The units are spacious, amenities are amazing and well maintained plus the staff is so friendly and helpful. Any questions or maintenance requests are always attended to promptly and everyone is so kind!

I’ve lived in Florida now for about 8 years and have lived in about 5 different apartment complexes. I have to say that the Aviah and its leadership and staff have by far been the most professional, responsive, and reasonable group I have ever encountered. No other apartment complex has provided such a personal experience. The owner, Mark, and his office staff as well as maintenance team, especially Carlos, were always good to me and my wife. I will miss them and Aviah. The only reason we left is because our family is growing and we needed more space. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for best experience in Flagler Village.

I can’t believe I’ve been living in Aviah now six years. Time flies when you’re having the best time. I found a whole new family down here. And recently, I needed some upgrades as well as things fixed and all three times they were there in less than 24 hours. You guys are the most amazing. Words cannot express how lucky I feel living here. Thank you, thank you thank you …to the residence, everyone who works in the office to Mark and Jon.

I definitely love this place, the building is beautiful, common areas are fantastic.. the pool just gorgeous and the front desk/office team always incredible. They really do amazing job and service always.. and I am not exaggerating. Katherine and all the guys, I appreciate you guys a lot. 🙏🏻

Absolutely amazing I have been there for a few months now any issues have been addressed within hours the front desk team is so approachable and so helpful and I can’t tell you more that the community looks spectacular. They spend a lot of time and money on upkeep. It’s an amazing experience, an amazing community to live in.

Aviah is a wonderful place to live. It is immaculately kept because of the top-notch staff. We have lived in 2 other buildings and they didn’t even come close to Aviah’s cleanliness. We are (hopefully) here to stay!!!

Stay away from Hello Landing at Aviah Flagler Village. My experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. The "Bait and Switch": The unit looks nothing like the photos online. The marketing images are photoshopped to the max to make the space look brighter, larger, and more high-end than it actually is. When I arrived, the reality was a stark contrast to the "luxury" experience they advertised. Predatory Billing Practices: The worst part came after move-out. They charged my credit card for "carpet stains" that I did not cause. They did this without sending an invoice, providing any notification, or showing a shred of proof. They suck your money like a vacuum the second you walk out the door. It feels like a blatant cash grab designed to squeeze extra money out of tenants after they’ve already left. Customer Support: Dealing with their support team is horrific. They are quick to take your money but silent when you ask for documentation or accountability. Verdict: Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. They are heavily edited, and the company’s billing practices are unethical. Avoid this deceitful listing and book elsewhere.

I have lived at Aviah going on 3 years now and honestly it has been the best apartment building I have lived in (and I have lived in far too many). Not only is the building always clean, smells good, looks amazing, but it is always being updated and improved daily. The owner takes pride in every detail and is very hands on and personable. From dealing with circumstances that could be very tricky to making sure you are comfortable and happy with where you. I have now lived in three different units, different sizes and each time always happy and comfortable. The owner's care for his building is reflective to the management staff that at all times offer to help and being available when needed. Any issue I has been address quickly and completely without second thought. Also, the maintenance and building handymen are by far the best I ever dealt with being they are always fast to fix, handle and lend a hand in any situation needed. I truly love living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, well kept and updated building in a growing and safe neighbor in Fort Lauderdale. Bonus, it is extremely dog friendly and understanding which is a huge thing.

The ownership & property management team at Aviah is outstanding. Last evening the residents were treated to a poolside symphony concert complete with complementary wine & food. There is a lovely sense of community here - a good place to call home!

Aviah is an exceptional place to call home. The property is immaculate and well maintained. The management team is outstanding - professional and responsive - while the ownership sets a standard of excellence. They foster a wonderful community environment with frequent, thoughtfully planned events. The location is in the heart of everything happening in Ft Lauderdale, Las Olas , theatres , parks, top restaurants, Brightline and nightlife all in walking distance. It’s the perfect blend of convenience, energy and comfort.

