I'm so happy I found Colair Beauty Lounge & Med Spa. I was way overdue for a haircut and I'm super leery about finding a new stylist but a friend of mine recommended this salon so I called and made an appointment. The receptionist was so friendly and very helpful. She set me up with Sabrina and I had the best cut and style. I was beyond happy with the end result. She was so friendly and did an amazing job. She listened to everything I was looking for and delivered. I would highly recommend her. I will most definitely be a lifetime customer now. Thank you 🌞

I got a blow out done for my hair when I went to get married at the courthouse! I forgot who did my hair. I thought it was Tessa! She did an amazing job & really focused on the detail of it! She was super nice & thoughtful! Thank you so much! Everyone always has a good attitude working there as well!

I called for a last minute appt, I was so happy that they were able to get me in as I had to take an emergency flight to New York cause my daughter was giving birth. My cut and style was exactly as I asked for and looked amazing. I will be making another appointment in a few weeks.

I visited this location two times and had my hair highlighted and cut. The girl was nice however she fried my hair both times so I had to find a new salon.

I made an appointment for my sister while she was in town and was begging me to recommend a good place for her to chop off about 12 inches of hair for the summer. I’ve always had great experiences at Colair, and they were able to squeeze her in. She had Joanna as a stylist, who she said was very sweet, did a wonderful job, and also took the time to explain how to properly style her new hair. Thanks Joanna and the colair team, y’all are always a go-to!

All of the staff is so amazing! The receptionists are so welcoming, Krysten always remembers my name!. Gretchen saved my life (had my bangs butchered by another salon one week before my wedding), Esgard does THE best perm ever and really knows how to work with red coloring, and Langley is so friendly and sooooo amazing with color! Cannot recommend this salon enough! Cut, color, perm, whatever! They've got you!

So, I’m terrible at scheduling anything in advance. A haircut is usually a spur of the moment decision for me. I called Colair about a walk in haircut, and as luck would have it, they could get me in with Tracy! First of all, the receptionist who helped me on the phone and greeted me at the door is incredibly sweet and welcoming. Her bright demeanor set the tone for a good experience. The manager (Kari I believe?) gave me a tour of the business and was very informative. I was very impressed they took the time to show me around as a new client. Tracy shortly came to get me and we did a consultation at her station. I very rarely spend time on myself/appearance so I’m not always the best at describing what I’m wanting in a cut. Regardless, Tracy understood and got to work. A wonderful shampoo experience, followed by a masterful cut. Tracy thoroughly explained what and why she was cutting, as I was getting new shorter face framing layers. An efficient yet relaxing blow out followed, finishing with dry detail cutting to soften. I really liked Tracy’s demeanor, she exudes authenticity and was very easy to talk to. I had felt like my hair was sort of weighing me down so I left with new layers and 3” shorter. It has made all the difference and I love it! 100% found my new salon and I’ll be trying some of their skin care menu items!

I had the most amazing Lux Facial today with Kindall. She made sure to review everything with me before starting so I felt comfortable. The facial was very relaxing and my skin felt incredible after. I will absolutely continue to come back to Colair because the service and people are the best around town!

So glad I found this salon. I moved here a few months ago and had a consultation for a balayage. I hadn’t done much to my hair in several years and Langley gave me such a great makeover! I’m so happy with the results plus she gave me an awesome haircut and style. Definitely found my spot.

Joanna was amazing and gave me the most beautiful hair for my wedding day. We used a halo extension for some volume and length and she truly cared I was happy with my style. Everyone at the salon was so nice and kind. I felt beautiful and was so glad I went to Colaire for my important day!

I love Colair salon! They are multifunctional and have all my needs in one place! My hair cut and highlights and a facial, I feel Like I’m pampered all day! The staff is so friendly and accommodating!

I love everyone at Colair! The staff and hairstylist are kind and very accommodating. I have very thin hair, and it has always been hard to find a good hairstylist. Since Tracy started cutting my hair, I've seen a big difference. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I scheduled a facial for my mother and I this week. In our first visit, the friendly and cheerful staff helped show us what was all available at this location before our appt. We then had our faces scanned for UV damage and other things, many of which we can't see ourselves. Based on those scans, they customize the treatment for you. The beds were almost too comfortable, as I fell asleep twice. I was treated so well, as was my mom, that I would be happy to send her and my wife back for some of their other beauty services as well.

Great clinic- strong recommendation. Jennifer is detailed, patient, thorough, takes time to answer questions and get the consult and treatment right. They don’t push for any particular service but only recommend what would best suit your goals or intentions.

Jen is amazing. I love how comfortable she makes you feel when she does your Botox. The front desk ladies, McKenna and Camille are awesome and always make you feel like old friends.

Jen is amazing! As a first time client, she took time to understand my concerns and recommended the appropriate treatments within my comfort zone. After my third visit, I must say that even with very conservative treatments, I am more than satisfied with the results! I am looking forward to more visits with Jen to maintain my “glow”!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company, particularly regarding the behavior of the manager Megan that was on staff. When I approached the manager for assistance, I found them to be dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, professionally, they seem uninterested in helping, and even made me feel uncomfortable when I asked for clarification on their policies. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, Especially from management and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I believe the situation could have been resolved if the manager had been more attentive and respectful. Overall, I was left down by the lack of customer service and professionalism, and I hope the company takes feedback seriously to improve the experience for future customers.

Update … The salon brought me back in towards the end of november for a complementary service, no color was fixed and 1 row of extensions moved which are still causing shelf like appearance . I’m glad I found a stylist to fix this salons nightmare because this salons responded to my bank repeatedly calling me a liar . I'm leaving this review after several attempts of contacting the ambling and no response. I'm not happy with coloring, if any was even done and my extensions. I had my extensions put in on 10/31. The 1st week I know they will "fluff" up after washing and forming to natural hair. Well 4 washes in, the hair is still very flat and no matter if I wear my hair up or down you can totally see the choppy layering and tell I have extensions in. I've worn extension for many years so I know exactly what to expect and this is not okay. Also they claim my stories don’t add up then ask for my review, Dallas is a joke!

Such a wonderful experience at Colair! Professionalism and client care is clearly their number one priority. Sara is my esthetician and she NEVER disappoints. She is highly knowledgable, informative, and honest. I wouldn't go to anyone else!
