I can’t recommend Synergy highly enough. I was coming home from the hospital. I live alone and have no friends living nearby to help. I called Synergy at 10am and they were able to get a caregiver to me by 4 that afternoon. The caregiver I have routinely is wonderful. I’m working on getting my strength back. The things I need help with change with each visit. Time before last I needed help to get in and out of the shower (tub). This last visit we organized the kitchen window sill and installed some little hydroponic planters. She’s open to doing new things. I am blessed to have her.

My husband needed 24 hour care. The scheduler was very responsive to my needs for him. The caregivers were helpful, caring, and became part of the family at times. Our family appreciated all our caregivers! Thanks to all of you at Synergy!

Synergy was able to get a home aide for me in less than 12 hours. I needed someone at the house when I was discharged from the hospital. They were also able to add overnight care for a few days after I decided I didn’t feel confident to stay on my own. The aides I’ve had are wonderful.

We urgently needed home care for my mother and Lisa made it a top priority to help us out. Over the course of the week we had several wonderful caregivers who were professional, patient, and skilled. Synergy made everything easy at a time when we were faced with a multitude of challenges.

The women who work for Synergy have been invaluable in care-taking my aging aunt. The lady who goes to her home twice weekly is always kind and helpful. She takes careful notes and advises office staff of issues that arise who then in turn lets her family know. My aunt loves her. The office staff have been incredibly helpful in sharing information about my aunt's progress.

The care and attention our Aunt has received from Synergy , from both Staff and Managers has been better than tier 1. I am amazed that they have not just asked but suggested then acted on ways to do a better job for my Aunt. I quite literally have goose pimples in appreciation for their efforts. Our family’s experience with Synergy Home Care goes back to 2012 I believe. It began with care for my mother who was suffering from Alzheimer’s and was declining. The caregiver spent the day assisting my father providing care and meals. After my mother died in 2014 the care shifted to my father. My father recently died; the caregiver provided round-the-clock Care as his dementia progressed.