I signed a 15-month lease here while relocating from Denver and made the decision without touring in person, so I was really relying on the reviews, location, and overall feel of the property. After living here for about three weeks, I can honestly say it has met and even exceeded my expectations. One of the most important things to me is having a quiet home, and that has been one of the best parts of living here. The property is peaceful, people are respectful, and I rarely hear my neighbors. It has made settling in feel so easy and comfortable. Another thing that has stood out is how friendly everyone has been. The front desk team and maintenance staff have both been welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere feels warm and community-oriented. I also really appreciate little touches like the free yoga classes on Saturdays, which make it feel even more special. So far, I am very happy with my decision to live here and truly grateful that the great reviews turned out to be accurate.

Best place I’ve ever lived for an apartment complex. The staff is A1. The area is quiet even near the heart of the city. Security walking around the entire complex. Places I lived that were more expensive didn’t even have that. Before I moved here I looked at every apartment in the area and nothing compares. 🫡🙏🏾

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. Maintenance is always quick to respond, the building is very clean and well-kept, and I consistently feel safe. The amenities are great too — especially the gym and pool, which are always nice and well maintained. Marc, the owner, is very hands-on and truly attentive to the residents. Elizabeth, who manages and shows the apartments, is always kind and pleasant — her door is always open and she’s genuinely ready to listen. What really makes this place special is the sense of community — it truly feels like a family. Management also hosts thoughtful resident events, including live orchestra performances with complimentary hors d’oeuvres. So happy to call this place home!

Best building in Fort Lauderdale! My wife and I moved here about 6 months ago. After living in just about every part of Fort Lauderdale, I can confidently say the building, location, staff, etc. has been the best. The owner of Aviah, Mark, and the rest of the staff truly makes the difference. Anytime we have have any issues the team is quick to respond and resolve. One night our dishwasher malfunctioned and the very next day we had a brand new dishwasher installed with a personal text from Mark apologizing for the inconvenience. The units are up to date and great layouts. Every resident I have met has been kind and respectful. Our balcony overlooks the beautiful trees on what I think is the best looking street in Flagler Village. The amenities are amazing, the gym is always updated with state of the art equipment. The dog park is the largest I've seen in any building and is perfect for throwing our frisbee with our chocolate lab. Did I mention there is a hot tub? Walkable to everywhere we could want to go and Mr. O1's basically our own in house pizza place. 10/10

I lived at this apartment community for four years, and during that time I had the chance to live in both a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom, so I truly experienced the property from multiple angles. I can confidently say this was one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had. The floor plans are incredibly well thought out—spacious, functional, and comfortable whether you’re living alone or with someone else. Both layouts felt like home right away and made great use of the space. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool area and gym. The pool always felt like a resort escape, and the gym was clean, modern, and easy to use—never something I dreaded walking into. Speaking of cleanliness, the entire building is maintained at an exceptionally high level. The attention to detail, constant upkeep, and remodeling honestly reminded me of Disney-level standards—everything always felt polished, intentional, and cared for. What truly sets this place apart, though, is Mark, the owner. From the day I first moved in, Mark was there every step of the way. He helped me transition smoothly into a new unit when I needed a change and was just as supportive when it was time for me to move out and take on my next journey. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for residents made a huge difference and turned an apartment into a true home. My family is so grateful to Elizabeth, Mark, Jonathan, Russell, Carlos, Valdez, and the team at Aviah. We moved here 3 years ago from NYC, and it's been far and away the best living experience we've ever had. We've built real friendships with our neighbors, and we felt very comfortable having our first child here. There's been constant subtle upgrades daily throughout our time – they truly invest internally to make sure the property is always getting better, and they've repeatedly over-delivered on their side of the lease agreement (usually proactively). I don't know how they show so much love and care to everyone – we hear from our neighbors all the time about similar attention to detail. The maintenance and management truly care about you as humans. This is the best place to live in Fort Lauderdale. When folks from neighboring buildings visit they start questioning why they don't live at Aviah. Can't recommend joining this family enough.

