Jbt and Klein brothers are one company I pay them 65 thousand dollars for a 22 by 11 swimming pool it took them 10 months to finish what they promised will be done in two months this company jbt and Klein brothers it’s one company they didn’t finish the job they promised I paid them the last penny I agreed to paid them I just received a claim saying that jbt& Klein brothers didn’t pay the electrician company for my swimming pool the electric company it’s treating to put a lein on my property community please read the reviews before you hire this company I’m going to the contractors department of Nevada to report this company .

I contacted JTB landscapers/Kline brothers pools to install a new pool and landscaping in my new home. Everything went smoothly, it took a little longer than expected, but none the less it was completed and everything looked great. The company was paid in full for the project. A few months later, I received a letter in the mail stating that there was going to be a lien placed on my home. This letter was from Site one apparently JTB landscapers, contracted with site, one for the materials and did not pay them. I called JTB landscapers immediately, and was told that everything was going to be taken care of, and not to worry about it and that they would send me a letter stating that it was resolved. I didn’t receive the letter, but thought nothing else of it. This was back in January or February. Now! here we are in April and about a week ago I received another letter stating that there was going to be a lien placed on my home I contacted JTB landscapers. And was told that the owner would be contacted and it will be resolved by the next day, but a week later nothing has been done. I contacted them today and was told not to worry about the letter because they did not intend to pursue the lien, and that everything would be paid so I contacted Site One myself, and was told by the account manager there that they have not been paid, and they have every intention of pursuing a lien on my home, because although I had paid in full JTB landscapers, has not paid them, and materials were used in my job. I am getting the runaround first the owner was there in a meeting,then he wasn’t answering phone calls. This is very poor business and very poor financial management. And now after spending over 80,000 with this company I now have to spend legal fees to resolve this issue. Shame on you JTB landscapers!!!

They installed my pool and spa, took longer than expected but the job turned out great

I find it very interesting that David Stitzinger the Pool Division Manager for Kline BROS. Pools gives his employer 5 stars. What a hoax! He told us our pool should be completed 90 days from signing the contract. They are now 60 days past that & NOT EVEN CLOSE! Not even scheduled to show up again for another 8 days & they haven’t been here in over a week. And now one of their subcontractors have sent us notice for intent to put a lien on our house for nonpayment by Kline Bros. Pools. I’m extremely angry & disappointed!! Attached photos were taken July 7th & Sept 30th. If Zero star ratings were available they would get that!

Cancelled 4pm appointment less than an hour out due to person not showing up today. Glad it took all day to let us know they weren't going to come. Unprofessional and will not get my business.

I'll be honest I am very annoyed writing this review. We reached out to Kline to receive an estimate for a pool; although it was pricey we liked the design and applied for financing through the company they recommended. Also, we were required to put down a deposit of $15,000 to secure our estimated price of $78,000. The interest rate from the company was ridiculous so we let them know we would not be moving forward and requested a return of our deposit within the 3 day time frame we were initially given. After speaking to the office manager Kendra who spoke with the owner we were told they would give us additional time to seek out alternative funding options and if not successful our deposit would be returned. Unfortunately, we learned home improvement loans had incredibly high interest rates right now so we decided to just wait it out in hopes of securing a better deal in the future. I reached out to Kline and spoke to Jessie whom I believe is the receptionist 3 weeks ago to inform them we would not be moving forward and would like our deposit returned. I was informed the price would probably go up if we didn't move forward with the proposal they gave us and I told her that was fine. Jessie told me Kendra the office manager was in a meeting and would call me back to make arrangements. Since then I have called their office and spoke to Jessie more then 5 times and still no resolve. Each time I am told Kendra and Walter (the sales guy we were working with) are in a meeting and they will call me back. Yesterday I called again and Jessie told me Kendra was out to lunch and would call me back in 30 minutes. I have yet to receive a call or a refund of my deposit. This is annoying because initially when they thought we were moving forward with the purchase everyone was so easy to get in touch with. Now that we are no longer purchasing no one is available. I think 3 weeks is more then enough time to process our refund. This isn't 20 or 30 bucks; its $15,000 on our credit card that we are paying interest on. I am trying to avoid taking legal action but at this point I'm not sure what else to do. Please beware of this company!

Had both owners come to my house to give me my estimate. Very thorough and upfront about price costs and construction time. Everything was coordinated perfectly through their awesome office crew(Kendra). Pool was done in about 2 and a half months and I can't get my kids out of it :). Very honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find in this town. A must go to for pools!

Went from knowing nothing to being included in the entire process left my backyard better than they it started. Pool and work was 👍🏾

We contacted this company to get a pool estimate. Not only was the man who came to the house extremely rude and dismissive but when we called the company again, the girl who answered was just as rude and unprofessional. I am glad we decided early on not to go with this company. Tip - it costs ZERO dollars to be kind and professional.
