Ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s birthday party on December 20th and requested vanilla with raspberry filling, however; we received chocolate with another filling. Not only have I called and emailed multiple times for compensation, I was told by different staff members that the manger/ owner would call or email me back (never did). Went in person on December 29th to give me card details for the refund that was stated I’d received, I have yet to see it and conveniently missed the manager by “10 min”. I requested the older lady, which ironically took the order, a call back or email to confirm the refund because the lack of communication is astounding— did not receive. Very unprofessional! Disappointing and infuriating when a child’s birthday party cake wasn’t enjoyed by the birthday girl herself!!

Phenomenal bakery! They custom-made a 2-tier birthday cake for my brother’s surprise birthday party! The cake literally looked like art! Guests were actually sad to cut the cake! LOL

I was excited to try this place for the first time as I heard good things about it, however I ordered a small German chocolate cake that ended up being so dry and tasted a couple days old, so much so that nobody at the birthday party could eat it. I reached out via email to try and possibly get a refund or the cake remade or even a replacement. They never responded to my email so I’m writing this review instead

I ordered two cakes from Classic Bakery for a special event, and everything exceeded expectations. The cake designs for the celebration were executed exactly as requested—beautiful and perfectly aligned with the occasion. Delivery was right on time with no issues at all (even after it snowed the night before) which was greatly appreciated. Most importantly, the cakes were absolutely delicious! The overall consensus from our guests was very positive. I highly recommend Classic Bakery for both their craftsmanship and reliability, and I would gladly order from them again.

Amazing collection of cakes, freshly baked breads & rolls. If you walk in, you will find variety of cakes to pick from. The collect of customized cake is vast, which you can order online or through walk in. For customized ones you will have to give around 2 days heads up. They have loyalty program and you earn points for each $ spent. There discounts while buying online.

I asked for a custom cake within a weeks notice and Classic bakery exceeded all of my expectations! I will be coming to them for any of my future needs.

This was a last minute order and the team accommodated and saved my son’s 5th birthday with a robot cake! The cake was really good. I don’t like chocolate cake (my son does) but I really loved this one! I’m very pleased, new to the area and will use them again with much more notice (more than 24 hours I gave them!!!). Thank you for helping a single mom of 2 toddlers saving my son’s 5th bday! Meant a lot more than your team really knew. The service was impeccable and I appreciate it.

I picked up a custom cake yesterday. I requested a grey ombré cake. It should have been dark grey into light grey and white on top but it was just one shade of grey. There was no transition of colors. I was very disappointed! I paid $87 for the ombré design but didn't get what I ordered.

I order all special event cakes here and they never disappoint. The cakes are delicious and the decorating is gorgeous. Graduations, weddings, celebrations have guests always taking pictures of the cakes and gathering around to see.

The cake was well executed and tasted great.

I just love the pastries from Classic Bakery! Everything is so fresh and not overly sweet. Very delicious choices. I’m so happy that they opened a store in Olney. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been loving Classic Bakery since I was little, and now I get all of my daughter’s birthday cakes from them every year! Their gata bread and barbari has always been a staple in our home. Their pumpkin pies have been added to our list for Thanksgiving as well. Classic Bakery is a family favorite!

The engagement cake was fabulous tasting. I showed a picture and the roses and hearts were much smaller than I expected and took a picture. I spent $250, having never tasted one of your cakes , I asked to try a bite of white or yellow and filling. I was told, “you can buy a slice”. Didn’t sit well with me. Should have asked for owner.

The cake was very tasty, but I guess I should have asked if there were strawberries inside the strawberry shortcake.

The only place I know locally where I can order pastry with my daughter's favorite flavor -- dulce de leche. Ordering is easy -- the product is delicious!

I ordered Apple and pumpkin pie for thanksgiving. They delivered on time and the pies were amazing and fresh. I have found my new sweet tooth bakery. Thank you for putting so much love into the pies. They were delicious.

The pies are good! I was just a bit disappointed, we spent about three days playing phone tag trying to get my Thanksgiving order sorted out. The store manager offered me a free pie because of the back and forth, but I still ended up being charged for it. The apple pie is good once you warm it in the oven, I’m just disappointed with how management handled the situation.

We ordered an unconventional cake to celebrate an unconventional and very happy marriage. Classic did a beautiful (and delicious) job and offered advice on getting the cake safely thru six hours of car travel. Thank you!

Tres Leches cake was a hit at my girlfriend's birthday party. Have never seen a cake disappear so fast. Service is great, the cake was ready on time. The cake was also beautifully done. Have had great experiences every time I've been here. Highly recommend.
