We had a great experience with Academy Appraisal. Our property is fairly unique so there really weren’t many obvious comparable properties. Because of that, we were a little concerned about how the appraisal would come in. Kyle did a phenomenal job. He clearly put real effort into researching the property and finding appropriate comps to fairly represent the value. It was obvious he understood the challenges of appraising a property like ours and took the time to do it right.
