care of you, treat your car with utmost respect, or looking for performance upgrades, don not hesitate. This is where your car needs to go. Was referred to Joey & LVI by a friend when my father passed away in 2021. Dad had a Mercedes SL500 that needed serviced and inspected so that we could sell it. Called Joey; he was very kind and got the car in and out quickly at a great price...MUCH less than Lehigh Valley MB. We were extremely pleased. My apoogies for not posting this sooner, Joey...it was a difficult time with so many things on my mind. Fast Forward 2 years, my Mercedes SL63 AMG needed A service, rear brakes, and inspection (as far as I knew). My service contract was up with Mercedes. The last couple of times I had it in at Lehigh Valley Mercedes Benz there was damage and loss. The first time they lost a floormat and did nothing to replace it. The last time, when I went to pick it up, it 'mysteriously' had an 8" crack in the windshield directly in front of the steering wheel. The crack was not noted in the intake inspection, nor was it noted in the final completion inspection, which shows all work still required or suggested by LVMB. When I asked my (SA) Service Advisor to show me the intake pictures they take when the car was dropped off, the SA would not show them to me but said he looked and could not see the crack in the pictures. It is clear to me, since Knopf sold to Vinart, the quality and care they take in their service department has dropped dramatically. I have lost all confidence in their service department; but, I digress. (sorry) Being my first service since my service contract ended with MB, I decided to take my SL63 to Joey at LVI. From my experience with Dad's SL500, I was comfortable giving him the business and trusting him with MY baby. There were a couple of additions to the worksheet after their initial inspection...replacing front brake pads as-well as rear (they were low) and replacing the spark plugs. Please note, the additions were merely observations by LVI; they did not force the additions as some other shops will do to add more work and money. They politely explained the current state of the front pads and the time was near to replace the plugs, asking if I would like to add them to the work order. Absolutely pressure-free. They did all the work quickly and on time, without damage to the vehicle or loss of parts, and the price was a thing of beauty! I love my SL, but know they can be a maintenance nightmare. I don't trust just any shop to work on it, fearing its complexity can be more than many mechanics are able to comprehend. Its engine was hand built in Affalterbach, Germany, by one engineer. The fine tuning of these luxury sport cars can easily be tempermental, to say the very least, and repairs can be costly in a vehicle with a sticker price between $160k and $175k. They require someone with a thorough understanding and 'hands-on' experience with the AMG series. I am extremely happy with the workmanship and the knowledge the crew at LVI have of my vehicle and its needs. Joey and the crew at LVI have my complete confidence! Give them a chance to earn your business; trust them with your car's service. You wont regret it.

Not a good place to get work done on your car. Paid almost $900 to get my rear manifold replaced, that I purchased from the same shop, come to find out days ago, that it was never installed. Only way I found this out was because I needed the 02 sensor replaced on that manifold but when I went to pick up my car after it being at the shop for hours they tell me it was not done because they were scared it would strip or snap and they didn’t want to chance it. So now I have to take my car to another shop to get the same job done that they were supposed to do and come out my pockets another grand. They tried saying they that it was a typo but I have the receipt from the job they were supposed to do almost a year ago. So always keep receipts if you het work done there and always check they’re work to make sure it’s actually done. Bad experience and will never go there again. I’m not just bad talking them, I have my receipt to prove it

Actually what really happened was you brought a manifold to install. Clearly listed on repair order 5116(which was re-sent to you but apparently doesn’t matter) as bank 1 manifold customer supplied part. The part was extremely poor quality and created a huge leak. We offered to provide this same part for you at our cost which you agreed to. We installed the same part that was brought to us to install. The only difference was it wasn't a homemade manifold. When we created a repair order for that install we charged you bank 2 which would have been the lesser of the two banks by mistake. Clearly when comparing the initial repair order, which listed bank 1 was supplied by you and the current fault codes for bank 1 catalytic converter, it shows our mistake was charging you less than what we should have. Had we only relied one the single repair order I agree it could be a situation that isn't clear, however this was well documented in the initial repair order. Not to mention you replaced 2 oxygen sensors yourself over the last year and clearly knew which manifold was replaced. We were unable to remove the oxygen sensor in bank 2 due to the amount of rust in the 225k mile e46 that is in poor condition.  It is extremely dishonest to try to manipulate the situation to get free work out of us. Had we made a mistake we would stand behind our repairs but we did not.

Flew out from Cleveland, Ohio after speaking with the owner Joey multiple times. Prior to flying out I was confident in the car I was looking to purchase. A 6 speed manual e46 m3 which was and still is a hard car to come across. I missed my connecting flight nd he helped with the cab fair just so I can get there ! I felt welcomed and the car was exactly as described. After the purchase he kept up with me and till today 8 Years later we still communicate and catch up. I got a car but I also made a friend which is more important. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an experience and not just a car.

I had a curb strike incident with my car and had it towed to LVI. I felt that I could trust them and I am glad that I did. They are very accommodating, communicative and knowledgeable. They took the initiative and extra steps in working with my insurance to get my car repaired. I have been trusting my car with several small shops around the LVPA area, trying to support small businesses. I am happy to add LVI to the group of businesses and friends that I can trust with my car. Long story short I have a 2016 audi s3 that had a check engine light. The tune shop I've been using for years decided to give me a complete run around replacing random parts, running up a ridiculous bill, and having the light return 4 times within the same month (apt tuning). I went to lehigh valley imports to get the code scanned to even get an idea on what was going on. I simply pulled in, they scanned the code and within 15 minutes they were able to tell me it was due to a valve not closing fully therefore throwing a emissions code. They kept the car over night to be positive on the cold start that the light wouldn't be back. Once I came to pick it up the next morning I had 0$ owed. They didn't only take me with no scheduling, but they were able to actually treat me like a human.