I have been living at the Aviah for several months and so far it's been great. The people who work here are lovely and reliable. If there's a maintenance issue they typically fix it the same day, if not the next. The building is clean and well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful and it's clear that the building owner takes pride in this place. There's a coffee machine in the lobby which is really nice bonus. The dog park is really big and a great way to meet neighbors. All of the neighbors I meet are friendly and respectful. I have lived in younger, rowdier buildings in the past, but this building is more mature and I love that. The appliances are modern and the water pressure is good. No complaints here!!

We’ve been residents of Aviah for more than 6 years, and our relationship with the management is truly unique. The building’s maintenance is impeccable, the cleanliness inside and outside the building is perfect, and the staff is sensational. A full 11 out of 10, if that were possible.

We initially chose Aviah because of its location in Flagler Village- convenient short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, theater. We have been at the Aviah for almost nine months and have had a wonderful experience. Aviah has a beautiful pool area, a first class gym, well maintained common areas and ample parking. Oh, and really good coffee in the lobby. Ownership, property management and maintenance staff all are focused on maintaining the property in excellent condition and making tenants happy. The ownership/management team made sure our move in was as painless as possible. Since moving in, the maintenance staff has been incredibly helpful, hanging curtains, hanging artwork, responding to maintenance requests quickly, replacing items that needed replacing, and doing so with a really good attitude. Bottom line is that we had a lot of choices in Flagler Village and very happy we chose The Aviah.

From day one, they’ve been welcoming, responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. They make the entire living experience stress-free and enjoyable, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. The maintenance team, including Carlos and the rest of the crew, is equally impressive — fast, thorough, and always friendly. And it doesn’t stop there. Living at Aviah Flager has been such a great experience. What I appreciate the most is the staff, from the maintenance team to the front desk and even the owner, everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and always quick to fix any issues that come up in the apartment. The building also does a wonderful job of creating a sense of community. They regularly host events like live orchestra performances or poolside gatherings with a DJ, which makes it easy to connect with neighbors and enjoy the space together. The amenities are always clean and well-maintained, and one of the biggest highlights for me is how dog-friendly everything is. Since I have two dogs, it means a lot to live in a place that not only welcomes pets but truly accommodates them. Overall, Aviah Flager feels like so much more than just an apartment building, it’s a welcoming, vibrant community where I feel at home.

Where do I start, from the owner Mark to some of the staff like Elizabeth, Sebastian, Russell, Carlos, just to name a few are all amazing the list could go on and on, I truly love living here, they make it feel like home. The grounds are maintained daily, the pools always clean, same thing with the gym, if you need something fixeds it's done in a day. They really pay attention to detail here and it shows. Aviah is easily the best building I’ve lived in around here. I’ve stayed in several places throughout Flagler Village and Las Olas, and nothing really compares. It’s clean, quiet, and really well maintained. The amenities are top-notch, maintenance is fast and friendly, and the building feels very safe. What really sets it apart is the management. Since it’s privately owned, they genuinely treat you like family. You’ll even see the owner around sometimes, and he actually knows your name. Elizabeth, the manager, is sweet, and Sebastian, the assistant manager, is super cool! They’re both always helpful and on top of things. I lived in a 1/1 with a den, and it was the perfect layout for working from home. This place is truly a hidden gem and I highly recommend it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aviah. I relocated from D.C last year, and it quickly felt like home. This building is family-owned, which makes all the difference. You don't have to deal with the corporate BS. The owners, Mark and Jonathan, are so kind, communicative and approachable. They truly have created a safe, clean and inviting environment here. I don't feel like just another renter. They have taken the time to get to know me and my pup :) Elizabeth and Sebastian in the leasing office are so helpful and accommodating. The amenities (pool, hot tub, grills, two gyms, business center, bark park to name a few) are lovely and very well maintained. I have yet to meet an unfriendly resident. The location is awesome too! Super close to Las Olas, and just a golf cart ride away from the beach! Another thing worthy of mention - the maintenance staff. Russell, Carlos and Valdez are quick to respond, very professional and super knowledgeable. One morning, my fridge and freezer broke, and maintenance replaced them the SAME DAY!! Aviah even puts on community events to show appreciation to their residents. When I first moved in, they had the South Florida Symphony Orchestra play at the pool. There were floating lanterns, and open bar - it was incredible. To say everyone here goes above and beyond is truly an understatement! Thank you Aviah! You are THE BEST.

