I am a snowbird and not familiar with any of the local salons. So I decided to give this place a try after seeing a facial special posted on FB and reading the online reviews. I was completely happy with my experience and recommend this place. At first I was concerned the facial would not be relaxing because there is a hair salon in the front part of the building. But the facial area was completely soundproof and it was a wonderful diamond glow treatment.

Jen was great in her professional expertise as well as her personal and approachable personality. She was timely, thorough, and took the time to explain procedure and desired outcomes. Front office staff also welcoming and provided great customer service.

Linda Lee is incredible for all electrolysis needs. She immediately puts you at ease, has a thorough (and easy) prep regimen to ensure minimal discomfort, and deploys zero high-pressure sales come into play. Can't recommend her enough! Not to mention she exudes warmth and happiness.

First time at Colair for the Diamond glow facia and I was BLOWN away. Recommend by a friend and I’m so glad I caught one of the deals. Myah did an excellent job giving me a tour of the facility and let me do my paperwork In the spa lounge which was nicer than the crowded entrance. Sarah did a phenomenal job on my facial starting with the 4D scan, a walkthrough of what my skin was telling her, and explaining all the steps in the process. She gave me great advice for both face and hair issues I’ve been facing. Will definitely be back to get another scan and see how my skin improves with the samples I went home with. Super excited to try the red light therapy and scalp analysis as well!

I felt welcome from the moment I stepped in the building! I went to have micro needling done and I was a little nervous. The front desk ladies were helpful and encouraging. Michelle did an amazing job. I was comfortable and I'm already seeing results. It was my first of three appointments and I'm excited to go back! I highly recommend this location and these professionals.

Terrible experience. Drove all the way from Arcadia (45 min). Just to be denied for an injection I was told I was a perfect candidate for BEFOREHAND. Not only was the injector Jennifer completely not willing to help me or give me any clear explanation to why she wouldn't treat me other than "I look fine" I'm 30 years old and am taking natural age preventative care. Don't waste your time or money on women who feel uncomfortable with their level of low skill set. Specially from this injector. I immediately left to another Medspa and got the procedure I wanted telling me I was a perfect candidate. Seems like I dodged a bullet with Jennifer

I had a wonderful experience at Colair. I hadn’t gone to a salon in years for many reasons. When I called to ask about pricing and availability, the woman I spoke to (who I feel horrible because I can’t remember her name) was absolutely wonderful. Really took time to talk to me, hear my concerns, explain pricing, and made me feel like so comforted. More than just someone trying to get me on the books. My appointment was with Langley and she was also so great. She did an absolutely amazing job with my hair and didn’t make me feel pressured into anything. I would 100% recommend and I definitely will be returning for hair and other services they offer.

I recently decided to cut off all my hair and arrived at my appointment full of anxiety. Gretchen was amazing - talking me off the ledge, explaining everything she was doing, and walked me through step by step how to style it so I didn’t have a hairmergency when I tried on my own. The cut came out gorgeous and I am SO happy with it (and have been able to re-create it several times). The salon is beautiful and they have so many services I can’t wait to try. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Went in to get my hair done and was switched hairstylist due to the first one cancelling which was inconvenient. So they placed me with the lady with short hair with purple. I got there told her I wanted to go full red and showed her the inspiration photos she then said i should go darker on top for roots and then it will fade into the red I was asking. I then agreed since the grow out would look a lot better.I made sure to confirm that my hair would be red and blonde all gone she agreed and I was confident in continuing.We went on and started my hair just for it to be all over DARK BROWN color with hints of red/purple color. I absolutely don't like my hair and didn't get what I was expecting.I'm not sure what went wrong but this is so unacceptable!! I was told that it was just the lighting by the manager and it would look better in the sun. The hair I asked for doesn't need sun light to see the color.
