I went to collect an item and the gentleman assisting me was kind, professional and patient with any and all questions.

The entire staff and especially Russ were outstanding! They made the FFL transfer experience of my rifle from out of state perfect. Went in there to buy a holster for my CZ. Told them I already thought the gun to be too bulky for CC they showed me several guns before I settled on a glock 43X MOS. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back when the wife let's me.

I have bought a number of items from CGA at this point and they are always very helpful, transferring to their FFL is quick, they’ll usually call you for pickup within an hour of receiving your item. Effort is improvement. Over a decade ago, a "gunsmith' destroyed an M1911 that was sent there for an upgrading. Nothing requirng any more than light lapping and fitting work. He destroyed the entire lower frame. Clarksville G&A replaced that. Since that experience, I've rebuilt that same 1911 several times. Often they dont stock the most basic parts, ammunition is typically, whatevers leftover from whatever no one else wanted. And you're not allowed to even inspect it prior to purchace. 😉

White over weight male with a patchy beard at the gun range gave me attitude just because he has no co workers, friends, and a girlfriend to talk to so he lashes out his depressing lonely life on everyone that walks in that door.

I haven't been here since I moved back home to Ohio in 2018 but they were always great people there. I haven't found another gun store like this one yet. I bought many guns here but the one that sticks out the most was a Stainless Ruger American Alaskan in .338 Win Mag. I remember when I picked it up from layaway the guy told me the rifle wasn't supposed to be sold but the guy that sold it to me didn't know that. They honored the sale and I have always remembered that and appreciated it because they didn't have to do that. I found out eventually that it is a pretty rare rifle and Ruger only made about 600 of them. I feel really blessed to have one and it still shoots great. Hope everyone there is doing well.

Me and my wife had never been to a shooting range, but we were always interested. Finally, we got to go, and it was something I will never forget! One of my gun-wielding friends went with me and instructed me on how to use a weapon safely. We took out a gun on loan and shot for the very first time ever…honestly, it was a bit daunting at first, but kind of thrilling too. The shooting range was located in a basement, so the experience was that much more intense. Do take proper safety gear advice: do wear the proper safety gear. Always wear ear protection (muffs) and safety glasses. It made all the difference in terms of comfort and safety. Overall, it was a great learning experience and something we're happy we finally did. Definitely recommended to anyone who is interested in shooting — just go prepared and be careful!

Not happy about being misled on the wait times for nfa, items was under the impression of a week or two not the case. I completely understand it’s out of their hands but darn this whole process started in feb ill give it a few more days then canceling the order and getting a refund.
