Checked it out while driving by, no trees or wilderness just train tracks, didn’t see any showers, campers packed in tight. Looks like a little slice of hell.

I went to check this place out. Such a shame. Such great surroundings and such a dumpy place ! Run down, residents have tons of garbage in front of their rv's and trailers. The whole place needs cleaning, maintenance, paint and updates. If they were strict with their residents and cleaned up the place it would not seem so crackish, it is a real eye sore for the community!

How new your camper is should not matter. It's camping!

I was a resident of jensen r v park for 7 years. When I moved in the rent was $650 a month. Now $1000. No pool, no wifi and the laundry mat ripped you off. It was very much a rustic environment with a lot of low income residents. Though good people thier rv's were runned down and shabby. They have all been evicted and some are living in the surrounding woods. The rv park in recent years has gone from a heavily treed environment to a cold poured asphalt and white shell baron Oasis. The park has a railroad crossing that goes right through the middle of it and with the second rail line installed there are about 40 trains a day that pass through. If you are ok with a 4 am to 6 am wake up call. This place might be for you. Then there is the park management who rules change on a regular basis. I requested permission to have a box trailer on my lot in May 2023 which wa approved. February 2024 I'm told to get the new box trailer off the premises or be evicted. The rules are selective. The manager, not owner is a 2 faced Ahole. Though He Rick the manager lives in a trailer has over the years has made it clear to me he does not like the the residents as he sees them beneath him. Should you consider this place as a resident, be sure to know exactly what is and is not allowed and get it in writing. Rick, you are the worst that humanity has to offer. F... You. The location is great unless you consider the Brightline train that comes through the park at 80mph The horn is so loud and will wake you from sleep. I think the price is high for what you get. No Public showers and no accommodations. It's more of a trailer park than an RV park. Depending on what you are looking for it may be great for you.

I am currently trying to work my way in here by offering my vast construction experience. I would love to see a community action board of units in various stages of rehab. Worse place to move too I tried moving in today n they said we don’t work weekends when I have evidence of me speaking to the owners daughter n then not letting me move in when I said I was coming today after just being a hour late n gave deposit now they don’t wanna give money back after owner said he will. Not only that but like I said I got messages on my phone waiting yes I be there between 8 maybe 10 owner is a rude person thinks cus he is the owner he can do what he wants so if he really wanted to accommodate me he would of let me move in but didn’t so horrible peoples skills n addressing the issue

If you care about your Rv you will do yourself a hugh favor in skipping this place a -20 rate on the park and customer care.

Friendly neighborhood close to everything

One month later and the management has done amazing work here. New beautiful sites in the back filling up quickly with nice folks. Trash has been removed. Laundry room open. Nice to walk around now. Deserve a 5. Keep up the good work.

They don't return calls. Oh well so I did not stay there.

Jensen Beach RV Park has been wonderful to stay at. We had a great spot up in the front of the park with plenty of room for our rv and 2 vehicles. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly and Rick and Jamie are both really helpful. Being right across the street from the water is amazing and there are 3 nice restaurants within walking distance. Jensen Beach is the cutest little town to stay in! Highly recommend

Devil's den big money is coming in. Raising rents on the less fortunate! It's horrible trains blast by going over 80 mph putting little children in danger blaring sirens 3-4-5am . So not right!!!!!

This park is much more quiet than I'd anticipated. Everyone I've encountered are friendly. The location is on the intercoastal and is a walking distance to the beach. Most of all, everyone who runs the park is EXCEEDINGLY helpful. When we first moved in, our camper had some big problems, but the manager was there for us expediently and connected us with a great tech who swiftly got everything up and running. We had initially moved into a camper for this season of our lives, but it has been so nice that it may very well become our new way of living.

Lived here from ~ March 2017 to ~ November 2021 & never paid a late fee or bothered anyone. Place was a dump and these people cannot even run a dump right!

Same old dump it's always been with the poor Martin County Sheriff's office suited up to take down someone.

It's right by the intercoastal you have multiple restaurants or continue over the bridge straight to the ocean

Very nice little RV and mobile home community by the beach, where you could feel like home! Menu shopping and dining plus adventures. Definitely recommend
