The bridal shower cake was beautiful and tasted delicious! My only concern I had throughout the process was getting someone on the phone to call you back about placing an order or getting a response back about the status of your order. My first time calling the bakery did feel a bit rushed because you could tell their employees were overwhelmed by their in person customers. I also experienced the same thing when calling about the status of my order and left my phone number, however no one called me back and had to do a follow up phone call the next day. All in all I would still say that getting a cake from their bakery was SUPER worth it. Hopefully once they get their new location in Olney up and running, that experience will not be repeated. I will personally be back to get a sweet treat from them soon!

It was an amazing experience, they were very helpful and did an amazing job with my cake.

I went to a professional bakery because although the cake was very simple in design and complexity, (multi-colored whipped cream frosting and 1 word only, no other designs/features) I needed a very specific cake and I was willing to pay for the assurance that it would be right. I provided a clear picture of what I needed. When I picked it up, the colors were all wrong as well as the writing. I am very happy to say, that they took the cake back without hesitation and re-frosted it very quickly in the vibrant colors I had requested and it was spot on. The 8" cake served 17 people very thin slices of cake, but the flavor was delicious and the texture was nice. Overall, I recommend Classic Bakery.

I have been a very loyal customer, I had my wedding cake and early birthday days cake for my girls. I bake a lot and I can say classic bakery always has been my favorite in the past 30 +years.

Amazing cake and I am regular customer. The staff is expecting tips for 2mins of service they provide. My bill was $50 and I did not tip the staff member and she was super pissed. She wanted me to give her tip for keeping the cake in the box. Cmon!! I don’t blame her but the management who’s paying the staff less and eating all the money and creating a culture of working for tips in a bakery shop. It’s not a dine in guys.

Everyone loved the cake. I think this was the mango cream cake. The price is reasonable, and the service was great. The bakery is in an industrial park so the outside is not fancy. You won’t find this place unless you look for it.

Ordered the cannoli cake for my husband’s birthday. The delivery was early and easy and the cake was AMAZING!

Great cakes . Excellent computer communication system. Order description and receipt are emailed in a pdf format. All changes to your order generates a new pdf order/ receipt. System could be enhanced with a text delivery notification. “ your delivery is on the way” . This will reduce the anxiety of the recipient and probably reduce phone calls to the bakery. I have been patronizing this bakery since they were on route 355. Excellent cakes and great service. Friendly and welcoming staff.

I have been working with Classic Bakery for over 18 years when they had only a location in Gaithersburg, MD. Once Tysons opened, they have been as accomodating as MD. Zahra is absolutely the best and so is the rest of the staff. Their cakes are second to none and they will work with you on any possible design you can think of. Trust me , I know as we have given them so many different designs.

I ordered a birthday cake in the last min and classic bakery saved my life. The associate named Tina was outstanding from the moment we got there. She helped us find the perfect cake from their iPad without being tired and she was just amazing and kind to us. The cake was beautiful and also turned out to be very delicious.
