What beauty professional do you know that pays their clients an inconvenience fee when it’s on her end? If you have a problem with Kaye that’s your own personal problem. You’re late and inconsiderate with peoples time and money. Being 30 minutes late wth no communication is unacceptable! That’s unprofessional ASF

I had a 130 apt today I get there park right out front go in she’s still not ready! It’s freezing so I go sit in my car which I’ve done on other occasions when she’s late then she’ll just call/text and say she’s ready! A girl comes out 10 minutes later I go in nope still not ready! Now it’s damn near 30 minutes into my apt. So im sitting inside text her and say um did you change my apt bc I didn’t get a confirmation! No reply! 2pm im walk out and ask for my deposit. 207 I get a text saying she came out and I decided to leave so no deposit refunded. She goes to say that sometimes there’s a wait NO 40 damn minutes with no communication. And I know damn well she text during apts bc she does it with me u couldn’t take 10 seconds to say [redacted]! Then she says I would have still had u out on time. So u took 40 minutes from my time and u was about to rush on my damn service. Oh and a 15 dollar credit. I had [redacted] to do just like you so I was suppose to get a rush job. Then I get home and this heaux charged me for the full service! I’ve been very accommodating to her when she text me 10 minutes before my apt and ask can I come 30 minutes or hour later when I’m damn near pulling up! I’ve referred people to her and this the type of BS U ON! And I think she has sleep apnea or some [redacted] bc the last few times she seemed like she fell asleep servicing me! I knew I shouldn’t have booked with her [redacted] again but again being too nice not this time. This was some weak a// [redacted]!

I went to Kaye last week, and as a first time client who has been to other lash techs, this was the fastest full set i’ve ever received. She was super professional and kind. My lashes look amazing, even after going swimming in the ocean in Mexico!
