Terrible experience. Drove all the way from Arcadia (45 min). Just to be denied for an injection I was told I was a perfect candidate for BEFOREHAND. Not only was the injector Jennifer completely not willing to help me or give me any clear explanation to why she wouldn't treat me other than "I look fine" I'm 30 years old and am taking natural age preventative care. Don't waste your time or money on women who feel uncomfortable with their level of low skill set. Specially from this injector. I immediately left to another Medspa and got the procedure I wanted telling me I was a perfect candidate. Seems like I dodged a bullet with Jennifer

I had a wonderful experience at Colair. I hadn’t gone to a salon in years for many reasons. When I called to ask about pricing and availability, the woman I spoke to (who I feel horrible because I can’t remember her name) was absolutely wonderful. Really took time to talk to me, hear my concerns, explain pricing, and made me feel like so comforted. More than just someone trying to get me on the books. My appointment was with Langley and she was also so great. She did an absolutely amazing job with my hair and didn’t make me feel pressured into anything. I would 100% recommend and I definitely will be returning for hair and other services they offer.

I recently decided to cut off all my hair and arrived at my appointment full of anxiety. Gretchen was amazing - talking me off the ledge, explaining everything she was doing, and walked me through step by step how to style it so I didn’t have a hairmergency when I tried on my own. The cut came out gorgeous and I am SO happy with it (and have been able to re-create it several times). The salon is beautiful and they have so many services I can’t wait to try. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Sage provided my teen with a consultation and was EXCEPTIONAL!!! She didn't treat her which would have been the easier route, and spent 30 minutes with us educating us. We will 100% be back when we are ready to book! Highly recommend!!!!

Went in to get my hair done and was switched hairstylist due to the first one cancelling which was inconvenient. So they placed me with the lady with short hair with purple. I got there told her I wanted to go full red and showed her the inspiration photos she then said i should go darker on top for roots and then it will fade into the red I was asking. I then agreed since the grow out would look a lot better.I made sure to confirm that my hair would be red and blonde all gone she agreed and I was confident in continuing.We went on and started my hair just for it to be all over DARK BROWN color with hints of red/purple color. I absolutely don't like my hair and didn't get what I was expecting.I'm not sure what went wrong but this is so unacceptable!! I was told that it was just the lighting by the manager and it would look better in the sun. The hair I asked for doesn't need sun light to see the color. Great place! I’m new to the area and was asking neighbors & our realtor for salon recommendations. We happened to pass by the salon one evening after eating dinner nearby and the rest is history! I booked an appointment for foil highlights and the stylist did a fantastic job on my highlights and blow out! I’ll be going back soon for a cut. All stylists & staff were friendly and I noticed the stylists were chatting with their clients like they had known them for years so I’m sure many clients must be longtime Colair peeps!