We’ve been living here for just a week, but I can already tell it’s a great place. Starting from the whole process of renting and moving in, I can’t thank Elizabeth and Sebastian enough—they were extremely helpful and always willing to answer our questions. The staff seems great; the few I’ve interacted with so far have been friendly and supportive. The area around the building is very pleasant and walkable, with some restaurants and stores nearby. That said, having a car is definitely advisable. What I’m enjoying most so far is the security—the whole setup feels thoughtfully designed with that in mind. If I had to mention one small downside, it’s that the walls and ceilings are a bit thin, so you can occasionally hear neighbors with heavier footsteps. That said, it hasn’t bothered me much so far—and I’m honestly quite picky about that kind of thing. All in all, based on our short experience so far, it really seems like a great place to live!

It’s evident that the management/leadership team genuinely cares about the residents and the building…a family atmosphere. The building is gorgeous and the impeccable condition and cleanliness is so appreciated. The maintenance team/custodial staff are very accommodating and caring and always a smile from early in morning throughout the day. Aviah is a resort-style feel and location wise…perfect. My children and I enjoy and love the amenities and security as well. I am proud to have my family and friends visit Aviah. I’m an appreciative resident and plan to be for many years to come.

Not only are the apartments nicely proportioned and designed but the best part of leasing there is the amazing staff. The owner is often on site; the property managers are not only super helpful but they get things done and done quickly and with smile. The maintenance staff are very helpful and efficient. We moved from a condo to a 2-bed plus den at Aviah and couldn't be more pleased with it. The gym is well equipped; the pool, dog park and grounds are very well maintained. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I recently moved into Aviah Flagler Village from Atlanta, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. From the moment I toured the property, Elizabeth in Leasing was fantastic — professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. She answered all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free (despite my many questions 🤣) The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The gym is spacious and modern, the pool area is gorgeous and relaxing, and the office center is a huge plus — perfect for remote work, with access to printers and quiet workspaces. It’s clear that everything was designed with residents’ comfort and convenience in mind. Aviah has truly made my move to Fort Lauderdale a great one. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable place to live with a supportive leasing team and great amenities!

Update: Even though our first interaction wasn’t the best I can say that their customer service afterwards was top notch. Mark stepped in and handled it directly making sure we were set regardless of whether we chose them or any neighboring building. He is extremely understanding and treats this building like his own baby. I can see why the community loves it. Terrible 0/10. Thanks for nothing. I had a tour for 4:45pm it was confirmed by email and had to wait 10 min out of the building until a resident let me in and I've been out of the leasing office for the past 30 min and no here for the tour. Called 20 times at least and no one answer either.

Really a great community here at Aviah! Both the office and maintenance are incredible and super helpful. Also Aviah has created a very wonderful community with great neighbors that will actually acknowledge and speak to you. I know that is a very low bar but I previously lived in a building that could not meet that bar. Just a great place to live.

When you are ready to make a home in Flagler Village, Aviah's spacious apartments are the residences of choice for a diverse and welcoming group of true neighbors (and their dogs)! I - and my trusty service dog - have been nothing but welcome here for three years. Whether a growing family, newly married couple or single adult, the low-key and relaxed vibe here has made me feel part of a larger community of diverse, yet caring, perspectives. Some residents have been here since the building was built 12 or 13 years ago, with many being here from four to eight. So there isn't a revolving door like some other properties nearby. Of course, you get what you put into things, but Aviah management sets the stage with attentive & responsive staff dedicated, not to common "luxury" all buildings tout these days, but to the richness of living. With a fresh exterior that includes local muralists' work, there are always steady improvements to the property primarily due to the dedicated on-site owners who don't leave anything to chance. A team of cleaners and landscapers are going seven days a week so that a spot doesn't dry on the carpets or a branch stays down before it's attended. I've not had a maintenance request sit for more than eight hours before a response, even on weekends. The pool, with graceful fountains, sparkles by day and glows at night with the electronic fireplace. In fact, all the common areas are pristine, including the well-occupied and tended dog park (are there any cats here?), a business center with work stations, and a gym that is bigger than most fitness clubs. While I prefer gas grills to charcoal, the outdoor entertainment area has a pool table and family area to eat and have fun. The owners regularly sponsor community events that include the South Florida Symphony (who are in residence). Many of the neighbors watch out for each other - without being too nosy or gossipy - while taking pride in this exceptional gem in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. I separated from my husband three years ago for health reasons and downsized from a three bedroom to a one bedroom. I couldn't have asked for a more welcoming landing pad. I would do it all over again. If you are wild and looking to party, go to one of the other corporate properties nearby where they don't care and you are just a rent check. If you are ready to connect and grow, then plant your roots, kids, pets and other life partners here. You will be glad you did.

