My sales rep Angel was great and he definitely made sure to help me, especially when an issue occurred with my vehicle that prevented me from taking my car home the same day. However, I can’t give a higher review based solely on the lack of communication I received in the service department. I needed service done, called twice, and left a voicemail and I never received a call back. It’s very disappointing and I got immediate response from a dealership that didn’t even sell me my car. If this issue is fixed in the future, I will definitely give 5 stars.

I drove from Philly to come here and it was worth it. Shoutout to Bernie Delacruz for being there for us who sold us a great used car. He’s been very responsive and open to answer any and all questions you may have. We were treated very friendly and the staff here seem genuinely happy to be working there. The facilities here are very clean and they really take care of their cars here.

From the very beginning all the way through putting my plates on the new car for me, he was phenomenal and made the process painless. Do not buy a car from this dealership!!!!!!!!!! Coming from someone who is in the industry, this was the worst experience I think a dealership could offer, I think they actually attempt to make it this poor. For starters I was sold a car that they didn't have a title for and had to call multiple times just to get them to do their job in going to the MVA and obtaining a title. It took me over a month of calls for them to finally have someone do their job. Selling a car without a title is illegal! I had to get the car reinspected because I am out of state... every spec measured is on the absolute bare minimum requirements. Which is why the brake pad light came on a month after purchasing the car, along with the inside of the wheel being cracked and poorly repaired and caused it to leak. So right away, the car needed brakes and a new wheel. Also, if you don't finance with them they charge $1,500 over listing price, which guess what.....thats also illegal. Common old school tactic, still widely used but it is in fact illegal and only shady dealerships are doing it. Then the icing on the cake is the fact they overcharged me for tag fees, gave me a run around for over a month not responding to my calls or emails in regards to the check, after being told it was printed and awaiting shipping......to then get the 2nd new story of, there was not extra money charged. The 1st story was that accounting had to "close the year out" before they would ship it. Which is small potatoes, the big issue here is you shouldn't have to beg a company to get your title so you can get your tags completed. Any competent company puts our cars in a limbo status if we don't get the title at the time the car is traded in. But how all of the manners were handled is just dodgy, slimy, and more so just trying to cover up incompetence and/or laziness. Its just excuse after excuse. The place is an absolute joke.

Buyers Be Aware, As an Online Customer from Start to Finish inquiring on a GMC 2500 HD Denali Truck the team was a disaster. Starting with an Online Rep Shelby Parker, she was so disrespectful and unprofessional, almost cost them a sale. Giving the benefit of a doubt I followed up the next day asking to speak with a Sales Manager, receptionist insisting on a Sales Person, I refused... I was transferred and rudely hung up on. Just all around terrible service. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a car, but when I made it clear that I wasn’t willing to finance through them—especially given their outrageous 16.5% interest rate—the entire process turned into a nightmare. Despite reaching out multiple times to get more information for my own financial institution, both the salesmen and finance manager completely ignored me. I live far from the dealership and was hoping to do as much of the process over the phone as possible, but they refused to communicate via email or return my calls. It felt like they had no interest in working with me unless I was willing to accept their exorbitant financing terms. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

⚠️DONT DO IT⚠️ Very upset with how I was treated as a previous customer before when I brought a 2019 Audi A7 tht didn’t even last 2 years becuz they sold me in with “minor frame damage” but wasn’t specific on the damages. Come to find out most dangerous parts were fractured such as the sub frame and rack and pinion. So doing regular driving u hit bumps and pot holes from time to time . I get it served n they tell me the damages are serious n isn’t drivable so for anybody that knows cars knows those parts are really expensive which will technically seem the car totaled . Fast forward to buying my new car, I was viewing the Volvo s90 n had to go through a process for that like normal n since I didn’t have the best credit Adam was very rude and dismissive told him about the credit situation and he tells me ok and hangs up the phone in my face n then texts me saying they weren’t selling me a car . I ABSOLUTELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . And to make it worse they delete my review I made the day after so it doesn’t look bad like if I wasn’t going to follow up.

Make sure you read EVERYTHING in the contact and ask questions!! My fault for letting my son be a little more responsible and handle this life experiences. Didn't think to check the price of vehicle on final contract, they added 1600 to the sale price of car and proceeded to sell him the most expensive warranty...didn't divulge different warranty options...this car went from 15969 to over 19000 with putting down 8000k make the math make sense...lessons learned for him but just check all your numbers.

I originally left a 5 star review but I was greatly mistaken. BEWARE OF ANY BLASIUS DEALERSHIP. I bought a 2022 BMW X3 with Blasius federal in December. Everything went well at first until it all went downhill. The crooks in the service department signed a document stating that my car passed all safety inspections and that there was nothing wrong with it. I brought it into my local repair shop and it turns out it had a transfer case leak, my BRAKES WERE ALL LOSE AND THE REAR WERE MISSING BOLTS, and it had impact damage in the front which the dealership swore they didn’t do. They did end up making the brake and transfer case repairs to avoid legal repercussions even though my safety was at risk for weeks. The biggest crook of them all was the service manager Antony. Promised to give me 3 oil changes for my troubles, I tried to counter negotiate and never heard back. I called multiple times and left a message but to no surprise he kept on ducking my calls. I wouldn’t trust this dealership anyways with an oil change. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle for my son at Blasius and everyone was amazing! I shopped around online to other dealerships and was constantly brushed off when asking for basic information, but that wasn’t the case with Blasius. The sales manager Vinny immediately answered my inquiry online and we emailed back and forth quite a bit regarding the vehicle I wanted and the process. I was immediately sold simply because of the amazing customer service and fast responses, that no one else was willing to provide. That was above and beyond what any other dealership has done when purchasing a vehicle, and I’ve purchased a lot. I don’t live close so most of the communication was via email and phone, but I never had to wait for responses, they were immediate. The process was super quick, my son and I just had to show up to sign papers and take the vehicle home! The staff I encountered when I went in, such as the finance manager and other salesmen were so polite and friendly. I responded to their ad. For a 2023 GMC SLT sierra. The initial experience was pleasant enough. After test driving the vehicle I asked if there was room in the price . The salesman said yes. I brought it to my mechanic and everything checked out so I made them an offer. At that point everything started going sideways. They explained there was no room in the price to negotiate which was dissapointing but somewhat understandable. I decided to offer them exactly what they advertised on there website. When the paperwork came back there was a charge for roughly 1300 for a safety system( additional tail gate light and a type of low jack system) I told them I was not interested . They told me it was mandatory and that it was it the details of the ad , (something not obvious or easily detectable. ) After some deliberation they cut the price of the safety system in half. I still told them I was not interested and feel like I am being shaken down. When I asked to talk to the manager they said that he wasnt answering their texts. After waiting a while I left and they assured that they would call me with an answer. I never got a call. The next day I saw it listed for 1500 dollars more than the original price. In the course of my lifetime I have had the pleasure of buying many vehicles and not one dealer ever made me feel like I should write a negative review unfortunately times have changed. Hopefully this post will stop Blasius from trying cheap underhanded dealings expected of a 3rd rate con artist and start acting like a upscale professional dealership that they have the potential to be.

I asked if two specific features was in the vehicle I purchased and Karl sent me a personalized video of the car outlining all that was inside and out.
