The family members that work here were so rude. I was left standing there. I was in the middle of ordering and the two lady’s walk away from me. They need to be more mindful about their customer service. I didn’t get no hello or thank you just simply what do you want. Later the sale associate came and he was helpful and kind but the old lady and middle age lady were so rude. I’ve came here before and no problem at all ever but today being help by the family members of the establishment was so disappointing.

I had a custom cake for my husband’s retirement from the military after 20 years. They made a delicious and absolutely amazing cake. Our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous it was. They helped me load the cake in my car and even helped make sure it wouldn’t slide around.

I really wanted to love this bakery because our initial experience was wonderful. The shop itself is beautiful, the staff was friendly and professional, and our cake tasting was excellent. Everything during the planning process gave us confidence that our wedding cake would be amazing. Unfortunately, the cake we received on our wedding day was a huge disappointment. It looked nothing like the inspiration photo I had provided, and the taste was completely different from what we had sampled during the tasting. I honestly don't understand how the final product could be so different from what we were promised. I do want to give credit where it's due—they arrived on time and were professional with delivery. However, for such an important part of our wedding, the final result simply did not meet our expectations. After such a great tasting experience, I expected the wedding cake to match both the quality and the design we had agreed on. Sadly, I wouldn't use them again.

The service was excellent. Since the tasting to the event day. Although the bakery had a delay, they delivered on time. They also made the cake per our preference. Thank you Classic Bakery! Everyone at the event wanted to get more cake. The cake design was beautiful.

Cake was moist, really good! The only thing was the icing, not buttercream.

I came in with a custom cake request and the wonderful lady took great care in all of my design choices. Cake was ready on time and it was absolutely beautiful and tasty, this is the place to go for all of your cake and bakery needs!

The cake Classic Bakery made for my Dad's 100th birthday was phenomenal. Not only was it beautiful, but it was a moist, delicious German chocolate; his favorite! Thanks for helping to make this auspicious birthday even moreso!

Although I had ordered just a small basic cake, the proprietor handed it to me as if she was giving me the moon and the stars! The pride these bakers and workers have for their artistry shows in the phenomenal beauty of their cakes and, most importantly, in the scrumptious taste of them too. The description of the cake said it served 4-6 people, but because of its lavish height, we got 8 delicious servings from it, and everyone raved about how utterly spectacular it was. This bakery is consistently superb and its standards are of the absolutely highest quality! Highly recommend Classic Bakery for all of your celebrations!

My family/ I have been purchasing my cakes here since I was 6 years old! My mom would buy these cakes for my birthday parties… now as a new mom I want to keep that tradition and purchases her 1st birthday cake! The cakes no matter what flavor are all delicious! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone buy their cake or any special treat here!

I put in an order for the next day. I wasn’t able to do it online because it was past the cutoff time but after calling them they took the order and we had our delicious cake the next day.

I order a 10 inch cake for a friend baby shower. Choices for fillings and flavors for custom made cakes are a bit limited. For example getting a lemon curd or passion Curd filling for my cake was not possible. Also the prices for custom made cakes are high depending on the design you choose. I pay close to 200$ for a 10 inch cake but it was very cute. For these reasons I put 4 stars. I would still recommend clasic bakery because they have really nice cake designs for custom made cakes.

The custom cake was excellent, everyone loved the whipped frosting instead of the heavy buttercream frosting!

If you’re not ordering your cake from Classic Bakery, you haven’t got the memo. I ordered a birthday cake for myself and they exceeded my expectations. I’m super picky so exceeding expectations is hard for most people to do. The mango filling was amazing and a light delicate flavor. The cake was a piece of art. I got a cake for my aunt birthday December 15, and it was delicious. Classic Bakery is an excellent place with fresh baked goods and friendly, welcoming service. The food is tasty, and the environment is clean. I recommend them to anyone.
