We have never had a car buying experience that was as easy as this one! Eddy was amazing from start to finish! He was easy to work with, honest and transparent about everything. He was not in the least bit pushy and willing to do what he needed to make the deal work for us. Celine the finance manager gave us all the options and allowed us to make the decision that worked best for us! Great experience!

There are always two sides to every story. It's not uncommon for people to take out their frustrations with a bad review. Your father promised us he would have all the money in by the end of July. We waited until the end of July, no one would have held a car for a month. He asked us to hold it and we did. It certainly is not our fault he didn't honor the agreement, we quickly issued a refund for whatever money we did have. I can understand his frustration, but we had an agreement and he broke it. We could wait no longer for him to have the money.

If I could use one word to describe this dealership it would be, horrendous. Coming here was an absolute nightmare. I found a car online and was on the phone with a salesman exchanging texts and having phone calls about a vehicle for about 10 days. I informed the salesman that I’m located 3 hours away and that if the car is available and has no issues dents scratches that I would buy it. The salesman gave me a deal for my trade and a deal for the car that I was okay with. When I arrived there, I noticed that there were multiple spots where the “like new” car was damaged and hit. Clearly the car had an accident. I confronted the salesman and told him why he didn’t mention this when I asked him and he told me we are going to fix it for you. I told him I came here from 3 hours away to pick this up not for you to finally tell me in person that this car is damaged. The manager also was very rude after hearing us out and was not enough of a man to acknowledge his mistakes that his team was responsible for. From my experience, I can tell you that the customer service here is very very poor. I do not recommend this business at all. Save yourself the time and headache. Very unprofessional.

My boyfriend went yesterday for a car after a long search with other dealerships that were terrible. We were super nervous at first but we immediately felt better after being greeted within the first 10 seconds of walking in with a friendly smile. They were incredibly sweet and actually treated their customers like human beings instead of just a sale. They were very thorough on letting us know the details of everything while also being quick/efficient and getting us the best quote we had seen during our search for the car we wanted. They even let us know that they’ll check in with us for any updates on anything regarding the car. While the car wasn’t available to drive off the lot day of, they delivered the car the very next morning to our house and we were ready to go. I highly recommend going if you are looking for honest salesmen and efficient timing. Thank you again to the dealership and their team, we are very happy with our new car.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my new Mitsubishi outlander at Blasius Mitsubishi. From begining to end, the process was so smooth and seamless. Everyone was amazing. Rachel helped me from the start and she was awesome! She was so nice and helped me answering all questions I had. She provided a complete breakdown of all cost (taxes, fees, etc) so I knew exactly how much I would be paying. There was no hidden costs that I didn't know about which is very refreshing and I really appreciated it. I was initially scheduled to trade in my car but for personal reasons I could not longer trade it in, I couldn't believe it when Rachel offered for someone to come pick me up! Note that I live in Rhode Island so it is a 2hr+ drive. Rachel confirmed that someone would be able to pick me up and that was just like a weight lifted and something I did not have to worry about. I was so thankful. Then, the car itself is awesome! It has so many features and gadgets, I love it! It's so cute :) overall my experience is a 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend Blasius Mitsubishi and definitely recommend working with Rachel. Thanks!

***Edit: I’m changing my review now to a five star. Vincent Carangelo gave me a call yesterday and was so helpful. He managed to rectify the issues that I’ve been experiencing and it was a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m very content right now and Im grateful that responsibility was taken. *** I will NEVER and I mean NEVER buy a car from this location again. My experience has been so incredibly disappointing. When I first bought my car, I couldn’t even take it home right away because of an issue that was caused during the process of cleaning and inspection. Thankfully that was able to be rectified and I was happy. Then not even 2 full months later, my check engine light comes on. I called this location multiple times and left a voicemail to get service done, but no one answered, nor did anyone ever get back to me. I had to take it to the Blasius Cadillac in Waterbury and they were so incredibly helpful. Now, only 4 months after having my car, my car stops working and three different codes show up for the camshaft sensors as well as the crankshaft. This was the first car I’ve ever bought and I never thought I would be so overwhelmed this early into having my vehicle. I understand it’s a used car, but these level of issues should not have occurred so early after buying the vehicle.

My husband and I worked with Josiah and Tyler when on the search for a car. They were both absolutely wonderful! Great customer service, knowledgeable, personable and went above and beyond to try and find us a car we loved. Josiah even sent me a small video of the car I was looking at before my appointment. I was able to test drive two cars on route 7 and on back roads which was a huge plus! Unfortunately, I did not purchase a car due to the size of the car I was looking at was a little too large for my needs. However, I would highly recommend working with Josiah or Tyler if you are looking for a positive experience in car buying! Thank you for the wonderful experience! **UPDATE** After a week of my continued search for a car with no luck I decided to pull the trigger on the car I felt, at the time, was "too large for my needs!" I couldn't pass up the great deal and customer service Josiah provided me. I also LOVE the car! The car buying experience I had with Blasius was a 10/10!! Quick, easy, and zero pressure! From start to finish Josiah and the rest of the Blasius team provided a great car buying experience!
