I will NEVER and I mean NEVER buy a car from this location again. My experience has been so incredibly disappointing. When I first bought my car, I couldn’t even take it home right away because of an issue that was caused during the process of cleaning and inspection. Thankfully that was able to be rectified and I was happy. Then not even 2 full months later, my check engine light comes on. I called this location multiple times and left a voicemail to get service done, but no one answered, nor did anyone ever get back to me. I had to take it to the Blasius Cadillac in Waterbury and they were so incredibly helpful. Now, only 4 months after having my car, my car stops working and three different codes show up for the camshaft sensors as well as the crankshaft. This was the first car I’ve ever bought and I never thought I would be so overwhelmed this early into having my vehicle. I understand it’s a used car, but these level of issues should not have occurred so early after buying the vehicle.

My husband and I worked with Josiah and Tyler when on the search for a car. They were both absolutely wonderful! Great customer service, knowledgeable, personable and went above and beyond to try and find us a car we loved. Josiah even sent me a small video of the car I was looking at before my appointment. I was able to test drive two cars on route 7 and on back roads which was a huge plus! Unfortunately, I did not purchase a car due to the size of the car I was looking at was a little too large for my needs. However, I would highly recommend working with Josiah or Tyler if you are looking for a positive experience in car buying! Thank you for the wonderful experience! **UPDATE** After a week of my continued search for a car with no luck I decided to pull the trigger on the car I felt, at the time, was "too large for my needs!" I couldn't pass up the great deal and customer service Josiah provided me. I also LOVE the car! The car buying experience I had with Blasius was a 10/10!! Quick, easy, and zero pressure! From start to finish Josiah and the rest of the Blasius team provided a great car buying experience!

My car buying experience at this dealership could not have been more smooth and enjoyable. All of the staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, and the salesman I worked with, David, was a genuine and straight forward person. He was kind and it never felt like he was pressuring me into a decision or trying to manipulate me in any way. I’m grateful for his help and he made the process great from start to finish! One of the main reasons I bought my car from this dealership was because of their customer service. I worked with a handful of other dealerships as I was looking for a truck and none of them nearly as good of communication as this one did. Any time I had a question or needed something I knew I was just a quick phone call away. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car and I would recommend David specifically, he is great!

They show some great prices online but sadly ( just like other reviewers point out) they add one extra fees to used vehicles. Which is funny since most modern cars come with the exact items this dealership is trying to tack on to the price: "theft recovery "and "accident avoidance systems" for $1,298 and a massive $997 doc fee. They are clearly trying to take advantage of unsuspecting customers, anyone that challenges them they will just not work with or stop responding to. Go buy a car from a dealership that is not desperate for extra margin and shady tactics I was ready to go and look at a car here, but after this I will avoid having them in my used car searches. And save the fake PR comment/reply you post on reviewers. There is noting genuine or honest about what you do here.

We respond individually to each review (without the use of AI, btw) to try to explain the circumstances surrounding any issue that a customer may have. The items noted in your comments, Theft Recovery and Accident Avoidance, are optional products that are offered to the customer during the course of the sales process. While we do offer the purchase of them, these products are not requisite to the ultimate sale of the vehicle and our sales process dictates that they should be presented in that manner by the salesperson. If that process was not properly followed in your case, we sincerely apologize. We are not aware of any late model vehicle that has these specific products built in. Versions of theft recovery, for example, are available through subscription products such as OnStar, but those come at their own cost and ultimately are optional as well. Our accident-avoidance product also differs from those installed in vehicles (e.g. lane departure technology). Regarding the Dealer Conveyance Fee, we ensure full disclosure per state law to our customers in both our advertising and during the course of the sale.

