I can confidentially say that I got the worst haircut I’ve had in 20 years here. The layers I got are so noticeable, it looks like I went to a cosmetology school and let a student work on it. After the initial cut and dry, I asked the guy to texturize my hair bc it looked heavy in the layers, but he was so busy trying to rush me out the door since it was almost closing time, he got out his texturizing shears and just started randomly cutting, not doing anything to fix the bluntness of the layers. I have been embarrassed to wear my hair down at the office bc a lady i work with even said the layers look terrible. Now I have to fix them myself or pay another $70 to get someone else to fix it. Would never recommend the stylist, Esgard.

This is my chosen Salon for my hair stylist. Everyone there makes me want to be my best self, just by how they care for me from the moment I arrive. Any Stylist will be amazing. I have a difficult haircut. I can always return for touch ups after I go home and self-style. Thanks Colair!

I recently visited Colair and I Must say it was an outstanding experience from the start to finish. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the Front Desk girls. I had a haircut and a facial done and the results exceeded my expectations. When I first moved to Gilbert I needed to find a hairstylist. While looking through a local magazine, I came across a picture, and was immediately drawn in. I knew I needed to find the person responsible for the haircut. I've been with Gretchen since 2011 and part of the Colair family since they opened in 2017. Gretchen is beyond amazing! Both my spouse and I go to Gretchen for our hair color and cuts. Matter of fact, we travel over 2 hours from our summer home so that Gretchen can continue to cut our hair. Gretchen really listens to what is that you want. She is very good at explaining what she is going to do, why she is doing it and how she will do it. She is not only skilled at what she does but she is exceptionally talented and creative. We love our haircuts from Gretchen.

There is NONE better than Gretchen. I would travel miles and miles to have her cut my hair. Women stop me all the time to ask, "Who does your hair?" She is the absolute BEST! Love her work! Highly recommend!!!

Everyone in the business is very nice. They make you feel like you are at home. Front desk ladies always talk to you and ask what you may need to be comfortable. I have had my hair cut by Joy forever and she has picked an amazing place to setup shop. Recommend 10 out of 10. Hell yeah!!!!!!!

I called in inquiring about a specific facial and asked about the length and price of the service because it wasn’t disclosed online, and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours and $150. I booked it for that afternoon and didn’t have the best experience. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes, HALF the time I was told when I booked it. I left, not feeling comfortable saying something to the lady who did my facial or the receptionist at the counter, and immediately emailed the spa manager asking for a partial refund. I didn’t feel the 45 minute service (of which 10 minutes was spent doing a face scan, another 5 getting undressed/started, so ultimately 30 minutes) was worth what I paid. I received a call back where the manager confirmed that the receptionist did in fact tell me it would be 1 1/2 hours and apologized. Instead of honoring my request for a partial refund, she offered for me to come back in to spend more money on what she said was a discounted service. I wasn’t going to write a review, but I received request after request to write one, and thought maybe this could help someone else from running into the same issue in the future. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Colair.

I Loved my experience at Colair Beauty! I got amazing insight on my skin using their top notch technology. I always left my facial treatments feeling confident and amazing. The employees and owner are truly the best. I highly recommend Colair Beauty for all of your beauty needs!

Megan was spectacular! She seriously is the best and made me feel at home at Colair. They are lucky to have her. Also Jen made me feel so comfortable. She was kind and didn’t try and push anything on me. She more so care about what I wanted. I left happy and confident! I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Kendal is AMAZING! She is so sweet/kind and really takes her time. Can't recommend her enough! Some products in store are marked up a bit but I think that the pricing of the services that they are offer are very fair!

Sloan gave me a fantastic shampoo and cut again; loving how she gives me advice with the trim, color and managing the style over the years. Surprise to me, I met Holly this time. My daughter set up a facial for me after my cut/style and loved the relaxing time and care that Holly gave me. Thank you both....will be back soon!

I found Gretchen by chance in a Facebook group and I’ve never been happier. I went in to get a P!nk inspired pixie cut prior to starting chemo and Gretchen knew EXACTLY what I was asking for. She knocked it out of the park and treated me with such kindness. She also provided products for taking care of my scalp once my hair is gone. I am forever grateful that we crossed paths. She is phenomenal at cutting hair and has a true passion for helping people. My hair has never looked better.

I absolutely love coming to Colair to see Joy for my hair. I will not go to anyone else because of how amazingly talented and kindhearted she is. Beautiful, efficient, friendly and on-time! My injector, Dr. Kelli Hahn, is actually my dentist! It makes so much sense to have her inject Botox since she knows the anatomy of the face intimately. First time in twenty years that I did not have one mark on my face to show the injections.VERY happy indeed and highly recommend Dr. Hahn!

My first time calling in, i was extremely nervous because i have never done anything like this before. I called in for a free consultation (which was set up so quick and easy) that also benefited my schedule. The front desk staff are so kind! When i first arrived, i got a tour and explanation of each area of the beauty lounge. I got the pleasure of getting paired with Josette for a consultation of lip & cheek filler. Not only did Josette advise me of what to expect & pricing, but she also provided so many answers to my (what felt like) hundreds of questions i had! She was very focused on emphasizing my natural beauty & reassured some insecurities i had. Once i got to the actual appointment, i was welcomed with positivity and patience. The procedure was very short (although my anxious self makes it feel longer than it is) Josette was able to make me forget that i even had anxiety!! Every step of the way she was explaining what she was doing, where she was going within the areas of insertion & advising me of certain pressures and possible pinches i may feel. For someone who is incredibly anxious about needles and unknown feelings when it comes to something new, it was made to be such a calming & informative process. I’m itching to go back because the atmosphere was not only professional, but friendly & empowering. When can i come back?! <3

The salon & employees are very sweet, professional & talented. My only complaint is the male owner is very in your face from the minute you walk in. He kind of hits on you, asks person questions & also tells you way to much about himself (nose & back waxed). If I didn't love my stylist his behavior would push me out the door to find someone new. I also noticed that he causes choas within the staff by overstepping their job duties, this includes rearranging the schedule when a new client walks in providing almost immediate services or simply asking them several questions that don't concern him. I also witnessed him interrupting an employee 3 times while with a client asking her how much longer she would be. His behavior in a salon that probably provides most services to women could quickly cause issues & cause alot of women to go elsewhere. I also witnessed him ask 3 women if they had husband's as they paid for their services.

Great place, and amazing staff that really takes care of you and makes you feel like family. I look forward to my weekly shots with Lisa!