Aviah Flagler Village is an outstanding place to live. The Aviah Team is friendly, professional and responsive. The property is well maintained inside and outside. The gym is well appointed and the pool is great. The Bark Park on the premises is a great meeting place for owners and dogs. The choice to live here was easy!

We love living here! Not only the place is beautiful but also Mark keeps the place is his own, super good maintenance, prompt responses to maintenance requests, the whole crew is super friendly and always willing to help, and the screening they do for the tenants ensures that only well-behaved people gets in. The place has that family-cozy environment where you can really feel at home at not in a college dorm. We are in our 2nd term and want to renew again.

The facility was very nice. I am athlete and the workout area was more than sufficient. During my stay there was some major infrastructure work that was required by the building Elizabeth did an exemplary job of communication before and during the water outage. And I can’t say enough about how great Sebastian was. He was my go to guy for any question or concern. And he always solved my concern. The location was good with lots of energy and close to everything. If I needed to drive to somewhere/ anywhere in the Ft Lauderdale area the roads were close by but not too close. I enjoyed my two month stay

We stayed at the Aviah in Flagler Village for two months through the Landings. It is in a great little neighborhood very close to downtown Fort Lauderdale, but far enough a way to be quiet. I would highly recommend this place! The management and staff are so helpful. And it is meticulously clean! Also has a great workout facility. I can’t say enough great things about this building. Highly recommend!!!

The area feels amazing and cozy, with a fantastic variety of food options, shops, personal care services, and markets all within walking distance. No matter your orientation, religion, or any walks of life the Aviah Team is there to assist you. Everyone I bump into greets me with a smile. Moving here was the best decision l've ever made.

We had the opportunity to view the apartments on two separate occasions, and it was clear that the new ownership has invested significantly in the property. The building has undergone substantial improvements, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained environment. The apartments themselves are in excellent condition, reflecting the care and attention put into creating a community where residents would be proud to live. During our visit on Thursday,we engaged in productive discussions about the possibility of moving in, and we were genuinely excited about the prospect. However, we encountered a somewhat rocky experience the following day, which caused us some concern. Fortunately, the new owner promptly reached out to us and addressed the issues in a professional and considerate manner. Their willingness to resolve the matter and ensure our satisfaction reaffirmed our belief that this is the right place for us. Overall, we deeply appreciate the efforts made by the new ownership to create a welcoming and well-maintained community, and we are confident that this is a place we would love to call home.

I have lived at this property since 2018 when it was the original owner AMLI. Mark and Jenco properties (Aviah) then purchased the property. Mark and his team have drastically improved the property and over the years the changes were amazing. The renovation to the gym was a night and day difference, it’s truly amazing. The media/work room is a great place to get your work done. The lobby was redone, they have a coffee machine for residents to use as well. All the pool chairs were replaced and new. The addition of the Luxer package room made receiving packages simple and easy. They have a Bark Park for your dogs, including a fountain for them to drink out of. The apartments are spacious and newly redone with new appliances and a plus is you cannot hear your neighbors. Mark and Elizabeth have been amazing with any maintenance requests or anything needed they address immediately. Everyday there is cleaning staff on site and the place is spotless and smells amazing. I highly recommend this property for all the great amenities, location, amazing staff. I promise you will not be disappointed in this property. The owner truly cares about his residents, their needs, and makes you feel like family. I had an amazing rental experience!!

