I purchased one vehicle that didn’t even last 2 years they didn’t tell me exactly was wrong with the car. Come to find out sun frame and rack n piñon are finished . Then I go back for another vehicle and these ppl are just rude. I will never spend money here again .

I originally left a 5 star review but I was greatly mistaken. BEWARE OF ANY BLASIUS DEALERSHIP. I bought a 2022 BMW X3 with Blasius federal in December. Everything went well at first until it all went downhill. The crooks in the service department signed a document stating that my car passed all safety inspections and that there was nothing wrong with it. I brought it into my local repair shop and it turns out it had a transfer case leak, my BRAKES WERE ALL LOSE AND THE REAR WERE MISSING BOLTS, and it had impact damage in the front which the dealership swore they didn’t do. They did end up making the brake and transfer case repairs to avoid legal repercussions even though my safety was at risk for weeks. The biggest crook of them all was the service manager Antony. Promised to give me 3 oil changes for my troubles, I tried to counter negotiate and never heard back. I called multiple times and left a message but to no surprise he kept on ducking my calls. I wouldn’t trust this dealership anyways with an oil change. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle for my son at Blasius and everyone was amazing! I shopped around online to other dealerships and was constantly brushed off when asking for basic information, but that wasn’t the case with Blasius. The sales manager Vinny immediately answered my inquiry online and we emailed back and forth quite a bit regarding the vehicle I wanted and the process. I was immediately sold simply because of the amazing customer service and fast responses, that no one else was willing to provide. I then connected with Eddie Nunez, a salesperson, who sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing which I thought was amazing. That was above and beyond what any other dealership has done when purchasing a vehicle, and I’ve purchased a lot. I don’t live close so most of the communication was via email and phone, but I never had to wait for responses, they were immediate. The process was super quick, my son and I just had to show up to sign papers and take the vehicle home! The staff I encountered when I went in, such as the finance manager and other salesmen were so polite and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership and I will absolutely use them again in the future if I purchase another used vehicle! My wife and I recently bought a BMW X7 from Blasius. Overall our experience was positive. Olivia and the staff were friendly and helpful! The dealership is clean and process seemed organized. I responded to their ad. For a 2023 GMC SLT sierra. The initial experience was pleasant enough. After test driving the vehicle I asked if there was room in the price . The salesman said yes. I brought it to my mechanic and everything checked out so I made them an offer. At that point everything started going sideways. They explained there was no room in the price to negotiate which was dissapointing but somewhat understandable. I decided to offer them exactly what they advertised on there website. When the paperwork came back there was a charge for roughly 1300 for a safety system( additional tail gate light and a type of low jack system) I told them I was not interested . They told me it was mandatory and that it was it the details of the ad , (something not obvious or easily detectable. ) After some deliberation they cut the price of the safety system in half. I still told them I was not interested and feel like I am being shaken down. When I asked to talk to the manager they said that he wasnt answering their texts. After waiting a while I left and they assured that they would call me with an answer. I never got a call. The next day I saw it listed for 1500 dollars more than the original price. In the course of my lifetime I have had the pleasure of buying many vehicles and not one dealer ever made me feel like I should write a negative review unfortunately times have changed. Hopefully this post will stop Blasius from trying cheap underhanded dealings expected of a 3rd rate con artist and start acting like a upscale professional dealership that they have the potential to be.

My experience with Blasius was outstanding from the very first reach out. I asked if two specific features was in the vehicle I purchased and Karl sent me a personalized video of the car outlining all that was inside and out. The team there were very polite and professional. Not to mention they had a great deal of patience with me! I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out and tell them I sent you. Bought a car with my mother in law. Experience was okay though everything took forever except for the fact that a month has gone by, the ‘in transit’ tags are about to expire and still no one has bothered to send the tag plates.

I bought a used car at Blasius Federal Road. Their price beat everyone else's, the process was smooth, and they even delivered the car to my house, which is an hour away, a few days later.

Bernie, Thank you so very much for everything. Blasius of federal road was a pleasant surprise of an experience. I love my used Chevy Colorado. My previous history of dealing with car dealerships, let alone used car sales had me on edge approaching this whole experience itself. My expectations and my experience couldn’t have been more opposite ends of the spectrum as possible. My typical interactions in the past when dealing with Car salespeople and their management has never been a great experience and one I liken to a bad trip to the dentist if you know what I mean. However Blasius was a delight, no pushy, ego centric individuals, that do more talking vs. listening. Instead I found yourself and your coworkers to be helpfully humble and considerate(quite refreshing), and this helped with my anxiety in dealing with this whole process. Your manager Tony really made me feel comfortable and worked with me not using fast talk and the shell game to dazzle me into the wrong deal, but helped me find the best deal possible for me in my current financial standing. Please forgive me if I get the young ladies name who helped me with what usually is hours of uncomfortable signatures and coverage speeches but Celine(?) in finance department was so pleasant and helpful and understandable about the whole process and helped expedite it so seamlessly. She did such an efficient and organized job that I couldn’t believe how smoothly and quickly everything went. Honestly the test drive took longer than the paperwork. PS. I normally do not even take time to write a review but I felt I owed you and your team the time for feedback as I’m sure there are enough people out there that love to give bad reviews because of there disposition. Due to a strange set of circumstances, I needed a replacement car quickly and had absolutely no time to shop.
