I have been going to Colair for a couple of years now and need to give a formal shoutout. From the minute you call or step in the door, the girls at the front desk are professional and personable. I consulted with Jennifer C. for some face touchup ideas. Her suggestions allowed me to keep the natural, but enhanced, look. That was important to me, and she truly listened to my wishes. I have had facials (and such!) with Kindall and Sage. The spa area is a relaxing atmosphere which makes you feel comfortable instantly. I appreciate that I get to take care of my face and feel relaxed at the same time. They both have given future recommendations without pushing to "make the sell." I have been and will be back. This place is top notch!

On Monday I had a Scarlet skin treatment at Colair Spa on Higley & Ray, by my daughter Kindall Jarvis. She explained everything in detail to me and answered all my questions. I am loving the results ❤️ There was a noticeable difference immediately after my procedure. If you are looking for a less evasive way to tighten your skin; the Scarlet might just be right for you. The first picture is from Sunday, the second photo was right after the procedure, and the third is from today. I go to Colaire for all my products and skin treatments. I can’t recommend Sarah enough for facials and skin pen. All her skin product recommendations have truly changed my skin. I see Kelli for tox treatments and she’s so knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I’ve been going to the salon for about a year now, and initially had wonderful results with my extensions with Joann. When her schedule became too busy along with my very busy schedule, I was passed on to another stylist and had the worst outcome with my extensions that I’ve ever had, very disappointing especially given that she charged $300 for one hour of service, for just labor alone.. I Ended up going to a different salon to have the work fixed.

I had the diamond glow facial yesterday with Shantelle and had the best experience! She was so warm and friendly yet professional, and I love that she described everything the facial entailed. It was the best facial ever with immediate results… and I felt extra pampered with a scalp massage. My skin looks so glowy and tight and fresh today. The whole staff checking in was so kind and friendly also which made for an overall great first experience there!

Kindall utilizes skill and knowledge with facials. Highly recommend

First I want to say that the owner Rich is very kind and caring and the women who work at Colair are also very friendly and welcoming. My review is based on value and personal results. If you are young and naturally beautiful and you only need very subtle treatments this med spa would be good for you. If you are older and need your treatments to be corrective or actually effective you may be disappointed. I came here to have volume added to my lips (45yrs old with smaller lips and volume loss). I was given 0.25ml in my top lip and 0.25ml in my bottom lip. The results are completely unnoticeable. My own mother and my son who lives with me still have no idea I had anything done. I had so many big events to go to end of Sept and Oct that I thought I would finally splurge on myself for once, but I will be attending those events with the same old, thin lips God gave me 😂. So, now I’m out $700. I was told I could go back for another $180 office visit in 8wks and she might add a small amount of the 1ml I paid for to my bottom lip, but honestly I’m not sure I will actually receive the rest of the product I paid for or not 🤷🏻‍♀️. Idk if I’m going back for more micro doses or just cutting my losses at this point. If you do go here, just buy the 0.5ml (half syringe). I wish thats what I would done. The first pic is before the second pic is 1month after filler. If there’s any difference at all, somehow my lips are actually smaller. I had the lip filler 8/30.

I am so happy I found out about Colair! They offer cutting edge technology treatments along with more traditional ones as well. They even offer packages to businesses looking to treat their employees which, as far as I know, nobody else is offering. After getting to know the folks at Colair, I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews! Thank you, Colair!

Jenn is an injector magician! What she does with injectables for her clients is like art work and the best part is that she does all this making the results look natural, not at all like that over injected look some get. Colair is your one stop shop for all things self-care (hair, injectables, facials, laser...) they do it all!

I can confidentially say that I got the worst haircut I’ve had in 20 years here. The layers I got are so noticeable, it looks like I went to a cosmetology school and let a student work on it. After the initial cut and dry, I asked the guy to texturize my hair bc it looked heavy in the layers, but he was so busy trying to rush me out the door since it was almost closing time, he got out his texturizing shears and just started randomly cutting, not doing anything to fix the bluntness of the layers. I have been embarrassed to wear my hair down at the office bc a lady i work with even said the layers look terrible. Now I have to fix them myself or pay another $70 to get someone else to fix it. Would never recommend the stylist, Esgard.

