After just my initial appointment I feel better. Not because I know what we need to heal yet but because Nicole was so thorough and actually listened to me. I took off work to go in for a vein treatment on my legs (schlerotherapy). When I booked the appointment I made sure that I didn't need to go in for a consult prior to the treatment and was assured I could do a short consult right before the treatment. I was then told the medicine they use for this treatment is expired and they can call me to book when they get it in. I would think someone would be checking their inventory regularly and ensuring they have the materials needed for a treatment, at the very least before an appointment for that treatment. The whole experience was disheartening and made me feel inconsequential.

When you walk in the door, you are greeted by a friendly staff that gives you immediate attention. I have seen Stephanie a few times in the past year. She is warm, welcoming and definitely has your best interest at heart. Recently, I asked questions about laser treatments. She recommended a Moxi. At my appointment, she explained every detail, letting me know what to expect as she moved the laser along my face. A couple of days later, she texted to find out how I was doing. I appreciated her kindness and genuine concern. I’m recommending her to my friends.

As usual my visit at Glow Wilco was great! I’m trying something new referred to as Sculptra. It’s injections to work from the inside out by regenerating collagen etc… I can already see results, but am very excited to see what this process will bring!! I took before pics and there will be intermittent pics along the journey. According to Jenna it continues to work for many months. I’ll post results as we go 🫶

Jenna did my botox and filler and I could not be happier with the results!! No bruising and no pain, she took her time and the results were wonderful I would definitely recommend her if your needing these services.

I came in for a hydra facial . I opted not to have the chemical peel portion of the treatment due to being pregnant. I feel as though I should have been discounted considering I didn’t have the complete “deluxe” version of this treatment and certainly didn’t have the outcomes I was hoping for. I came home and upon looking closely at my skin, I still had a ton of pores that were clogged and still full of crap. While it was my choice not to have the peel portion of it, I think it would have been fair to charge me slightly less than 300 dollars when I didn’t even have the full treatment done. As far as the atmosphere and staff, beautiful place and everyone was very kind and welcoming. Just can’t justify ever paying that price again for what I received.

Got a perfect derma peel from Shannon. It was a great experience. She was lovely, great match for my personality. The actual peel procedure was not at all painful. After 4 days I started to peel and now at day 7 everything is almost completely peeled. Skin feels amazing. Bought a 2nd peel that I will do in December but I think I may do dermaplaning with it that time. Next on my list is the Moxi laser!!!