TLDR; hands down the best rental experience we've had in our 10 years of renting. Best apartment complex in Flagler Village, you should absolutely rent here! Couldn't say enough positive things about my experience living at Aviah. We've been in Florida almost 3 years and our first year was spent at a different apartment complex that ended up having a bug problem and was nearly falling apart. We were pretty down on living in Florida after that experience but this completely changed once we moved to Aviah. We have absolutely loved our time here and wish we could make it a permanent home. As for the property, it is beautiful and has so many great amenities. The gym was just recently updated prior to us moving in and is filled with top of the line gym equipment. They also have personal trainers that you can schedule with on site. The pool is very large and has benches lining the sides of it that are awesome for lounging in the sun. Coming from the PNW, I really looked forward to the hot tub and was super grateful to see it is kept at a hot temperature unlike many others that can be lukewarm. There is an awesome grilling area with a pool table, tables, a bar, and lounge chairs with shelter from the sun/rain. We've hosted many barbecues here and never have an issue waiting on a grill. Our friends always tell us to host because the area is so nice! The location is also fantastic. It's within a short walking distance to so many local parks, bars, clubs and restaurants but far enough away that you don't get a lot of "city noise". As for the staff, they are all so kind and accommodating. Mark, the owner, is very down to earth, easy to talk to and genuinely wants you to have a good experience living here. My parents when they visited even commented multiple times on how kind he was and how great their conversations were with him in the hallway. My partner and I are both students who have schedules that coincide with the school year and Mark, the owner, has been super accommodating with both our move-in date, and future move-out date to find times that work with our schedule. The cleaning staff are so thorough! I swear they are cleaning nearly all business hours and the apartment is kept spotless. The other day we were about to grill and one of the staff members came over and cleaned the grills, wiped down all of the tables and dried off the lounge chairs from the recent rain for us. The maintenance people are all very sweet and respond to maintenance calls almost immediately. As for the actual apartment living area, it is stunning. The appliances are all updated and stainless steel, granite countertops, hard wood floors. The place is SO quiet! Guests always comment on both how nice the place looks as well as how shockingly quiet it is given its location in the city and our apartment facing poolside. Overall, we love it here at Aviah and are sad to have to move out due to school ending and moving back home. A large number of my classmates all moved to Flagler Village and I've spent time at each of their apartments nearby and have to say I like ours the best. Majority of them have also expressed that they wished they had got a place at Aviah! I'm so grateful we found Aviah when looking for a place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. It has 100% contributed to our positive experience here in South Florida.

Aviah is, very simply, the best place I've ever lived. The apartments are stunning, modern and spacious. The location is incredible -- Flagler Village is booming right now, and at Aviah am in the center of it. The best pizza you'll ever have on the same block, across the street from Fresh Market and a short walk to some excellent coffee are a few of my highlights. The pool looks and *feels* like being at a hotel. And this place is so, so clean. But Aviah's crowning distinction is their resident-focused approach. ANY concern with your apartment will be addressed within a day or two by the amazing maintenance team -- shout out to Carlos! Elizabeth and Sebastian in the leasing office are super prompt and professional with any questions you might have. You really feel that the owners and management cares about the experience of living here. If you're reading this contemplating moving here, do it. It's the best place I've ever lived.

Previous resident. My husband and I lived at Aviah in Flagler Village from 2019 to 2023; we moved to Plantation last year. While at Aviah, we loved our apartment, the location of the building, and that it's dog-friendly. The staff (from maintenance to front desk) go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and cared for. I've been having some issues with packages being rerouted to the old address at Aviah, and Mark and Elizabeth are always very kind, patient and understanding when helping me retrieve any package mix up. If you're looking for a place at Flagler Village, I highly recommend choosing Aviah.