This is my chosen Salon for my hair stylist. Everyone there makes me want to be my best self, just by how they care for me from the moment I arrive. Any Stylist will be amazing. I have a difficult haircut. I can always return for touch ups after I go home and self-style. Thanks Colair!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the Front Desk girls. I had a haircut and a facial done and the results exceeded my expectations. When I first moved to Gilbert I needed to find a hairstylist. While looking through a local magazine, I came across a picture, and was immediately drawn in. I knew I needed to find the person responsible for the haircut. I've been with Gretchen since 2011 and part of the Colair family since they opened in 2017. Gretchen is simply the best and a creative wonder. If you are looking for a fresh updated look and want to feel pampered, look no further. From the moment you walk in, to all the amazing services they provide, you will find yourself immersed in a wonderful experience and delighted with the results.

Gretchen is beyond amazing! Both my spouse and I go to Gretchen for our hair color and cuts. Matter of fact, we travel over 2 hours from our summer home so that Gretchen can continue to cut our hair. Gretchen really listens to what is that you want. She is very good at explaining what she is going to do, why she is doing it and how she will do it. She is not only skilled at what she does but she is exceptionally talented and creative. We love our haircuts from Gretchen.

There is NONE better than Gretchen. I would travel miles and miles to have her cut my hair. Women stop me all the time to ask, "Who does your hair?" She is the absolute BEST! Love her work! Highly recommend!!!

Everyone in the business is very nice. They make you feel like you are at home. Front desk ladies always talk to you and ask what you may need to be comfortable. I have had my hair cut by Joy forever and she has picked an amazing place to setup shop. Recommend 10 out of 10. Hell yeah!!!!!!!

I called in inquiring about a specific facial and asked about the length and price of the service because it wasn’t disclosed online, and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours and $150. I booked it for that afternoon and didn’t have the best experience. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes, HALF the time I was told when I booked it. I left, not feeling comfortable saying something to the lady who did my facial or the receptionist at the counter, and immediately emailed the spa manager asking for a partial refund. I didn’t feel the 45 minute service (of which 10 minutes was spent doing a face scan, another 5 getting undressed/started, so ultimately 30 minutes) was worth what I paid. I received a call back where the manager confirmed that the receptionist did in fact tell me it would be 1 1/2 hours and apologized. Instead of honoring my request for a partial refund, she offered for me to come back in to spend more money on what she said was a discounted service. I wasn’t going to write a review, but I received request after request to write one, and thought maybe this could help someone else from running into the same issue in the future. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Colair.

Kendal is AMAZING! She is so sweet/kind and really takes her time. Can't recommend her enough! Some products in store are marked up a bit but I think that the pricing of the services that they are offer are very fair!

Sloan gave me a fantastic shampoo and cut again; loving how she gives me advice with the trim, color and managing the style over the years. Surprise to me, I met Holly this time. My daughter set up a facial for me after my cut/style and loved the relaxing time and care that Holly gave me. Thank you both....will be back soon!

I found Gretchen by chance in a Facebook group and I’ve never been happier. I went in to get a P!nk inspired pixie cut prior to starting chemo and Gretchen knew EXACTLY what I was asking for. She knocked it out of the park and treated me with such kindness. She also provided products for taking care of my scalp once my hair is gone. I am forever grateful that we crossed paths. She is phenomenal at cutting hair and has a true passion for helping people. My hair has never looked better.

Found a place in the east valley that sells the Skinscript product line. Always friendly and helpful staff.

Updated review- been 6 months now seeing Jen and I still love going there. Here is one of the wonderful things that sets Jen apart from others: she doesn’t try to sell me something I don’t need. She’s very honest, up front and has my best interest in mind and doesn’t go overboard. I’m glad I continue to go 😊 I could not have asked for a better experience at Colair. Jen was awesome. All the ladies who work there were absolutely the greatest. The owner Rich was so sweet. They were so kind, caring and showed great compassion as I was nervous getting Botox for the TMJ. Jen is so patient and understanding and was really gentle. Love this place and will go back again. Thank you guys!!!!
