Perfect Experience for the kids and I. Every Parent should do this with their kids! The pictures are so beautiful and the photographer and staffs were so patient and delightful. I yam glad I took my kids there.

Horrible experience. I booked the MOMMY and DAUGHTER date photoshoot. It was an offer I seen on facebook and I booked in time for my daughter first birthday… the ad said mommy and daughter and when I booked it asked how many children… i selected one child. Upon driving to the location it wasnt clear where to actually go because the shopping center was made funny. I called the number that was texting they gave me all the wrong information on how to get to the actual studio. FF my daughter and I entered the building the lady at the front desk seemed tired when we got to the back they inly had one dress and I asked about mines the photographer stated the wording on the site is incorrect and that I should have selected 2 children so it would be known I wanted to be in the picture… made absolutely no sense so now im pissed because we were taking these for my daughter’s first birthday. The photographer wasnt kid friendly and seemed unenthusiastic about taking baby’s pictures. My daughter is very photogenic and has been in several studios since birth and we never had a problem. My baby did not like the photographer so I ended the shoot because the photographer was asking me more questions on what to do than actually capturing good pictures.

If I could do zero reviews I would. This place is completely rude my first time coming here. Ms.Celeste was the one taking the pictures she was very nice until my child my 3 month old baby started crying, she started getting frustrated making “ugh” noises. Had ended up having the photoshoot short due to it. (My baby was just sleepy). Was rocking her and she was falling asleep. She had another client in the lobby so she kept on leaving. Us rushing so she could tend to her other clients we put everything in the bag. Mind you didn’t realize we accidentally put the dress inside our diaper bag. Ofc she hurried us up so we could give her an google review. Fast foreard we’re leaving on the freeway now. The lady calls and says we took her dress looked n our bag and seen so we literally rushed back so we could give them the dress back. I go in a lady name (Lee) she looks like she’s n her late 40s African American lady. She says “why would you steal the dress” very loudly while it was another client and their child in the lobby as well. I told her calmly we didn’t mean to ma’am we were just rushing that’s all an honest mistake” . She says “you stole the dress your not allowed to come back” . Moral of the story is their vey rude can’t get babies attention or anything.