I don’t even know where to begin. Mark is truly one of the best people I’ve met in a very long time. Not only does care about residents he will go above and beyond to help them with anything they need. I don’t think I’ll ever find a place as welcoming as beautiful as Aviah. Full transparency I do not live in the building. I live in a building a few blocks away, but on my daily walks I have had the pleasure of interacting with a few different people mostly from the maintenance team. These people are some of the friendliest hardworking people I have encountered. Always go out of their way to say hello with a smile. If that’s any indication on how this community is managed a 5 star review is due. I will definitely be touring this building when my current lease is up.

Management team is above and beyond in service over any building in Flagler Village. It was a delight to live there, something was always being improved and the staff went out of their way to be friendly.

Moving to the Aviah Flagler Village has been fantastic. Mark, Brandon and Elizabeth have been nothing short of wonderful. Nothing has been too much trouble. A truly refreshing experience. Aviah is a wonderful place to call home. The neighborhood is vibrant and convenient. The building is kept very, very clean. The building staff is responsive and professional. The owners, Mark & Jonathan, are attentive and friendly. A totally positive experience.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have a one bedroom (850 ft!) straight out of a utopia - surprisingly large bathtub, deeply shelved walk in closet, and mass storage in the kitchen and bathroom. The balcony has a peaceful view as I'm in the process of giving the wide space more zen. But, my favorite part about living at Aviah is the attentive staff. I don't just call when my toilet's clogged. I had a mirror that was heavy and very special, from my favorite hotel, actually. I had no idea how to put it up. Maintenance had it done in 2 minutes, no problem. And then asked if I needed anything else. They always go the extra mile. On the way to my husband and my wedding, we forget to give our friend the keys to watch our cats The office staff got it done. They verified her and helped us by giving her what she needed to keep our cats healthy. The amenities are first class because of their architecture and the people that have fun there. Always a great conversation or deep relaxation. The pool is blissful and the gym always has space to work out. And the luxury building is so clean it literally sparkles at times. Plus, they just newly renovated the areas by the elevators in both buildings, modernizing the lights and intentionally displaying oceanic art on the walls. Garage ALWAYS has a spot for the car! Aviah is keeping up with the times. Their resident portal and website are seamless and the office staff has been the most helpful I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have nothing negative to say about living here. I have never been so happy. Edit: So, after 4 years of living in this dreamland (no exaggeration), my husband and I moved into another unit at Aviah Flagler Village from our 1/1 to a jaw dropping, tear eyeing 2/2. The apartment is flawless. When I walked in I had a burst of emotion and was teary eyed the whole time because it was so beautiful. Every room is spacious. Including the bathrooms and balcony. I feel like I'm living in a 2 bedroom villa suite at a hotel. Especially with the amenities. Oooh...Which he's renovated them all. But you wouldn't notice these silent renovations by any construction noise. It's amazingly bizarre. It's like you blink and the gym has more machines and is painted. Or there's a new mural on the building. The pool is glistening and clear. The pool area and honestly EVERYWHERE is always clean. Everyone picks up after themselves. And also, people connect! Aviah is a community. The friendliest, safest, and BEST community in Flagler Village. I could not be more grateful to Aviah. It's practically part of my husband and my identity now. And we are not the only ones! Many people you ask have lived here over 4 years. So if you can get a unit in here...you're lucky because you'll definitely be happy. And I've heard horror stories recently about other apartments. Even in Flagler Village. So the gratitude has never been more real. If something breaks, maintenance is there faster than any other place I've ever been. They shock me with how fast they show up and fix things. Even when major appliances like a stove is broken. That's the security people need and deserve. This place is heaven.

I just renewed my contract for another year by far the BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN FORT LAUDERDALE. Mark the owner is so nice always looking how the tenants are doing he gives an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I recently moved down to Florida from up north - 6 weeks before Covaid hit. However being isolated in Aviah Flagler Village has been a blessing. The people are so nice, the pool and gym area are always so clean, so I don't feel anxious about using them. The new management just rocks. They are accessible, forthcoming about the upgrades they are making to make our building more of a family than it already is, and incredibly responsive when needed.
