I cannot say enough good things about Tammy Jo and her team. She is truly remarkable. From the first meeting she struck an amazing balance between professionalism and personalized care. I had a very stressful, cross-country move to make and there is no way that I could have accomplished it so smoothly without Tammy Jo and her team's help. Tammy Jo understood what needed to be done, the timeframe it needed to be done in and that the people involved had a lot of emotions going through this big change. She kept us on track, met our target timeframes, and handled every detail large and small taking enormous amounts of stress and worry off my mind so that I could take care of the hundreds of other tasks involved in moving into assisted living. A special thanks to Marion whose thoughtfulness, kindness and compassion made everything feel okay. There is not one single thing Tammy Jo and her team could have done better - flawless! My 90 year old parents needed to move from their independent living apartment in a retirement community (Rossmoor in Walnut Creek) to an assisted living facility nearby and it was a daunting task. After 16 years in Rossmoor, my folks had A LOT of stuff! The team at Clear took all the stress out of the packing and the move and made the entire experience so easy and seamless. They really know what they're doing and you can feel it in the way they work. They are an incredibly thoughtful, kind, smart, dedicated group of women who helped my parents with kindness and compassion. I loved working with them and cannot recommend them more highly. Tammy Jo and Evelyn made my mom’s move into a senior living community very smooth. It involved a major downsize, and I was incredibly impressed with how well Evelyn set up the new place, managing to make my mom’s new studio apartment look comfortable, spacious, and warm. My mom and I were amazed when we walked in and everything was arranged perfectly-we had no idea it could look so good! I would hire this company in a heartbeat. They are kind and professional, and they were very patient during the move. Five stars!

Clear is terrific. I’ve used them twice and will certainly use again. They helped move my mom into assisted living and made a terrific space plan. It made the transition much easier. Recently, they helped prepare for internal house painting- boxing up closets and unpacking when finished. It was so helpful.

They were wonderful! Supportive, hardworking staff! They really helped us sort and clean out our house of 40 years. I would highly recommend them for moving and organizing!

I don't know where to start, I am so amazed by the service I received. I have referred business to Tammy and Clear Organizing for more than 10 years. Each time, every client has raved about how wonderful they are to work with, that they are lifesavers, and that they couldn't have done it without them. Since I needed to pack up my kitchen for a remodel I decided to try their services as a bit of work research (ha ha, that's what I said so I could get some packing help). They were above and beyond. So fabulous The most exciting part for me was when Tammy took all the piles of donation items I've been keeping in my garage for years because I didn't have time to sort through where everything went, and didn't want it to go to landfill. When she drove away with all of those things it literally felt like a weight was lifted. I would have been happy just with that! Her crew spent hours neatly and carefully boxing up and labeling everything, then stacked it all in my garage. What had felt like it was going to be a really stressful situation ended up being simple. They also advised me on what things I should take with me when we move out (not as much as I thought), which was helpful. I will 100% be hiring them again when we move back in. Yes, it felt like a luxury, but it allowed me to not take much time away from my work to pack, and they did 1000 times better job than I would have done. It feels like money well spent and I can't recommend Clear Organizing highly enough. Thank you Tammy, Cathy and Todd. Much appreciated!

Tammy Jo and her crew helped make our big move, the first in more than 30 years, a lot smoother and less stressful that it would have been. Tammy Jo called on her network to help us find a great mover. Her team helped us by packing many of the more fragile or delicate items. They supervised the loading at the origin on our behalf, allowing us to get a head start to our new home. They were uniformly competent, calm and cheerful, exactly the kind of support that we needed. We highly recommend them! We would use them again in a heartbeat but we moved outside the area that they support.

EXCELLENT! Tammy Jo and team helped with moving my mother-in-law to another county. She had years of stuff, and they helped her sort for the downsizing required. They arranged the move with an excellent mover, clearly organized and labeled possessions, and the move couldn’t have gone any smoother. We were able to quickly unpack because of the clarity! My mother-in-law enjoyed the process in spite of not wanting to move. EXCELLENT experience all the way around!

My Mother recently moved out of her home of 46 years to the brand-new (gorgeous) Viamonte Senior Living complex. My sister and I both live out of state, and we needed a local organizer who could provide planning, logistical, and emotional support for Mom. Tammy Jo and her team came highly recommended by a prominent realtor in the area, and boy did they over-perform in every way imaginable. Tammy Jo and her team checked in many times leading up to the move to ensure that we were on track. They helped all of us overcome the hurdles along the way, and even carried Mom over to the new place when last-minute signatures were required. From the moment we signed up with Clear Organizing, we were in capable and loving hands. From thinning out, to packing, to re-settling and even decorating. All Mom had to do was point, and it was done. Tammy Jo, Sandy, Todd and Kathy feel like part of our extended family after this process. I cannot recommend Clear Organizing highly enough for any family who might need a bit of professional help. I only wish Google had more than 5 stars to give - they deserve at least 15 stars!

Tammy Jo, Lisa and team were amazing! We had not expected to close up and sell our 2000 sq ft house when we left for vacation to New Zealand just before COVID 19 hit. Nor did we ever think we would do such a thing remotely. We interviewed several organizations and Clear Organizing was far and away the most qualified. Lisa was our project manager. The work included going through everything in our house, sorting into save - put in storage, save - go to mom’s house, set aside for house sitter to sell, donate and throw. We put together a plan to meet our timeline. They accommodated the time difference by working afternoons in California. The process was done via Zoom or FaceTime so we could see what they were sorting and could give direction. They were extremely efficient and kept us on track so we didn’t waste money. Lisa oversaw the movers taking things from the house to mom’s place and to the storage facility, and arranged for donation pick up as well as haulers to clear the last bits and pieces from the house. We finished on time and couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did for us. Highly highly recommend!!
