Robert was very nice, and informed me the I was mislead by another advocate. I was going to lose an important doctor, that I was told was still in network, and wasn't. Ty Robert!

Switched to united health care 2 weeks ago and have received nothing in the mail, no insurance cards no food card, nothing and the insurance takes effect on 6/1 and I have a doctor's appointment that day, what do I do

When I spoke with Robert about considering joining Aetna couldn't have had more of a polite informative agent as Robert. He explained everything that he possibly could about all the information that I would need and that's the reason I decided to join Aetna.