David Perrotte was great! This was my first time buying a car and I was very hesitant and concerned about the process. From the very beginning all the way through putting my plates on the new car for me, he was phenomenal and made the process painless. I can’t express how much David and Adam really helped me narrow down my search, decide to purchase, and help me feel at ease throughout the process. I also want to mention that Celine took the time to review my file and actually found me an even lower interest rate which I really appreciated. Do not buy a car from this dealership!!!!!!!!!! Coming from someone who is in the industry, this was the worst experience I think a dealership could offer, I think they actually attempt to make it this poor. For starters I was sold a car that they didn't have a title for and had to call multiple times just to get them to do their job in going to the MVA and obtaining a title. It took me over a month of calls for them to finally have someone do their job. Selling a car without a title is illegal! I had to get the car reinspected because I am out of state... every spec measured is on the absolute bare minimum requirements. Which is why the brake pad light came on a month after purchasing the car, along with the inside of the wheel being cracked and poorly repaired and caused it to leak. So right away, the car needed brakes and a new wheel. Also, if you don't finance with them they charge $1,500 over listing price, which guess what.....thats also illegal. Common old school tactic, still widely used but it is in fact illegal and only shady dealerships are doing it. Then the icing on the cake is the fact they overcharged me for tag fees, gave me a run around for over a month not responding to my calls or emails in regards to the check, after being told it was printed and awaiting shipping......to then get the 2nd new story of, there was not extra money charged. The 1st story was that accounting had to "close the year out" before they would ship it. Which is small potatoes, the big issue here is you shouldn't have to beg a company to get your title so you can get your tags completed. Any competent company puts our cars in a limbo status if we don't get the title at the time the car is traded in. But how all of the manners were handled is just dodgy, slimy, and more so just trying to cover up incompetence and/or laziness. Its just excuse after excuse. The place is an absolute joke.

Buyers Be Aware, As an Online Customer from Start to Finish inquiring on a GMC 2500 HD Denali Truck the team was a disaster. Starting with an Online Rep Shelby Parker, she was so disrespectful and unprofessional, almost cost them a sale. Giving the benefit of a doubt I followed up the next day asking to speak with a Sales Manager, receptionist insisting on a Sales Person, I refused... I was transferred and rudely hung up on. Not my Dealership, hope you all see the review. 65k lost sale.

Just all around terrible service. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a car, but when I made it clear that I wasn’t willing to finance through them—especially given their outrageous 16.5% interest rate—the entire process turned into a nightmare. Despite reaching out multiple times to get more information for my own financial institution, both the salesmen and finance manager completely ignored me. I live far from the dealership and was hoping to do as much of the process over the phone as possible, but they refused to communicate via email or return my calls. It felt like they had no interest in working with me unless I was willing to accept their exorbitant financing terms. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I’ve never had such an easy time purchasing a truck. With the help of Angel, I had the truck in my driveway the day after looking at it. The whole Blasius team was great and very helpful along the way. I would not hesitate from buying another car from them.

⚠️DONT DO IT⚠️ Very upset with how I was treated as a previous customer before when I brought a 2019 Audi A7 tht didn’t even last 2 years becuz they sold me in with “minor frame damage” but wasn’t specific on the damages. Come to find out most dangerous parts were fractured such as the sub frame and rack and pinion. So doing regular driving u hit bumps and pot holes from time to time . I get it served n they tell me the damages are serious n isn’t drivable so for anybody that knows cars knows those parts are really expensive which will technically seem the car totaled . Fast forward to buying my new car, I was viewing the Volvo s90 n had to go through a process for that like normal n since I didn’t have the best credit Adam was very rude and dismissive told him about the credit situation and he tells me ok and hangs up the phone in my face n then texts me saying they weren’t selling me a car . I ABSOLUTELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . And to make it worse they delete my review I made the day after so it doesn’t look bad like if I wasn’t going to follow up.

Make sure you read EVERYTHING in the contact and ask questions!! My fault for letting my son be a little more responsible and handle this life experiences. Didn't think to check the price of vehicle on final contract, they added 1600 to the sale price of car and proceeded to sell him the most expensive warranty...didn't divulge different warranty options...this car went from 15969 to over 19000 with putting down 8000k make the math make sense...lessons learned for him but just check all your numbers.
