I had been curious about Botox for quite some time and finally decided to schedule a consultation. I chose Colair because I’ve had wonderful facials at their Beauty Lounge in the past, so I already knew I was in good hands. I met with Kayla at the Med Spa, and I was extremely impressed from the moment we began. Having a medical background myself, I was particularly impressed by her medical education and experience. She immediately made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions with professionalism, patience, and kindness. I learned SO much! Kayla was able to do a little “work” during my appointment and explained everything she was doing along the way. I really appreciated how thorough and reassuring she was. I went to Gretchen ready to make a pretty big change after being mostly blonde for nearly five years and wanted to get closer to my natural color. I was nervous, and she could tell. She took the time to listen to my concerns and end goal, gave me options, and made me feel really comfortable with the decision. The color and treatment turned out beautifully. I recently had the chance to tour Colair Beauty Lounge & Med Spa, and I was so impressed. One of the owners, Dallas, is very active in the Gilbert Chamber and really gives back to the local Gilbert community. She was also kind enough to show me around. The space is absolutely beautiful, but what stood out even more was how thoughtfully everything is set up and how much they clearly care about the client experience. I loved hearing about the high standards they have for their services and the attention they put into every detail. One of my favorite touches was their Recharge Room, where clients can relax before or after a service. Such a great extra. I would absolutely feel comfortable coming here for some much-needed self-care and would happily recommend Colair to others.

I've been going to Gretchen for a few months now and I just love her! She is super patient with me and kind. She is an expert in color and bob/short hair. She always knows exactly how to do my hair. I first started coming to her after I had one of the worst haircuts of my life from someone else. She fixed it up and made me feel so much better. I also started bringing my neurodivergent teenage son to her. He has always had a very difficult time getting his hair cut. She is SO patient with him. She cuts a little, steps back, asks him how he likes that. She gives him time to run his fingers through it and waits for him to tell her what to do next. It seriously makes me cry every time! Anyone with a neurodivergent child will understand how huge that is! Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I am a snowbird and not familiar with any of the local salons. So I decided to give this place a try after seeing a facial special posted on FB and reading the online reviews. I was completely happy with my experience and recommend this place. At first I was concerned the facial would not be relaxing because there is a hair salon in the front part of the building. But the facial area was completely soundproof and it was a wonderful diamond glow treatment.

Jen provides great customer service and is extremely knowledgeable in skin care and prrovding product and procedures to improve your appearance, health and well being. She has a wonderful personality and truly cares about her patients. Thank you Colair and Jen!

Linda Lee is incredible for all electrolysis needs. She immediately puts you at ease, has a thorough (and easy) prep regimen to ensure minimal discomfort, and deploys zero high-pressure sales come into play. Can't recommend her enough! Not to mention she exudes warmth and happiness.

Don't go there if you're not woke. When my hairdresser that I have been going to for years found out I didn't believe the same way she did, she sabotaged my cut and refused to fix it. They were nice about it giving me to someone else but I don't think anything happened to her so I finally left. I went monthly for years to get a haircut and color. She was so arrogant and I can't believe they let her get away with it. They are enabling her which is why I left. Her behavior was inappropriate. She literally cut the angles backwards so I couldn't even style it. There was no excuse. She knew how I liked my hair because I've been going to her for years. She did it on purpose and was gleeful about it. Colair, If you look my name up in your system you will find my history and see the hairdresser. She's a popular one there. I'm sure that's why you keep her because she has a lot of clients. I must have said the wrong thing in our conversation which set her off. That's what I'm assuming. I like the owner, that's why I gave them the chance to fix it. There comes a point when people need to be held accountable for their actions. My name is on the review and you can look me up in your system to figure out who it was that cut my hair. It wasn't the last new gal, it was the one before that I had been with for years.
