Do not recommended this company to anyone. From their poor communication, to not even doing the job and still taking our money, it has been a disaster working with them. Anytime we try and get ahold of the “manager” his phone goes straight the voicemail and he doesn’t call back. I have left multiple voicemails to his phone and it’s like he’s ignoring them. So we’re now out $200 and can’t get ahold to come complete the job.

they do not charge that much and they do a fantastic job. I love the one that does my Carpet. He is awesome. I would highly recommend this company because I’ve never had a bad technician.

Edit: Since the Owners response is trying to say I was never a customer I included a screenshot as proof. I had a terrible experience with this company. They came out last Wednesday and left my home in worse condition than before. Water was left all over my floors, and my rug and cabinets were covered in dirt. My rug is now stained. I immediately reached out to the company, and they assured me they would follow up as soon as possible—but I never heard back. The lack of professionalism and poor service make it impossible for me to recommend them. I would avoid. Last note, the tech was over an hour late for the scheduled appointment.

This is the best carpet cleaning company very inexpensive and Lady the guy that does my Carpet is one of the best. I would never want anyone else to do my carpet if you want the best call ask for PS I’m very picky.

We clean carpets came to my home in Rockwall Texas. He came to my door. He wasn’t very friendly. He walked in. He looked at the work he had to do. He came back downstairs got all his iPad and tried to update me on my prices for different materials to get the carpet clay when I decline, he called into his boss. His boss immediately said what he don’t want any extra services. I said no they cleaned the carpet they still look the same way that it did before he came. The guy spent literally four minutes in each room three minutes going down 15 steps and a landing in about four minutes in the closet. I would never use this company again thanks a lot.
